Looking at his new attributes, Quinn was completely satisfied especially because his skills now consume basically nothing. And speaking of skills, Quinn remembered that he had another chance to create another skill today.

He tried thinking of what to make but couldn't come up with anything since he thought he already had everything he needed for now. "Hey Alice, can I store my chances for future use?"

[Yes, Host. You can stockpile your skill creation chances when you don't want to make skills for the time being. You can use them all at the same time whenever you want in future]

Quinn nodded before throwing the matter on the back of this head. For now, he would focus on making his mansion and his territory.

Quinn checked the forums and saw that all his products were basically sold out and his warehouse was about to reach it's limit. He then made blueprints for random items such as different forms of swords, sabers, spears and even papers and pens until he levelled up [Blueprint Making] and made it reach Tier 1. He didn't stop though and continued until he maxed it our for Tier 1.

After maxing out, Quinn then made a blueprint for a warehouse.

[Tier 1 Warehouse lvl 10]

Description: A small room with an area of only 10 sq. m but has an enlarged space inside that is 1,500 sq. m wide.

Use: Use together with required materials to build a warehouse or upgrade a current existing warehouse by adding in the extra materials.

Quinn's eyes lit up reading the description. This warehouse would occupy less land but contain more space. Thinking of the enormous 500 sq. m warehouse, he didn't feel it to be so majestic anymore.

Quinn quickly learned the blueprint and took out the required materials. "Build warehouse!" The materials soon flew into the air and gathered around the warehouse. Soon, it started glowing and then shrinked in size. After the light dissipated, what appeared in front of him was a small squarish house. Although it only looked like a simple box with a door, it also looked very sturdy and secure.

After that, it was finally time to build his mansion. After selling his products, he already had all the required materials stored in the warehouse.

He first made a blueprint for a mansion.

[Tier 1 Mansion lvl 10]

Description: Establishes a safe zone that covers an area of 5,000 sq. m with a mansion at the center. The mansion will measure 1000 sq. m. The mansion will also come with a temperature regulation system. It will make sure that the mansion will always be at the right temperature.

"A temperature regulation system was added for an increase in tier? Well, not bad I guess. But I was for some kind of advanced security system. Meh, probably in the higher tiers."

Quinn threw in all the materials needed which soon started floating around and glowing. After turning into a glowing orb of light, it expanded at a rapid pace until it was as big as the specified dimensions of the mansion. When the the light slowly dissipated, a grand mansion appeared in its place.

The mansion was mainly painted a very bright white that made it look like it was glowing when sunlight hit the walls. At the same time, a faint golden radiance could be seen mixed in. From the mansion's appearance, it could be seen that Quinn had no plans to hide at all.

He even boldly stated, "I'll name it Flatmore Mansion since I'll be ruling this whole area in the near future anyways." With his abilities, he really can do what he just claimed.

After the mansion was materialized, it was time for him to make the furnitures. After making tier 1 blueprints for them, he found that things such as pillows, cushions, sofas, and mattresses had effects such speeding up hp recovery by 1% per second and soothes fatigue and spirit and used. As for the others, they basically all obtained their own small effects. Tables and chairs slightly raise your appetite to allow you to enjoy your food more. Closets have a dust repelling function. Pots and pans slightly improve the taste of food that is cooked on them. There was even a lamp that repels mosquitoes at a 5 m radius.

Quinn was completely satisfied after checking all of the item's effects. With these, he could completely improve his living conditions.

Just as Quinn was busy being proud of himself, a notification appeared in front of him.

[Does Player Quinn wish to establish Flatmore Mansion as the Chief's Manor?]

Quinn's lifted his eyebrows before saying without hesitation, "Yes!"

After that, a shockwave originating from the mansion spread out until it reached the edge of the safe zone. After the shockwave dissipated, another shockwave came out and directly expanded the safe zone to double it's original size. From now on, this will be his territory.

After the shockwave subsided, a new status screen appeared in front of him that was different than his personal screen.

Village Name: (undetermined)

Size: 10,000 sq. m

Population: 0/100 (General population can exceed a hundred people but other than the first hundred residents, the remaining will not receive the territory's protection) (+1/day)

Buildings: Chief's Manor (Flatmore Manor)

It was very simple and and contained very little information since his village still contained nothing apart from his manor.

