Chapter 4

The day after the Teacher's Day, the five friend went back to school like all the other students. They were in their homeroom when their teacher entered with a new student. She had a long blonde hair reaching the hip tied into high ponytail, blue eyes and a soft friendly smile. All the students turn to stare at the new student, the boys with googly eyes or lust while some girls look jealous or awed at the new girl. Two student in particular had a different reaction at the new student. Sohee and Mischa was looking at the girl with an indifferent poker face while Olivia had a shocked look on her face, though only Sohee seem to notice.

'She must've recognised the girl' Sohee thought absentmindedly.

The new girl smiled and bowed a little making some people confused. "Hello my name is Silvia Anne Walker but you guys can called me Silvia or Silver"

A female student raised her hand to ask, "you kind of look Asian...though your hair are blonde, did you dye it or something?"

"no, it's my natural hair colour...and yes I kind of am, my father is half british half japan though my mother is full british. I inherited my mother's hair colour"

"that's explained the accent" gasped the teacher in realisation.

"yeah I'm still trying to get used talking in American accent so that's why my british accent came out sometime" Silvia chuckled nervously.

"so you're a weeb then? like you love those 2d character? no wonder you bow, what a poser. I bet you don't even have a boyfriend! " a girl seating in the middle scoffed causing the two girls on either of her to giggle. They wore a tight fitting tanktop and short skirt, in other word your usual mean girls.

At her seat Olivia growled lowly too low for human to hear when she heard what Amy said causing Sohee to be surprised. Demons and their advanced hearing.

Silvia mouth twitched a little though her face still kept a friendly face while the teacher scolded the girl, "Amy! that is not nice! you shouldn't judge a person like that apologise to her now!"

Said girl just scoff and gave her an insincere 'sorry'. Silvia smiled and reply "it's okay and I do like anime... but for your information, I do have a boyfriend. we've been dating for four years now... sadly he's in another class and you should not assume that every Japanese people like anime some Japanese prefers drama or movies than anime". The male population look defeated at that piece of info. Some girls even laughed at Amy saying how her boyfriend only dated her for a year before she got dumped.

Lunch came soon enough and the girls was in there usual table except for Olivia.

Violet looked around the area before asking "has anyone see Oli?"

Monique look up from her phone and answered "Oh! I saw her walking to the new girl after chem, she was in the same class as us too... Via must have been tasked to give her a tour or something..."

Sohee play around with her salad while casually saying, "or something alright".

Mischa look up at her spaghetti and asked "what do you mean Sohee?".

The other grew curious too and turn to stare at Sohee instead of their food making said demon sighed and mutter something about being observant.

"When the new girl came in Olivia looked at the girl shocked, she must have known the girl very well to react like that" Sohee finally told them her observation.

"huh... is she human or..?" Mischa asked lowly knowing that Sohee is the one among them that can sense a person real species.

Sohee thought back for a second and shake her head "no... she's a human".

"ooh... maybe she's one of the descendants that Via talks about" Monique speculate giddily.

They grew quite when Olivia approached them, holding a boxed raspberry juice. "Hi girls sorry I was giving the new girl a tour" she said, sitting down nexto Mischa.

"so.... do you know the girl?" Violet blurted out suddenly making Mischa and Monique becone shocked at her lack of tact.

Olivia just sip her drink while nodding, answering casually "yeah... I do, I'll introduce her later after school but you girls have to come with me to my house though. It's kind of complicated".

They all answered sure and continue eating. The bell rang 5 minutes later and they all went outside the cafeteria.

"ugh.... gym, I hate it" Monique groaned, slouching as they walked.

Violet nodded and look at Sohee and Olivia enviously "how lucky of you two to have free period".

Said two people just smirked at them. "Perks of having 'health problems'" Olivia chuckled, making a bunny ear at the word 'health problem'.

"why didn't you guys take gym? It'll be an easy class for you guys" Violet asked curiously.

"that's the thing... it would be easy for us. Imagine how suspicious it'll be if both of us did not look tired or sweaty after the class while the other look dead tired? " Sohee answered them with an amused tilt.

Monique and Violet widened their eyes in realisation at that while Mischa just chuckled at them.

"Olive! babe! " a shout came from behind them. The girls turned to see Lance running toward them, he looked out of breath when he arrived causing Olivia to went to him and give her a bottle of cold water that she just got before leaving the cafeteria.

"there there, take a slow even breaths and then drink this water... why do you have to be so rushed anyway babe?" Olivia asked him while opening the bottled water and give it to Lance to drink.

Lance straightened up and took the drink eagerly drinking it before answering, "I was from gym... I was afraid you already left the cafeteria area so I ran. I know you have free period but you were really hard to find during this period so I want to catch you before you're far from the cafeteria ".

"welp... that's our cue to leave, bye lovebirds! " Violet piped up, dragging Monique and Mischa towards the second auditorium for their gym class. Sohee also excused herself to go to the infirmary as she always help out the nurse there every free period.

"didn't you have history this period? " Olivia asked her tired boyfriend while guiding him to the student lounge.

"nah... mr. Howard took a sudden sick leave today and there is no subs that can come last minute so the class is canceled" Lance shrugged with a grin, clearly excited.

