Leaving

It's not like there was a ghost or some witch chasing after them.

* It was just the weather, and nothing else*, they think, trying to forget it and calm themselves.

They look towards Aimen's elder sister.

" Assalamualaikum ", both of them greet Aimen's elder sister.

" Walaikumasalam", she replies them with a smile.

" oh my Aimen. I felt so scared back there.", Amara says trying to stop herself from laughing.

" What were you two doing there?" Airmen's elder sister asks looking towards them in confusion.

" We were just strolling around.", Aimen replies looking into Amara's eyes.

Both share a mischievous smirk, as if they were hiding a little secret. Well, they were. They now had a secret,

A scary little secret.

That will soon be forgotten but that's just what they were thinking. Little did they knew that it will not let itself be forgotten.

Little did they knew that they're secret would haunt one of them for an entire lifetime. What felt like a dream that is supposed to be forgotten, will soon become a never ending dream or maybe, even worse.

A NIGHTMARE.

" Ok ! Now pick up your bag, we're leaving.", Aimen elder sister says, as she walks outside the school building.

Both of them advance towards the stairs, they pick their bags up – where they had left they're bags before going after the melody – and then they start walking towards the building's main door - that leads to the playground and the main school gate-.

" Allah hafiz Amara, see you at the examination hall", Aimen says waving at amara, with a bright smile.

she turns her face towards her sister and starts running, so she could catch up with her sister

Amara stands there, as she sees her friend running after her sister.

" isn't it raining outside", Aimen asks her sister " how are we going to leave?"

Amara could hear their voices fainting as they were walking further away from her.
