Piano

Both of them move towards the stairs and sit down. They start discussing about their upcoming exams to pass their time. All of sudden Amara asks a question from Aimen.

" where's your sister?" Amara asks.

"She's in the senior's restricted section of the school's chemistry lab, we're not allowed to go there,"

Suddenly they hear the sound of piano from somewhere. It's loud and the sound is.. it feels kind of unusual but at the same time it's pleasant and melodious to the ears. It's classical nor jazz.

It's the type that will make you feel lost. It feels like a venom that takes over the body and disables it. The only difference is that unlike the venom it brings pleasure instead of pain.

"Does our school have a piano?"

" I don't think so, maybe it's a recording."

"Lets go and check it out."

Both of them are interested in locating the music, not because they want to know who's playing, it's curiosity. After all, they say " curiosity killed the cat ", Amara like any other child thought of it as playing around and having fun.

She clearly did not what was coming ahead. She did not know that this would lead to just the beginning of something unexpected.

" oh my", Amara shouts." Can you feel it?"

" The feeling of being a detective? ",Aimen replied with an excited voice.

" yesssss, it feels like we're in a horror movie"

Both of them feeling a bit scared and excited at the same time. Walking towards the melodious sound. The closer they get, the more it fades away. They start walking faster towards the sound, as to not loose track of the sound.
