Chapter 2 Learning New Things

:As I walked into my make shift hole I found with the rat the size of a bull dog that I killed I decided to look at my stats and have a look at the inside of the rat and see what they have different from the rats on Earth.:

:After a bit of cutting with some problems as I was doing it with my sword so it was not my best work but it got the job done and this is what I found out.:

:The inside of the rat was just like a normal rat but it had some sort of core forming at the center of it's abdomen but on the outside stuff like the fur and the tail are different as the fur looks soft but if you take a hand full it will try and move the force out evenly through out the fur so that makes me think if I had hit it with a hammer it would not have taken as much damage as it did form my sword.:

:Now the tail looks sharper and could act as a spear for the rat so I think I got lucky as it did not use it's tail on me so with all the changes I see I think not only does every thing that can gain XP have a system the system not only gives us skills and we can level up and most likely we can evolve but we can also make our body parts stronger but what I still don't know is what we can do to make my body stronger.:

:As I was thinking about this I felt my body's need to eat the dead rat that I am looking at so I trusted my body on this one and took a bite of the rat and as I am a skeleton i did not taste anything so after a bit I finished the rat and I did not fill anything new happen to me so I opened my stats up to see if any thing happed there.:

As I looked at my stats I saw the two new things Bio points that I got from eating the rat and then I saw that I can upgrade some of my body parts with the points I got from eating and now that I know this I can start my path of leveling up myself and my skills and maybe get new ones and find out what I want to do after that

After making up my mind I went a head and upgraded my brain with my bio points and once I did I felt some pain coming from brain and after a bit the pain want away and the I felt the improvement as I can now think faster and most likely learn faster to but i can not test that out yet and with this I want out from my hole.

:After coming out form my temporary base I started walk the way the rat I killed came from and want would you know after a bit I found two rats walking around and I know this is going to be hard but now every fight is now a fight for my life and I don't want to lose it because i was not stronger then the person or thing i am fighting and the only way to get stronger is to fight more and upgrade my body parts and skills.:

As I was looking at the two rats I started thinking of ways to get them to fight me one on one and then I saw a small path way to my left but the top of the cave would be to close to me for me to use my sword in the ways I want so the only plan left is to ambush one of them and ether kill the one or take it out of the battle.

As I came up with my plan I started moving closer to them and once I got as close as I think I can I ran at the closer rat at chopped my sword at it's two front legs and I cut one off and got half way through the next one before my sword stopped so I took my sword out of it's leg and used dash it back off and to move to the next one.

When I used dash to run at the next rat the rat that only has three legs left let out a cry to let the other rat know I was running at it and so it turned to face me and then jumped at me to bite my arm but want it got was a face full of my shield and as it ran it so my shield was me running with it and it jumping face first into it. the only thing that could happed was it having it's snout bent in the wrong way and falling down and not know want was going on any more.

As the one rat was out of the battle this allowed me to kill the other rat who headbutted my shield and so there was one less rat in this world as i slashed it's head off with my sword and after that I went to the next rat and stabbed it in the head killing that one as well and once I was done I grabbed both of them by the tail and took them to my base.
