He vows to kill those who have wronged him, planning to take vengeance upon the God who did this to him. But is that the only tragedy that will befall, the only God that he will vow to vengeance against? What truly awaits this man in this new world fraught with dangers and the unknown? Will he let go of his anger and live his life, or will he be consumed by rage and continuously seek his vengeance? Will he successfully kill a God? Read this man's story. Hax Oscar

"We will discuss it later. For now, there is someone I want to meet, so wait here." Arthur states to the bubbly fox-girl before him and just walks past her towards the large building.

"Huh? Meet? Where are you going? Eh, the barracks? Beware, there is a scary old man in that building!" Lily sends out a barrage of questions as if talking to herself as Arthur passes her before she gives out a warning with a slight frown on her face.

Arthur just waves it off before continuing forth, soon arriving by the guards, who try to stop him and give out a warning themselves.

"Halt! This is property of the Kingdom, guardsmen only!" One yells out as they both turn their halberds to the side, crisscrossing them to block the path.

But, like most things, Arthur simply ignores them, soon appearing on the other side of their weapons, and then, in one swift movement, he is inside the building. And both guards immediately look aghast in horror and surprise as this has never happened before, ever.

"Code Black! Code Black! Intruder in the barracks!" One of the guards has a magic sigil appear in front of his face that he speaks into with clear urgency.

On the top floor of said building that Arthur just entered was a tall, muscled middle-aged man. One who has clearly seen many battles and wars throughout his life as he is covered in scars of many types. Even missing a few fingers on his hands as he holds a piece of paper in one hand that he reads while smoking a cigar in the other.

This man, with short black hair with streaks of grey and a simple goatee on his face, is styled in classic military garb with many medals adorned on his chest. Even his pure presence radiates strength and power.

His focus soon changes from the piece of paper when a bright sigil appears before him, glowing in a deep black color. The man then sends a jolt of mana through the sigil, which lights up and sends out the message to him.

"Code Black! Code Black! Intruder in the barracks!" Comes through the sigil.

"Oh, there is actually someone that is bold enough to trespass within my domain. What an interesting day this is turning out to be." The middle-aged man says out in a deep, gruff voice as a smile cracks on his face.

Yet he does not move and just continues to sit there, waiting for his unwelcome visitor.

His patience is then rewarded within only five minutes of hearing the warning through the magic sigil. And before him is Arthur, who calmly opened the door to the middle-aged man's office and walked in.

The two of them just stare at each other for a few moments as if checking each other out and forming ideas within their minds.

With a puff of smoke from his cigar, the middle-aged man speaks first. "To think I, Hax Oscar, would one day be graced by such a disrespectful brat in my own office. Times truly do change." He then stands up, and moves to stand directly in front of Arthur, puffing another bout of smoke right into Arthur's face.

And in one quick movement, Hax's cigar disappears, turning into dust as if it never even existed in the first place. Hax then has clear surprise and even some fear shown on his face at that moment, as he didn't even see Arthur move.

"I am older than you, geezer." Arthur says calmly, like nothing had even happened.

"Seriously?!" Hax replies in even more surprise at this claim and raises an eyebrow in confusion while he looks over the seemingly young man. And although this man looks more beast than man, with his towering height and bulging muscles that put even himself to shame, he still appears young.

"I felt someone strong and wanted to see what you looked like. So I came. You are definitely the strongest in the city, but still too boring for me." Arthur says before turning away and begins to walk away.

"Eh?! Oi, that is quite rude of you, you know. I ain't nicknamed "Hell's Dragon" for nothing, you know." Hax says with a clear twitch in his eyes as he tries to hold in his anger. But internally, he does feel relieved, as he truly feels like he is in front of a true dragon. Something that he once fought against but was unable to even harm. A true divine beast.

That thing had completely ignored him and his attacks, and that was the second time in his life that he truly felt weak.

"Get stronger, then your words would actually have meaning. Otherwise, you're just a disappointment." Arthur sighs and shakes his head as he continues on his way out.

"Fuck, I am the second strongest person in the entire kingdom, you know?!" Hax mutters out loud upon seeing Arthur just leave like that.

"Who the fuck just barges into someone's office, becomes disrespectful, and then leaves of their own accord? I want to retire." Hax sighs as he sits back down in his seat before using his mana to form the sigil again and says something into it.

Back outside the building, where many guards of the city are starting to form up and make their way into the building to confront the intruder, they suddenly stop their actions as their sigils light up.

"Command Hax speaking. Ignore the intruder, and do not engage. I repeat, do not engage. Incident is concluded." Hax's voice comes through the various sigils of the guards.

Each of them then gives confused and wry looks at each other at the situation. "What do you mean concluded? We didn't even get to do anything yet; we just got here." That was what they were all thinking.

A mere moment later, Arthur can then be seen walking out of the building calmly as if nothing of note even happened. As if he owned the place.

And no one did anything or said anything. They just looked at the supposed invader and let him pass as their commander commanded.

Yet, everyone was just confused.
