Grabbing the piece of clothing, Dean pulled it as he ask a question.
Not wanting to tease the little guy and make noises in the hospital, I told him.
"Mommy will be right back Dean, she's just preoccupied right now, don't worry about it"
Ruffling Dean's hair, the room got quiet, hearing a loud sound of a baby crying.
Nurses and Doctors leave the area to give the mother some space, informing the family members in the process.

Walking inside the room, John could see Mary with the newborn child in her arms.
"Sirius, Dean, meet your little brother, Sam"
Dean, touch the baby's hand, and Sirius tried to poke his soft cheek, getting a glare from mom.

We can see that Sam was holding Dean, and Sirius's finger, firmly.
"Sirius not paying attention, felt his finger was all slimy, glancing at the baby, Sam was seen chewing on his finger, sounds of muffle laughed can be heard from his parents, and brothers."
Pffttt
"Did you get hurt Sirius, show mommy your boo-boo, will blow the sting away"
Puffing his cheeks from anger sits on the chair refusing to speak to mom.
'I think this was karma, from teasing Sam'
Sirius remembered that he still had the mystery box, from the previous quest he completed.

Arriving at home, everyone seated and ate pie.
Later Dean, and Sirius, can be seen playing outside the house, Mary has her hand full feeding Sam, and John looking out for the kids in case anything comes up.
Playing tag, the whole day, their clothes are all dirty.
John sees this and brings them inside to bathe and go out to get some clothes.
Taking a shower
Dean suggested
"Create, big splash winner."
Nodding, the washroom became a battleground.
'Ahem, as you all know the victory of this war was me but, got a long mouthful of complaining from father when he saw the mess we created'
Long story short, I got smack in the butt, Dean didn't get any because by the time father went in he only saw me splashing water.
'So this is what the quote meant, I won but why does it feel like a lost'
John put on our clothes and tuck us in bed.
