After the tragic incident an old SCP has been relocated at Site-19 SCP-096.

15 personel died but recontainment was supposed relatively easy. until A soldier looked at it's face which made all of them panic that made them see the face of said SCP.

the Conrainer which was made of lead was being punched from the inside made the two confirm an containment breach. both died after they had announced the breach.

SCP-096 Escaped and killed A man who saw a video footage of SCP-096. The man was A Chaos who had just took a video. during recontainment, SCP-096 went in an emotional distress and went to the direction of The Miller Foundation Killing 15 personell.

The reason for this is that the Chaos sent the video footage to 15 staff memebers, all valued and brilliant Doctors.
