"Hey did we make class quest too easy for players to obtain it that easy? It's only been 12 hours since he's playing the game he already got the class quest and why the hell does the human mage look so OP. We've to de-buff the species by limiting the points he can invest in strength and agility."

Rick was sitting with team managing project 'Infinite' as always Frank was besides him. To calm Rick down Frank said ,

"Rick it isn't our fault that he got the class quest this early and easily. It's just that he was able to get the quest out of the NPC , we can make it harder to get the quest by changing NPC Garius's nature but that isn't what we planned."

After hearing Frank's words Rick calmed down and asked Frank another question.

"What about the human mage? Isn't it easy for him to just kill monsters with his strength and agility. It looked like agility and strength should be capped."

"About that , you know we've improved the game's balance system. The agility and strength will be only helpful in early stage but later as he levels up the 10 stat points that he will gain won't be enough to maintain the balance of strength, agility and intelligence that he wants."

"Also Intelligence stats of lvl 10 mage would normally be 100 which gains them new magic skills but Excess will get that later as he has to distribute stats in strength and agility. We should just sit back and watch them progress."

After hearing Frank's words Rick laughed out and said

"Hahaha , Frank you really are good at managing this project , I don't know where this project would be without you and the team."

Seeing their boss calmed down and laughing all the employees let a sigh out. While Frank thought

'Sometimes I just wonder if Rick was really the one who invented the Infinite's core.'

I followed him as we were walking in the night the monsters became more active but they still didn't approach us. It was more like they couldn't approach us because another monster who I was following. Breaking the silence he said ,

"By the way I haven't introduced myself , quite rude of me. I'm the 17th Head of Serven Family Garius Serven."

'Head of the family? Didn't he say he was still on Aura Glowing stage , just how hard is becoming a swordmage. But the bigger question was what was he doing in the forest and who was he fighting with.'

Knowing that he was the head of the family and Lord of this territory I had to treat him with full respect.

"Please accept my apology for not introducing myself to the Head of Serven Family. My name is Excess."

"You can drop the formalities , Excess that's a name I'm first time hearing , where are you from? It doesn't look like you know anything about Xerus's history , are you an outsider?"

After hearing him I for the first time felt like the one standing before me wasn't NPC's but a real human. His curiosity is what made me think Garius as human , every human can progress because of curiosity. If your are curious about medical surgeries you form a desire to learn more about it out of curiosity , if your are curious about space you pursue your curiosity by studying about it.

'Last time I didn't pay much attention to NPC's and treated them no more than a body built by coding. But in the end it looks like NPC's are the key to progress faster.'

"Ah yes , about my identity I will tell you this so remember carefully. I'm not alone their soon will be millions of adventurer's like me who will try to use you."

'Like I'm doing.'

"So be careful while choosing a candidate for swordmage. I come from a different world , unlike yours we don't have magic in our world. Right now their are 32 more people like me in this world."

Hearing my words he didn't look surprise but rather looked excited for some reason.

"Really!? Other world? My father used to tell me a story of existence of another world besides this. The tale was passed in our family , not only ours but the other Noble families too."

'Is he talking about different world than ours? was the multi world setting of this game not a rumor? anyways let's just hear his story right now.'

"Could you please share the story with me?"

He looked at me with his excited face suddenly turning serious , the silver aura started glowing around him he said ,

"Hey what do you think of Noble Family? Do you think we will just tell you something that's been passed down from ages onto us to the likes of you."

He paused for few seconds thinking something , the aura started fading away and he returned to his normal self.

"Well I'm going to tell you the swordmage techniques , if you don't learn it you're going to die anyways. Might as well just tell you. It is said that 300 years ago 'Mercedes' with other heads of the Noble families went to the other world. That world was nothing like our world their were tall mountain's , with some kind of houses present on the top of them."

"Mercedes and other family's head didn't return to this world again , to the people living in this world it's just said that Mercedes died because of his health getting worse. As for the other family's head they also made up story to cover up their deaths."

"The one who witnessed and made back alive to tell us the story was Mercedes's son Gibril Serven. He said that some kind of door opened in the air and he just poked his head inside and saw the mountains. So are you from that world."

With his twinkling eyes he looked at me full of excitement.

'I don't want to crush him by telling the truth but'

"I'm sorry I'm not from the world you told me about and I can't tell you further about my world so please don't bother asking."

I looked at him to see whether he was sad or angry about the fact that I wasn't from this world. But the look on his friend didn't changed , not even a bit.

"It's okay , just knowing that there's another world is enough for me. It's my dream to visit that world. Hey Excess if you ever get a chance to go their I want you to call me so that we can go their together."

He looked at me with a big smile on his face.

'He is really like Rin.'

"Sure I'm sure their will come a chance like that in near future , at that time I'll be sure to call you."

"By the way what did you mean by millions like you will be coming?"

"Oh by that I meant that- , forget it lets just keep that for future you know. How much time will it take me to reach your level Garius?"

He looked at me from my head to my feet as if scanning me and said ,

"About 1-2 years maybe more than that but I'm considered a genius and it took me 1 years so seeing your movements and talent it should take 1-2 years. I'm 21 years old now I started training from the age of 15 and now after 6 years I've been stuck on Aura Glowing."

'They don't have the game system that must be why it took him so much time to reach that stage. I can independently distribute my stats unlike the NPC's so I can meet requirements faster than them.'

"Really I don't think it's going to take me that long. By the way I can also help you become a swordmage but first I've to become one. Maybe 2-3 months will be enough for me to become a swordmage."

He looked at me with a face that believed in what I said.

"Well you're from different world I can't say what you can do , right?"

We talked about the basics of becoming a swordmage on our way to Serven palace located in the centre of the Serven Territory it took us 15 minutes to get here from the Forest of Kin. Right after entering the Capital city of Serven Territory that is Ferez I was able to see humongous Red colour palace.

Apparently the red colour of the palace was a sign of their magic attribute fire , the Serven Fire Magic was a force to reckon with the best example would be Mercedes who was able to reach the pinnacle of Serven's full potential is what Garius told me.

It was said that Mercedes could wipe out one whole monster race if he wanted but all he wanted was to maintain the peace in the Kingdom. After walking for 5 minutes we were finally able to reach the palace.

"Well then Excess Welcome to the Serven Palace."
