I grit my teeth as I run away from the barrage of attacks on the giant Skeleton Amalgamation. The bastard not only has a body that keeps regenerating, but he also can use fucking magic. I don't have a problem if he has a limit, but no.

I jump away from another attack and release five explosion spells at the incoming bone.

I spread my mana and connected it to all of my men coming with me, including Melisandre. After connecting my mana, I cast a communication spell on them.

"Run away. Go as far away from this city or reach the shore if you can. I will distract this monster. I have a plan. Believe me."

While running around, I can see the hesitation in my people's eyes for a few seconds before nodding their heads. While still watching each other back, they slowly retreat away from the city, and after fifteen minutes, they are gone from the city, and I can hear someone laughing.

"Hahahahahaha! You are now alone, boy! Your troops are gone. Your trusted allies betray you. Join me and I will give you eternal life."

"No thank you. I like being mortal."

"So be it!"

I really want to use my hidden weapon, but I need to make sure my people get away as fast as possible unless they get absorbed by the Blackhole. I continue to run around the city while firing spell after spell uselessly.

All of them did nothing to the giant skeleton. However, it makes the one controlling it angry and keeps chasing me. I ran around the city for another ten minutes before stopping. The skeleton looks at me, and even though I cannot see it from here, I know that he is smirking.

"So, you finally give up? Hahahahaha! I thought this would be more interesting."

"No no no no. You are wrong. I stop because I know my people are at a safe distance. Now it is time for me to go on the offensive."

I release a lot of mana at once and feed my teleportation spell but put it on hold.

"You! What are you planning?! Stop him!"

A horde of ghouls and skeletons run toward him like a tidal wave. I keep fighting the incoming horde with spells and shields while feeding the spell with my mana. Slowly but surely, the magic circle at my back grows larger and glows even brighter.

The Undead King gets even more desperate when he feels the growing power of my spell. Well, he should be worried because it takes a lot of mana to cast this spell. However, lucky for him, I did not use this to fight him but to run away from this place.

Unfortunately for him, I will destroy him to pieces using my other hidden weapon.

After a few minutes of charging, my spell is ready. I take a deep breath and control the gravity around me to float in the air. I take out my necklace and crush it using my hand. Then, using a portion of the spell on my back, I teleported on top of the giant skeleton and dropped the necklace on top of it.

After dropping the necklace, I quickly activate my spell on full power and appear next to my people.

The soldiers of Lunaria keep running back to the shore at the command of their king. Even if they are dead from exhaustion, they will keep running because it was the direct order of their king.

Even when they hear an explosion happening behind them, they keep running.

As they continue running, they see a magic circle appear a few hundred meters from them. They take out their weapon and get ready to kill anything appearing in front of them that is trying to get in their way from finishing their order.

However, they widen their eyes when they see their king appear in front of them instead of an enemy. When Viserys lands on the ground, his body gives up and falls flat on the ground. Charging the spell did not really strain his body but casting it made his mana core overheat a little.

Because of this, the mana core tries to cool down by gathering a residue of mana inside his body to coat it with a soothing effect. Because of this, he cannot move for a few seconds.

His men were already running at full speed to help him get up from the ground.

"Your highness! Are you okay?"

One of the soldiers helps Viserys up and takes out a small vial from his belt. He feeds it into Viserys' mouth. While feeding him the potion, the people around him can hear the scream of the damned coming from the city.

Inside the city, Baemar screams as he can feel his entire body get sucked into the dark abyss above him. He tried everything to prevent himself from getting sucked into the black hole, but it was futile.

He tried his magic and sacrificed his slave, but all of that did not work, and slowly his entire body, even his anchor to the living world, got sucked into the black hole. In a matter of a few seconds, Baemar is gone from this world, leaving nothing behind.

As their master is essentially dead, the rest of the undead around the area falls to the ground, dead. Their souls are finally released from their eternal torment. Viserys and his companion can see a bright light appear inside the city, and they can see a visage of people inside that pillar of light that pierce through the cloud.

It lasts only for a few seconds before it disappears.

The city of death is now gone, and the chain that keeps its people in the living world finally disappears, and their souls can rest.
