Waking up

" I must've been really tired.",

she says with a chuckle. She pits down her mobile. Rubbing her eyes. She looks around there is a piece of paper folded, placed at her study table.

She removes the comforter from atop herself. She gets up from her bed, wears her slipper and start walking towards her study table.

While walking, her arms can be seen raising, as she gathers her hairs on top of her head. She holds her hairs using one hand and she pulls off a hair band from her wrist, using her other hand.

She ties her hairs in a ponytail, standing beside her study table. After she's done, she picks up the note.

* The hour glass has been turned and the sand has started falling*

* What does that mean ? *

, she thinks.

She crumbles the piece of paper and throws it into the dust bin. She turns towards the book shelf on the wall of her room.

Amara loves to read books in her spare time. She has a collection of books of almost all types. She looks at the books, standing in front of the shelf.

Amara raises her finger and gently moves her finger from one end of the shelf to the other, and then to the start of the shelf below. Before reaching the end of this row, she moves her finger to the second last row, as she squats down and then, her finger stops at a book.

Her finger moves towards the top of the book. She holds the book and pulls it outside. Her finger slides in to the book, where the paper clip had been placed. She opens the book, her fingers start searching for a line on the pages of the book. Her finger stops at a line, her face brightens up with a smile.

She stands on her feet, moves towards the door and then she goes to the kitchen.

She opens the fridge. Her eyes start searching for something. She couldn't find what she was looking for.

She closes the fridge expressing unhappiness.
