3 - Part B:

The dummybot approaches us like you see in those realistic fighting games.

The dummybot who approach me started bowing. It wasn't my first time sparring with one so I know that I have to bow in order to start the battle so I bow also.

After that the dummybot went into a fighting stance and I did as well. The dummybot makes the first strike.

The dummybot punches me with its right hand and I quickly block it with my right arm.

After that I hit the dummybot's chin with my left hand making it stagger for a bit.

I didn't waste any time and took advantage of it.

I quickly turn my back on the dummybot, hit the stomach with my right elbow, grab the left arm and executed a judo throw.

The dummybot fell towards the floor. Looks like it isn't over yet since it's still squirming so I gave it the finishing blow.

I quickly approach the dummybot and executed a downward thrust with my right fist into its stomach.

The dummybot deactivates. After that I slowly stand up and see how my classmates were doing.

Looks like I was the first one to finish.

Lokki, who was still fighting with the dummybot saw me not doing anything anymore and compliments me.

"Yo Linel, that was fast!"

"Yup..."

Looks like he's about to ask something.

"So can you lend me a hand now! As you can see this thing is trying to kill me. Oh crap!"

He barely dodges the right hook and starts crying for help.

"S.O.S! S.O.S!"

I reluctantly help him.

I restrain the dummybot from behind and after that Lokki punches it multiple times in random direction.

The dummybot deactivates and after that Lokki thanks me for my assistance.

"Thanks a bunch Linel I would be dead meat by now! If that happens I'll be served as a main dish in tomorrows breakfast. You don't wanna eat my sausages and scramble eggs, it's very delicate you know!"

Is this some kind of a joke? I'm not laughing at all.

But I don't wanna say that out loud and hurt his feelings so I just ignore it.

"Your welcome..."

He seems to get that his joke was bad and he changes the subject.

"Um hey Linel wanna check out on everyone and see how they're doing? It's boring to sit around and wait after all."

I agree with Lokki's proposal since I hate sitting around and waiting either.

"Yeah let's..."

We decided to tour the battlefield.

First stop of our tour, Wren's battle.

Wren is dodging the dummybot's attack skillfully while countering it with her kicks.

Lokki greets her.

"Yo Wren what's shakin'?"

Wren ignores Lokki and concentrates on her battle. Lokki tries to get her attention.

"What's that move? Taekwando? Kung fu?"

Still no response. Looks like he hasn't given up yet.

"Hey kick the sides over there! Oh watch out for the left hook!"

Wren dodges the right hook, and Lokki made a comment.

"Ooh that was a close one!"

Wren got mad.

"Shut up! You're distracting me!"

Looks like Lokki finally gave up.

"Yes mam..."

Wren concentrates on her battle.

The dummybot's attacks her but she dodges it by executing a side step.

After that she executed an axe kick and hits it's head.

The dummybot deactivates and fell towards the floor.

After her battle, Wren looks at me and quickly turns away.

"Hmph! Looks like weirdo know's how to behave better than I thought!"

"Was that a compliment?"

She ignores my question, flicks her twin tails and went towards the side of the battlefield.

We continue on with our tour.

Next destination, Zack's battle.

Zack (light brown curly hair and cyan eyes bonnet wearing boy) is well...

He's taking all the hits of the dummybot. Lokki makes a comment on that one.

"Woah Zack! That seriously gotta hurt!"

Zack responds like a surfer.

"No dude! It actually tickles. See! Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha!"

He was saying that while the dummybot was punching his face.

I'm pretty sure most of his brain cells are pretty much dead by now. I wonder, though, why he doesn't have any injuries? I know! It must be C.G.I.

I ask Lokki if we should help him out.

"Should we help him?

Looks like he's thinking about it.

After few second of thinking, he gives me his answer.

"Nah I think he's enjoying it! Let's go somewhere else."

We left Zack alone.

Our next destination, Maple's battle.

As for Maple (short girl with short curly brown hair and yellow eyes), looks like she's almost done.

