Looking at his new attributes, Quinn was completely satisfied especially because his skills now consume basically nothing. And speaking of skills, Quinn remembered that he had another chance to create another skill today.

He tried thinking of what to make but couldn't come up with anything since he thought he already had everything he needed for now. "Hey Alice, can I store my chances for future use?"

Quinn nodded before throwing the matter on the back of this head. For now, he would focus on making his mansion and his territory.

Quinn checked the forums and saw that all his products were basically sold out and his warehouse was about to reach it's limit. He then made blueprints for random items such as different forms of swords, sabers, spears and even papers and pens until he levelled up [Blueprint Making] and made it reach Tier 1. He didn't stop though and continued until he maxed it our for Tier 1.

After maxing out, Quinn then made a blueprint for a warehouse.

Description: A small room with an area of only 10 sq. m but has an enlarged space inside that is 1,500 sq. m wide.

Use: Use together with required materials to build a warehouse or upgrade a current existing warehouse by adding in the extra materials.

Quinn's eyes lit up reading the description. This warehouse would occupy less land but contain more space. Thinking of the enormous 500 sq. m warehouse, he didn't feel it to be so majestic anymore.

Quinn quickly learned the blueprint and took out the required materials. "Build warehouse!" The materials soon flew into the air and gathered around the warehouse. Soon, it started glowing and then shrinked in size. After the light dissipated, what appeared in front of him was a small squarish house. Although it only looked like a simple box with a door, it also looked very sturdy and secure.

After that, it was finally time to build his mansion. After selling his products, he already had all the required materials stored in the warehouse.

The mansion was mainly painted a very bright white that made it look like it was glowing when sunlight hit the walls. At the same time, a faint golden radiance could be seen mixed in. From the mansion's appearance, it could be seen that Quinn had no plans to hide at all.

He even boldly stated, "I'll name it Flatmore Mansion since I'll be ruling this whole area in the near future anyways." With his abilities, he really can do what he just claimed.

After the mansion was materialized, it was time for him to make the furnitures. After making tier 1 blueprints for them, he found that things such as pillows, cushions, sofas, and mattresses had effects such speeding up hp recovery by 1% per second and soothes fatigue and spirit and used. Normal humans usually have 1 point for every attribute before gradually adding attribute points to their desired main attribute as they level up. Anrod was weird case in the case that his physical stats were all lowered and the extra attributes were all dumped in INT and WIL.
