Holie's Past

In a very dark place, there was once a girl surrounded by it. At first she didn't know what to do since all around her was completely unknown. All she could do was to stay and hope for someone that could save her but no one came. Years after years none could have ever arrived, but now someone came to her. Her name is Alice Gray and she once met her. Since she came, the darkness surrounding her have vanished and leave a white place for her to be at peace with.

She was glad to meet her by a sudden change. But now everything falls apart as she soon fail to save her instead. As eating the orb she had before, darkness consumes her. Her life force was drained by an endless amount as her soul was almost drenched by an another entity, forming a male individual but that would be explained later.

Her name is Hotaru and this is her life story. Her parents left her before she was even born and was left at an orphanage. She was known as a deranged individual for her multiple mental illness such as delusional disorder, Schizophrenia, and auditory hallucinations. She couldn't bother those illness since all of her thoughts were mostly negative, she had to go through all of it alone enduring everything. Solitude was the only option for her to live. After leaving every class of the orphanage school, she was left vulnerable and anxiety was consuming her. She couldn't be able to cope up with it anymore, she needs medical treatment.

But they couldn't afford to pay it so they have no choice but to decline. After for 3 years, it has gone worse, darkness was almost near, and she has a fear of losing her sanity. It's like they were real, they need someone to save her but no one came up until she showed up. She suddenly popped up from her face as soon as she was there lying at the top of the building, she was there.

"What are you doing, Hotaru?" Alice calmly says to her

"Leave me alone. You can't help me." Hotaru tries to leave but she says.

"Declining someone would lose you a friend. I am trying but at least give me a chance to understand you. My name is Alice Gray."

"What do you want?"

"I want to be your friend. I want to understand you with all of my heart. I can sense that you are immersed by fear trying to call for help."

"How do you know that? You don't know me. No one does, no one ever tried to help me. Why would I believe you?!"

"Hotaru, we're the same. I know we're both orphans but I have a medical condition as well but that doesn't matter. Why don't you open up to me?"

"If I let everything out, will I be okay? Will you disappear like them?"

"No. From now on I'll be here right by your side. I like you Hotaru. I want to be your friend."

"I have voices inside my head and darkness was all over me. I can't explain why but it gets worse than before."

"Don't worry you can tell me everything. I'm here." And that moment, she let someone in her heart for once. And that made her lighter than before. She let out a loud sob as soon as she was embraced by Alice. After that, the darkness ignored her and vanished into thin air.

They could hang out every time the school was out. They could talk for hours as soon as they were called to sleep. Good thing they were roommates chosen by the nuns themselves. They were kind enough to let Alice to be her roommate.

Every morning, they could rough housing and play together, talk whatever they ease. When they experience medical conditions, they help each other. Once, Alice had opened up to Hotaru.

"Hotaru can I tell you something?"

"Sure you can tell me."

"Remember my medical condition? I have dissociative disorder, like having an imaginary friend. His name is Zane, he could sometimes appear in my vision when I sleep or when I daydream but I don't know why they call it an illness but sometimes I could dream about a life where we were together. I felt love at first sight when I see him. Isn't it weird?"

"Not at all, you can tell me if you want."

"Gladly! So here I was..." As soon as she talked more often to Hotaru, it was like she was blessed to have a friend like her. After all this time, she wished she was there before but she can't blame God for it. After all, she already met her now. So she is grateful to be here as a gift from God.

But soon after that, Alice was taken as a new child of a certain family. It was a peaceful day for her but sad at the same time. They got separated but left with a promise.

"Promise me, we will meet one day. I'll write for you everyday in the orphanage. I might visit also by the time comes so better wait for me okay?" After that, she was alone again but somehow she was fine. She just need to find her again. But now she was lost. The orphanage school was a lot scarier than she thought. Somehow the darkness before became a nightmarish creatures. They lurk at every darkest corner. Once she seeks help from the nuns, she sees blood. As trying to find someone to help. A light was seen at the face of Hotaru.

But somehow that was covered, since she has a knife holding at her right hand. It was a mistake but the police has suspected that she killed them. They decided to put her at monitor and keep her into therapy for now. As she was constantly thought those monsters to the people but they thought her as delusional as her mental illness is getting worse so it doesn't matter. She escapes the mental hospital as matter of time, seeing the guards peering at some spots, she somehow escaped that too.

Finally she was out in the dark alley, the monsters appear again so she tries to escape. Then someone put her to sleep. She was covered in sack and tied by her limbs and put her in a van. She was somehow kidnapped by someone but who knows what.

As soon as she was seen light, she sees engrossed audiences cheering at a grand battle. Hundreds of children killing each other like a sport. Hotaru was scared but she has a knife. She needs to survive, right she wants to see Alice again. She needs to live. And with that, she suffered heavy losses, taking lives of countless children up until she was 17, she was even faced a great for named the white haired sinner. She has white hair and red eyes having many large needles at her body. She might be one of the strongest enemy yet.

After that, the battle was over. She lost horribly but she was somehow infected by a strange virus named SK Virus diagnosed by doctors in rumors. Her opponent is infected and is about to start an outbreak and cause a chaos in the world. Hotaru obtained immortality. She rose to finish the job, with her maniacal laugh she goes to kill the last opponent but was caught by the police ended up killing more policemen since she thought it was a part of the game. They all fired but ended up dead. Her opponent's name is Aliza, her name was familiar but she's not Alice. So she snaps back from reality. Her opponent was a part of a ruse to caught all audience in jail and set all participants free as an undercover spy. Her opponent was tough but she infects everyone with her gaze so it doesn't matter. She ended up infected hundreds or even millions of people with her presence. She was sent back to a mental white room governed by Professor Cthulhu himself to contain her. But her rage continues to flow as monsters appears and she freed herself and killed them. In the window panel, Professor Cthulhu and her assistant named Alice was there to monitor her.

After a while, she enters. She knew it was Alice by her physique.

"Alice?"

"Yes, I am here Hotaru."

"This is interesting. I can use her to contain her." Professor Cthulhu says.

"Don't worry I'm here." Alice embraces Hotaru. The end for now.
