[2] THE PENDING BOMBSHELL

Mike the dean of students pace annoyingly to the left, then to the right. The students grew tired of waiting but still coordinated themselves well.

Devastated Anya bite her fingers one after the other, then she taps her feet impatiently on the floor.

Sophia stopped her using her hand to pull her to herself, she obviously knows or thinks she knows what her little friend is or would be going through right at the moment.

"Could someone tell us already? what the fuck this pace is about?!". A student yelled, suddenly the hall was filled with murmurs, low grunts, and whispers.

Everywhere was calmed immediately (Mr. Mikel as the students calls him) picked up the microphone to talk.

Anya leaned forward to picture what he would say, she was trying to comfort herself, to calm her anxious mind but it was difficult when all that kept displaying in her head were ugly images.

Her heart skipped when the only word that came out from Mikel was." Uhm, As you can see". He stopped and started to pace.

Anya started to feel the stinky feelings at the pit of her stomach, she knew Dean Mikel wasn't the type to deliver bad news and the evidence was clear.

This is indeed bad, sad news. She said to herself when she sights the sad faces of the staff. she quietly leaned backward on her seat and covered her ears with her palms.

" Sorry, I can't do this". Mikel said, his hands trembled and the Mic fell from his hold. He quickly picked it up and hand over the mic to Mrs. Vennesa. The GBAZA queen. Mike excused himself from the hall.

"I guess this is really bad". Sophia whispered with pure intuition. Anya glanced at her angrily-

(She's finally realizing that now, she knew something was amidst when the first thing she opened her eyes to was the sudden heart-wrenching news. Which she overheard the staff discussing a month ago on her night shift in the school) Now Sophia said bad? This is more wrecking than bad Anya thought.

"Ha! Anya sighed." You still on with the mischief? ". She asked Sophia who read her mind and knew how pissed she was so she quietly withdraw herself from the conversation avoiding the argument that was lurking to be realized minute from now.

Sophia looked away from her devastated friend and focused her attention on Mrs. Venessa whom the exact thing happened to Mikel the dean of students. Happened to be reoccurring.

Now the question among the students is who will be strong enough to release this pending bombshell.
