The fluids became colorless as they mixed and bubbled inside the flask the frozen slime was kept in. Lena fluttered over the flask, but flew away when she remembered that it might explode.
Seeing Irene keep her staff in front of herself made Jake take a step back. Was it really that dangerous? He thought to himself, looking at the blue jelly which was getting larger and larger.
''Something is wrong!'' Erin said at this moment and Irene nodded.
Jake also noticed that. The slime's core wasn't forming. That meant this was another failure… or not. How was it still moving?
Irene threw a restricting potion at the slime. That would be enough to stop it. However, even after this one absorbed the potion, it was still moving. It instead made the Dark Witch its target!