Maple is riding on the dummybot's shoulders while shooting it's head with her black gun at point blank range if that's what they call it.

Or maybe it's sub zero range.

"Die you piece of shit! Die! Bwuhahahaha!"

For a girl who looks just like an innocent little kid, saying stuff like die and piece of shit and on top of that doing something extremely violent while laughing evilly doesn't really suit her at all.

We decided to leave Maple alone.

Next destination, Mathias battle.

Mathias is dodging the dummybot's attacks like he was dancing the waltz while happily humming a strange song.

Lokki greets him sarcastically.

"Yo Mathias! You're as beautiful as ever!"

He took it positively.

"Well of course! I'm always beautiful like diamonds in the sky!"

He's the type of person that I'll definitely not associate with.

Just watching him gives me the creeps, so I told Lokki that we should do.

"Let's leave. Now!"

"Why? We just got here."

I told him my reason.

"He's giving me the creeps."

Mathias twirls around and gives me the stink eye.

Lokki finally agrees with me.

"Yeah let's leave now, or he'll start crawling into your bed every night."

Was that a joke? I Better ask about it.

"You're serious?"

He gives me a serious expression and answer me with just two words.

"Dead serious!"

Looks like he must have some experiences with Mathias. We quietly left his sight.

Next destination, Ace's battle.

Ace (cool looking girl with semi long light violet hair and gray eyes) is doing pretty well at dodging the dummybot's attack but somehow she isn't countering at all.

Lokki offers his help.

"Hey Ace need a-"

Ace quickly went behind the dummybot, restrains it's movement, synthesizes an ice dagger and slits it's throat. After that she notices Lokki.

"What is it?"

Looks like she didn't need any help.

"Never mind."

I complimented hair by tapping on her right shoulder and giving her a thumbs up.

"Good job!"

She suddenly started blushing and drops the dummybot along with the ice dagger on the floor.

Lokki starts explaining Ace's strange actions.

"If your wondering what just happen, Ace becomes extremely shy when a boy touches her despite how cool she looks and acts."

I gave him my usual when I learn something new.

"I see..."

Ace went towards the side of the battlefield while being all flustered.

Next destination, Kana's battle.

As for Kana, the dummybot was still bowing. Looks Kana was ignoring it while fidgeting with her cell phone.

Lokki offers his help as usual.

"Yo Kana need a hand?"

Kana notices Lokki and looks at him while fixing her glasses in place.

After that she put's her cell phone away in her pocket.

"Good timing Lokki, hold that dummybot for me."

I didn't expect her to accept Lokki's help since she looks like the I'll do it alone type of person.

Lokki gladly accepts Kana's request.

"Sure no problem!"

He must be the type to be weak against girls asking favors.

Lokki positions himself towards the back of the dummybot while Kana position herself on front of it.

She tells him the plan.

"After I bow and initiate battle, I need you to keep that steady."

Lokki answers with confidence.

"Yeah sure thing!"

I wonder about that.

After they sorted out their plan, they execute it while I quietly watch them.

Kana bows at the dummybot, after that it went on a fighting stance so did she.

Lokki, who was behind the dummybot quickly restrains it from its movements but it looks like he wasn't doing so well.

Kana expresses her dissatisfaction.

"Keep it more steady."

"Right!"

Looks like he's progressing.

"More steady."

"I'm trying! Damn this thing is feisty!"

He's almost there.

"More."

Lokki seems like he was about to give up.

"More?"

"More."

Finally Lokki was able to stop it's movements and keep it steady.

Kana suddenly expresses her gratitude.

"I thank you for contributing to the advancement of technology."

"Yeah! Hurry up and do it quickly! I don't think that I can hold on much-"

Bzzzzzt*

Kana zaps dummybot with a stun gun along with Lokki.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarhg!"

Lokki and the dummybot collapse towards the floor.

After that, Kana fix her glasses in place while expressing her sense of accomplishment.

"Mission complete..."

What she did was probably what you call cheating so I told her that.

"You know that's cheating right?"

