"S-She was…?" Horrified and fearful expressions were plastered on the faces of everyone from the Phoenix Sect, with sweat oozing out of the very fabric of their existence. Just the presence of the Golden Crow was enough to make them feel like chickens in a slaughterhouse, with no strength or power to resist their inevitable death.

The most shaken one was definitely Hengkong. As someone who had met the Phoenix Spirit before and hadn't felt such suppression from her, Hengkong understood that whoever that woman was, she was stronger than the Phoenix Spirit herself!

That thought alone horrified Hengkong.

"You don't need to know," Yun Che replied. "Also, no need to worry about Xue'er. She is in capable hands. Maybe when you meet her again, she will have already become something you can never comprehend."

He turned around and looked towards Cang Yue.

"We are leaving." He placed a hand on Cang Yue's shoulder, and the next instant, they stood in front of a cave with an intricate formational pattern swirling over it, like a lock that could not be opened by normal means.

"This is…" Cang Yue stared at the familiar cave before looking towards Yun Che. "Isn't this the Phoenix Trial Grounds? Why are we here?"

She wondered if her Big Brother Yun wanted her to take the trial and gain Phoenix Inheritance.

"To resurrect her," Yun Che simply replied. He ignored the dumbfounded expression of Cang Yue and held her soft hand, smiling. "Let's go. You will understand once you see it. It is also the reason why I took a part of the souls from all my wives."

Phoenix Bloodline was required to open the sealing formation, but with Yun Che here, none of that was needed as he simply walked past the barrier as if it never existed.

Darkness of the cave welcomed them, when suddenly a pair of eyes opened above, staring down at Yun Che and Cang Yue in silence.

"You came."

"The Golden Crow begged to revive you after all. As a pacifist gentleman, how can I let my wives down, right?"

"When I saw her for the first time, I was doubtful about everything. Other worlds… Even Creation Gods had no idea about them." She did not add Ancestral Goddess in it, since no one had ever met her; maybe she knew of the existence of the otherworlds but chose to hide it.

"There is a first time for everything." Yun Che smiled. His reptilian golden gaze stared at the two pupils and he said, "Are you ready?"

A small pause appeared between them before the two eyes above closed and a soft melodic voice came from nowhere.

"I will remember this until I die."

"Then become my woman." Yun Che was direct. He was reviving a True God; there was no way he was going to let them roam free in the world without anything to hold them back. The seals were there, but he wanted something more, something intimate that would make them question doing anything against him on a fundamental level.

He might not be confident in his strength against a True God, but he was definitely confident in making them his woman; his max skills were no joke. As said before, Yun Che considered them mild brainwashing, and he found no remorse in using them.

'They are part of my existence. It would be foolish of me to play a morality game with them. Since I have them, use them. Only an idiot cuck would think otherwise.'

"You never cease to amaze me, Big Brother Yun. Even True Gods are not spared," Cang Yue, with her eyes closed, nodded in understanding.

"Is that the price for another chance at life?" Phoenix's voice was slightly dumbfounded. Out of all available options, Yun Che really chose to have her body? She could not understand.

He could have very well asked her to become his servant, yet he chose something so simple; it really baffled her.

"Yes. Are you willing, then?" Yun Che nodded and looked at her, waiting for her answer.

"Very well." Phoenix did not think for long before she replied. "Then, from today henceforth, I will be your woman."

Yun Che's lips curled up into a small smirk, and he raised his hand. It blurred and entered the secret space where the Divine Intent and a part of Phoenix Soul were present. Like an unstoppable force, it grabbed the Phoenix Soul and jerked it out from the secret space.

With a thought, he activated his authority— [Unit Creation].

The space around them shook slightly before, in front of the amazed gaze of Cang Yue, the incomplete soul started to mend itself. Slowly but surely, it began to heal and reconstruct itself into the full soul of the Phoenix.

During the process, just like what he did with the Golden Crow, Yun Che waved his hand and hundreds of thousands of different runes came into existence, forming a sealing formation before being imprinted into the Phoenix Soul, blocking her strength just until the peak of Divine Master.

Soon, a naked woman stood in front of Yun Che and Cang Yue; a woman who looked to be in her twenties, of average build and marginally above average height, yet the aura around her made her feel divine and holy. She had long light red-pale auburn hair beautifully flowing all the way to her hips. Her eyes were yellow with multiple red rings within them, making them the only visible sign of her inhuman nature.

Her inhuman eyes had a deep yellow-golden sheen. She raised her soft small hands and clenched them, her eyes widening slightly.

"What an unbelievable ability… If the existence of such an ability is known by the world, chaos would ensue and a war would break out." Her voice, though gentle and melodic, held untold horror at the ability she had just witnessed. "Even when I saw the Golden Crow, I was in doubt and wondered if someone had used an illusion. But this… I really am speechless."

She raised her head and looked at Yun Che.

"Why did you put seals on my soul?"

"Do you want to destroy the world?" Yun Che countered.

"I see…" Phoenix nodded in understanding. "I guess, this is for the better."

"By the way, the Golden Crow kidnapped your heir."

"I asked her to." Phoenix nodded. "I wasn't sure if you would resurrect me or not, so I decided to entrust her with Feng Xue'er."

"Yun Che, once again, allow me to express my gratitude for saving me." She suddenly paused before adding. "Should I call you Husband now?"

Yun Che rubbed his chin in amusement and smiled.

"Whatever makes you feel at ease. I don't force my women." His eyes narrowed, and he waved his hand, instantly covering the whole cave with multiple barriers. "Well then, you won't mind if I harvest my rewards, right?"

Just like the Golden Crow, there were no romantic feelings among them. More like a business deal. Yet, Yun Che did not feel even slightly embarrassed or morally wrong.

As they say, there is nothing free in this world. You will have to pay the equivalent price for everything. He was just following this world's logic.

"Right now? Well, I don't mind." There was no shyness on Phoenix's face as she walked closer to Yun Che and gently caressed his face. Her eyes slightly narrowed, and her lips curled up into a gentle smile. "Now that I think about it, it is not a bad deal. In this whole world, I really cannot find anyone more worthy than you to have me."

Yun Che smirked, his hand circling around the naked waist of Phoenix as his hand grabbed her marshmallow-like buttock, his fingers getting swallowed into her crack; it finally aroused a small blush on Phoenix's face.

In the end, she was still a woman. She, of course, felt embarrassed by such intimate contact with a man. After all, no man had ever touched her.

"Don't mind me then. We are not leaving this place until I am satisfied."

"Count me in too!" Cang Yue shouted. In the next moment, all her clothes vanished, and she jumped on the back of Yun Che and kissed his cheeks. "Don't have fun without me~"

With his dragon bloodline, it was going to be a long stay for everyone there.
