1 Chapter 1: last smile of a friend

"Purple!!!" An agonizing growl full of pain,  helplessness and disappointment could be heard on a small room as a man slowly woke up.

He was Yun Zhi Shang a martialist who almost reach the apex of cultivation and also a guild leader of "Above Heavens Guild" one of the strongest guild in the game called "Paradise" a VRMMORPG that reach the level of reality into perfection.

A game said created by gods because of its graphics and other aspects close to being real and the first full dive VRMMORPG.

As Zhi Shang recovered from his dazed state he was lost on what to do "where am I?" Zhi Shang asked in his mind.

He just failed to save a dying friend a minute ago before he lost his conscious. He cleared his mind and tried to compile the things that happened.

"I received a message that some members of the guild was being harrased by the dog members of Glorious Guild in the real world and 'Purple Eyes'  (one of the starting member of Above Heavens Guild) rush to save them and I, my self as the guild leader and a close friend of Purple also rush to the said place only to witness Purple Eyes having a brawl with 10 men in black outfits though she was the one having the advantage in the fight but a sudden twist of fate played as her luck hit bottom.

One of the black men sneackily stab her back while she was busy deffending and fighting back the others.

I know I was too late when I saw this scene happening from a far but i still steeled my heart hoping i can somehow change and save Purple.

I rush to the one who stab Purple, welcoming the man with a flying kick on the face and shifted to the other 9 men who still keep on charging to Purple as the one i kicked being thrown into the corner.

I swiftly sent various punches and kicks on them, sending the 9 men in different directions, cracking bones could be heard followed by growls of agony because of the pain.

I hastily helped Purple only to find out that the knife hit her heart and Purple was on the verge of losing her life.

Looking at the surrounding all I can see is broken boxes and stuffs on fire, 2 ladies from our guild tied up both hands and mouth with ropes and almost 40 plus men in black outfits lying on the floor while Purple lay in my embrace as blood keep flowing from her wound but still smiling on me like the pain didn't exist.

One could see how intense the fight and how strong Purple Eyes to defeat single handedly 40 plus men in a hand to hand combat.

From afar i see a silhouette holding something like a remote control and the last thing i heard was a "boom!" as fire blast and swallowed us all in that abandoned warehouse." Zhi Shang thought as he tried to remember everything while tears stream down in his face.