She looks at me while fixing her glasses in place. Suddenly she tosses the stun gun at me.

"Here catch."

I catch it out of reflexes.

"Now your an accomplice."

"Accomplice? What do you mean?"

She ignores my question and told me to hand over her stun gun.

"Now give it back, unless your interested with that prototype."

"Prototype?"

Then again she ignores me and takes out her cell phone and fidgets with it.

My cell phone vibrated. I took it out of my pocket and check out the notification.

I suddenly receive a request for 300 credits.

"You're serious?"

She suddenly explains about that prototype.

"That is a prototype stun gun I made that has a penetration effect like armor piercing bullets."

I don't really care what the prototype is anymore.

"And your point is?"

"That will be 300 hundred credits."

It's hard to keep up with this girl, so I returned the stun gun to her and she put it inside her pocket.

Suddenly she takes out a chalk from her other pocket and starts tracing Lokki like what the police did in the past at a crime scene.

"What the hell are you doing?"

She didn't answer my question and continues tracing Lokki.

After that she takes out her cell phone and starts taking pictures of Lokki. Then she answers my question.

"I'm taking pictures."

"I could clearly see that... So what for?"

She looks at me while fixing her glasses in place.

"Proof that the prototype works."

She continues taking pictures.

I decided to leave her alone along with Lokki and continued the tour in his place.

Next destination, Roc's battle.

Roc is having a serious boxing match with the dummybot. I offer him my help.

"Need any help?"

"No man I'm good! But thanks for the offer. Shu! Shu! One! Two! Shu! Shu!"

He's executing a two punch combo on the dummybot.

Looks like he didn't need my help after all so I decided to leave Roc alone.

Now, time to go to the last destination of the tour which is Aeris' battle.

Aeris is fighting the dummybot elegantly like she was dancing.

When I meant dancing, I meant metaphorically speaking not literal like what Mathias did.

I have seen martial arts before in a form of a dance like capoera, escrima and taichi but its my first time to see one so elegantly.

For example when the dummybot attacks Aeris, she dodges it by executing a side step spin and hits the back of the head with her right arm using the fulcrum.

Even her kicks are elegant like it was from a ballet routine.

Strangely though she doesn't execute any punches, only chops and pushes.

She was able to deactivate the dummybot by doing those repeatedly.

After that she executes a bow like she was bowing to an audience so I applaud her.

Clap* Clap* Clap* Clap*

She starts panicking.

"Huh? What?"

She raises her head up and looks at me. Suddenly she became embarrassed.

"L-linel where you w-watching?"

"Yup..."

She became red all over.

"Jeez Linel you should have said something earlier! That was so embarrassing."

I told her the truth.

"I couldn't say anything earlier because I was amazed by your martial arts."

She told me the cold hard truth.

"Linel, that wasn't martial arts."

Looks like I was quick to judge so I ask her about it.

"Really? Then what is it?"

She answers me while lowering her voice.

"That was a traditional dance from my home planet..."

"..."

She starts getting embarrassed again and asks me for a favor.

"Please Linel don't tell anyone about it! Please!"

I'm not into gossiping and told her about it.

"Don't worry, I'm not the type to go around and talk behind peoples back."

Looks like she's in relief after I said that.

"If you say so Linel, I trust you."

She seems to be the goody two shoes type who trust people so easily so I warned her about that.

"You know it's not good to trust people right of the bat..."

"Linel your not trustworthy?"

And she misunderstood me.

I try correcting her.

"No I'm talking about people in general."

"Linel is it wrong to trust people?"

This might take awhile, so I went straight to the point.

"No but it's wrong to trust people that you have just met."

"So Linel your not trustworthy?"

Then again she misunderstood me.

I gave up on explaining and told her that I could be trusted.

"I'm trustworthy..."

She gives me a reply with a smile.

And that's how the loop question ended.

Aeris and I decided to go towards the side of the battlefield and wait for the teacher to come back. Eventually, the bell rang, and he still hasn't come back.