"For the name, since we'll be bound fly to the skies in the near future, I'll call this place the Sky Village!"

The information was then updated on the village status and the name was changed into Sky Village. Soon, it would turn into Sky Town, Sky City and Sky Kingdom!

While Quinn was fantasizing about his village's magnificent future, he realized something. When he made the furniture, he made it in front of the manor. Because of that, he still had to move them one by one inside. Although he could do it easily with his strength, it was his Otaku nature to be lazy.

As he was about to pick up the first furniture, Alice spoke inside his head.

[Host, you have received one chance to summon a villager for today. In addition, you also have a skill creation chance.]

Right, it did say on the village status that I can get one villager per day. "Summon!"

A magic circle then appeared in front of him. Following that was a beam of light that slowly took the shape of a human. The light slowly subsided and the figure of a sickly and pale looking man.

Quinn was stunned after looking at his physical condition. 'How can he help me with that crappy body of his?' Just as he was complaining inside his head, a status screen materialized in front of his eyes.

Name: Anrod Faringray

Level: 1

Age: 24

STR: 0.5

AGI:0.6

INT: 1.9

WIL: 1.2

CON: 0.4

CHA: 0.4

Loyalty: 80% - will follow all your commands (Usually starts at 50% where the subordinate is still neutral towards you)

His body was really crappy. But his INT and WIL are still high for a level 1. As for the loyalty, it was probably the effect of his title.

Normal humans usually have 1 point for every attribute before gradually adding attribute points to their desired main attribute as they level up. Anrod was weird case in the case that his physical stats were all lowered and the extra attributes were all dumped in INT and WIL.

'What use is that though? I wanted someone to help me move the furniture, not some smartass.'

Anrod didn't know that Quinn was already cursing him inside his head. He just bowed in front of him in a graceful manner and said, "Anrod greets Village Chief."

"Get up, you don't need to do that.", Quinn hurriedly told Anrod to get up before asking. "How do you think we can move all of this in a short time?"

Anrod looked at him with a strange gaze before asking, "Chief, can't you easily do so with your strength?" Before being summoned, he was given information about his new lord so he knew how strong Quinn was.

"But I'd rather not do it.", Quinn murmured.

"Pardon me?"

"Nothing"

At this time, Alice came in to save the day. [Host, you have an unused skill creation chance. You can use it to create a solution for your current problem]

"That's right! Right now, I need manpower. Should I come kind of summoning skill? Or maybe some kind of puppet summoning technique? Yes, and I need something humanoid at least to help me."

"Alice, make a puppet summoning skill. No wait, make it a perfect human puppet summoning technique. Only an op skill is worthy of my awesomeness."

There was a ding before information once again appeared in front of him about the new skill.

[Human Puppet Creation lvl 1]

Description: Uses the freshly killed beings' corpse and soul to create a perfect puppet that is no different from a human.

Use: Gather three corpses of a monster that is freshly killed by the player. The skill will automatically do all the rest. First, it will refine all the monster's flesh and leaves behind the purest and most suitable for making a human. It then refines all the remaining soul power left by the monsters, making the purest soul essence for creating a brand new blank soul. (0/2)

Note: 10 Tier 1 monsters can refine flesh and soul for one puppet. 5 Tier 2 minsters can refine enough for 1 puppet. 3 Tier 3 monsters can refine 1 puppet. 2 Tier 4 monsters can refine one puppet. 1 Tier 5 monster can refine puppet. 1 Tier 6 monster can refine 2 puppets, etc.

"Hey Alice, what does it mean by blank soul."

[It means that aside from treating you like their God since you made them, they will have no memories at all and still haven't shaped their own personalities yet. They have no worldy experiences at all won't be able to do much work. They are no different from newborn babies. Host still has to teach them from scratch.]

"What the fuck?! So this op skill of mine is useless for now. How can move my furniture now?!"

[... Host could've have created a telekinetic skill and move things with your mind]

"Fuck, you should've reminded me!"

[...]

Quinn sighed, 'Nevermind, I still got an op skill. I can literally make humans now like God.' He wanted to test it immediately so he told Anrod, "You can stay here for now and guard the furniture. You also rest in them if want. If you're worried about beasts, don't worry since the whole territory is protected. Unless you step out of it, you'll be fine."

"Yes, Village Chief"

Quinn lifted himself up back in the air with the levitation spell once more and headed towards the forest.
