Dear Readers, welcome to the world of Skyrim. This is very important for those who have knowledge of Skyrim and for those who don't. Read this chapter to understand how the magical powers and magical system work.

[A/N: AOE means Area of Effect]

MAGIC Lvs. AND SPELLS

NOTE: MC can still learn other spells during progression. The system of the system (see what I did there? haha!!), in this novel is not strict.

Therefore, the character will be able to manipulate elements at higher understanding, instead of sticking to simple spells.

1. FIRE MAGIC

-Level 1 - Ember Spark: Creates a small spark of flame that can be used to ignite objects.

-Level 3 - Firebolt: Launches a quick burst of fire towards a target.

-Level 5 - Flame Burst: Generates a burst of flames in a small area, dealing damage to nearby enemies.

-Level 7 - Inferno Wave: Unleashes a wave of intense fire, scorching enemies in its path.

-Level 9 - Phoenix Blaze: Summons a fiery phoenix that attacks enemies and leaves a trail of flames. The phoenix remains for a short period of time.

2. SHOCK/LIGHTNING MAGIC

-Level 1 - Static Touch: Creates a mild static charge on the caster's hand.

-Level 3 - Lightning Bolt: Casts a quick bolt of lightning towards a target.

-Level 5 - Electric Arc: Releases a sweeping arc of electricity, hitting multiple targets.

-Level 7 - Thunderstorm: Summons a localized storm, striking the area with lightning bolts.

-Level 9 - Stormcaller's Wrath: Channels the power of a thunderstorm, releasing devastating lightning strikes over a very large area.

3. FROST MAGIC

-Level 1 - Frost Shard: Conjures a small, icy shard that can chill or freeze a target.

-Level 3 - Frost Nova: Creates a brief frosty explosion, slowing nearby enemies.

-Level 5 - Icicle Spear: Conjures a sharp spear of pure ice towards a target, dealing AOE damage and potentially freezing them.

-Level 7 - Blizzard Burst: Summons a localized blizzard, impairing visibility and freezing foes over a large AOE.

-Level 9 - Glacial Cataclysm: Unleashes a powerful wave of icy energy, freezing and damaging everything in its path.

4. HEALING MAGIC

-Level 1 - Mend Wounds: Basic healing spell that closes minor cuts and bruises.

-Level 3 - Recovery Aura: Creates a soothing aura that gradually heals nearby allies.

-Level 5 - Regeneration: Accelerates natural healing, gradually restoring health over time.

-Level 7 - Revitalize: Resurrects a fallen ally with partial health restoration.

-Level 9 - Panacea's Embrace: Summons an archangel who continuously provides healing over a period of time.

5. CONJURATION MAGIC

-Level 1 - Summon Familiar: Conjures a small, loyal creature of choosing to aid the caster.

-Level 3 - Elemental Servant: Summons a basic elemental creature to assist in combat.

-Level 5 - Phantom Warriors: Conjures phantom warriors to fight alongside the caster.

-Level 7 - Astral Gate: Opens a temporary portal to summon powerful beings from other realms.

-Level 9 - Archmage's Covenant: Calls upon one powerful magical entity to serve the caster for a limited time.

MAGIC SYSTEM EXPLANATION

As magic is an integral part of the world of Skyrim, I'm creating a new magic system. It is called Aetherial Weaving.

Aetherial Weaving

Drawing inspiration from the traditional magical schools of Skyrim, Aetherial Weaving adds a unique layer to the arcane arts:

a.) Elemental Affinities: Similar to Skyrim's schools of magic (Destruction, Restoration, Illusion, etc.), Aetherial Weaving encompasses Elemental Affinities. Practitioners specialize in one of these affinities: Fire, Frost, Shock, Healing, or Conjure. Each affinity offers a unique set of spells and abilities.

b.) Constellation Enchantment: The night sky plays a special role in Aetherial Weaving. Mages often look to the constellations for guidance and power. They can enchant their gear with Constellation Stones, aligning their abilities with specific star signs to enhance their magical prowess.

c.) Celestial Phases: The two moons, Masser and Secunda, influence the ebb and flow of magical energy. Certain spells may be more potent during specific lunar phases, and magic users often plan their endeavors around the lunar cycle.

d.) Soulbind Rituals: To strengthen their connection to the magical energies of Skyrim, mages undergo Soulbind Rituals. These rituals involve communing with the ambient magic of Skyrim's landscapes, forming a deeper bond with the land and gaining access to more powerful spells.

e.) Shout Integration: In this magical system, the ancient Dragon Shouts play a crucial role. Mages who master the art of Shout Integration can seamlessly weave these powerful Thu'um(voice) abilities into their spells, creating devastating combinations.
