A Twist

Nahum continued to watch over Lily as she slept. He was confused as he examined her skin. Never had he heard of something happening like this. The curse had taken an unexpected twist and he feared what it could mean for Lily.

He picked up his phone to called Garvit and Garvish. With them being a little older maybe they had an idea of what was happening. Garnish picked up the phone, "what is it?"

"Lilith, something has happened…

Before he could finish a portal opened in the bedroom and the twins stepped in to the room. Garvish, rushed to the bed to see Lily unconscious. "How did this happen?"

"All I know is she spent the night with your prince, she woke up screaming and we found her like this".

Garvish appeared uneasy as a frown marred his perfect face. "That fool"

"So, you know what is happening to her?" Nahum hoped

Garvit was the one to answer. "Well we only seen this happen two other times. It appears that when one of the seven sin demons' mates with a demon of high ranking, especially a demon royal. Our curse is affected. Our curses are different thus the reaction will be different, but the stipulations of the curse changes all the same."

Garvish continued, "Several generations ago, the demon sin of greed and demon sin of envy had sex with demons of the royal blood line and suffered for it."

"I don't really know the full details of it"

"There is a person who knows the origin of everything, so he may have a better insight of what is happening to her"

Nahum looked between the twins, watching their minds work behind their expressions'

"So... who is this person?"

Garvish answered, "He is known as Zoo, a monk that lives in a temple in the Sahara Desert somewhere"

"Somewhere?" Nahum pushed

"No one really knows where his temple is, you have to know someone, who knows him then get an invitation, to the temple"

"We know you, can you guys get us an invitation?"

Garvish thought of some thing and looked to her brother. "Actually, we can!"

"Give us a couple of days to obtain the invitation for you, we will be in touch" With that, the twins took there leave.

Rosi, who was now sitting opposite of Nahum, wiping Lily brow with a wet cloth. "So, what do we do now?"

Seeing her concern, his brow furrowed, not knowing how to comfort her, "I believe we just wait, my dear"

Oblivious of what the trouble he may have caused, Naraka was in his office going over the list of females Tzoker had given him. The list contained twenty pregnant weeks, all seven weeks or less.

Tzoker walked into the office, "Haven you decided on which ones you like?"

Naraka: "…..."

"Surprisingly, it wasn't that hard to find newly pregnant women that are about to become single mothers and are also in need of cash" Tzoker said with a face full of mirth. "even half the list is demon females".

Natale just sighed and circled three females on the list. "Date them, choose the best, then arrange the meeting"

Tzoker shook his head and fake scolded him, "Is that anyway to choose your future?"

"And make sure she knows her place" He said before leaving Tzoker in his office.

'A year and a half to find a wife and child. Only my father would come up with something so ridiculous'