"that's convenient" Olivia smiled. They've arrived to the student lounge and decided to pick on a two seater sofa near a large window.

"how's your weekend? did you and your brother do something fun?" she asked curiously sipping on another raspberry juice.

Lance just shrug while putting his hand across her shoulder and pulling her close "nothing fun really, he's been home a lot last week and keep bothering me with stupid stuff... how about you? anything fun?".

"well... the girls and I do a sleepover on monday and then went shopping the next day. It was quite fun... well except for the shopping part since we always went shopping together" Olivia answered while smilling gently at her drink, thinking back at their sleepover.

Lance smiled at that and kissed his girlfriend's forehead fondly, "I'm glad.. "

A big ruler came slapping the coffee table infront of them making both jumped and separated from each other. Olivia winced in pain as the sounds of ruler slapping sounded harsher on her advanced hearing.

A stern looking teacher was next to the table looking at them angrily while holding the ruler, "No PDA in the students lounge or any of the school area! that includes cuddling and kissing forehead, cheeks, lips or even nose! I will let you too sit together in one chair but I won't have you this close so slide further now! now! now! ". The teacher slaps the ruler quite hard to their thigh getting them to move until they both sitting on the end of the sofa, she then take a small pillow from another two seater sofa across them and placed it in between the couple.

"this is your boundary and if I found out you two move closer again and ignore this boundary, this ruler will slap your thigh and arm like how slapped that table earlier. understand!?!" she said while slapping the table for a second time making both flinched and hurriedly answered,

"Y-yes Mrs. Cane! "

The teacher nodded in satisfaction and continued her patrol around the lounge, several sounds of slapping and frightened squeals can be heard more signaling that few other couple got busted by her.

Lance sighed in relief whe the teacher gone and turn to his girlfriend, "fuck that teacher is like a phantom sometimes... appearing out of nowhere with that scary ruler of her, she even fucking give us a pillow border" muttering the end one.

He look surprised to see Olivia hunched over a little, rubbing her ears with a slight painful expression. "babe are you alright? did the sounds of ruler slapping hurts you?? ". he crouched down infront of her and move his hands to close Olivia's ears.

Olivia looked up with a strained smile and assured him, "it's okay...my ears kind of went into a bit of a shock at the unexpected sound... don't worry about it L". She went and took Lance hands from her ears and try to give a more convincing smile to lessen his worry even though her ears feels like its going to bleed still, she thought she even heard ringing in her ears.

He gave her a doubtful face but give up in the end and went back to his side of the sofa not forgetting to give the pillow border a disdain look causing Olivia to chuckled.

Olivia took another sip of her raspberty juice causing Lance to gulp. "Babe....can I have a sip?".

Olivia widened her eyes at the unexpected request before fumbling through her bag searching for something while saying "no! this is mine and the box is so small but.... you can have this ones, I kind of bought 8 of these". She handed a similar boxed raspberry juice to Lance which he took and thanked her before opening it. Unbeknownst to Olivia, Lance noticed that the writings and brand in the box look different than the one she drank despite the similarities between the two boxes and he knew that Olivia never use different brand as she always stick to one brand which confuses him.

He shrug it out of his mind for now and took out his phone asking her "anyway, want to play minecraft?". Wiggling his phone with a smirk.

Olivia smirked back and quickly takes out her phone "let's!". So the couple spend the period playing minecraft together.

As the period come to end signalling the last period going to start, the two couple stand up to go to their last class of the day. Lance offered to throw away their boxes of the juice which she let him and went running off after saying goodbye quickly as her class is in the other side of the school.

On his way out he throw away his empty box of juice but put Olivia's empty box in his bag before continuing his journey to geography class.

It was after school and the girls went with Olivia to her villa. Monique was gushing of how cool Olivia is to ride a limo everywhere along the way making the other (who isn't Sohee) to chuckled at their silly friend.

Violet look at the back and notices something, "hey there's another limo following us".

Olivia turned to look, "oh! that must be Silvia!"

The other 'oohed' at that.

once they arrived to the villa Olivia quickly went out of the car and stand straight waiting for the second limo making all of them confused.

Soon the second limo parked next to their limo and Olivia went to the door and opened it while curtsying "welcome milady". Let's just say Monique and Violet is beyond confused now while Sohee and Mischa become suspicious of the new girl.

A hand came out first which Olivia grabbed and followed by the gentle smilling face of Silvia Walker, the new student.

"Thank you Via... you know you don't have to do this, just act casual" Silvia told her while giggling.

"and please... just Silvia"

"I-it's okay milad- I mean Silvia" Olivia stammers while blushing. Mischa and Sohee glance at each other with a puzzled and amused look.

Few minutes later and the group plus Silvia is seating comfortably in a living room, each of them holding a cup of iced orange juice.

The four girls looked expectantly at Olivia and the new girl who is still enjoying their drink. The two girls shared a look and then Silvia stand up.

"Olivia told me about you guys...." She started but stopped when she noticed Mischa tense stance and Sohee narrowed eyes. She smiled gently at them causing Mischa to be stunned and blushed, Sohee aren't deterred by the smile and just continue looking at the girl with narrowed eyes.

Seeing that Silvia just chuckled and give a slight curtsy, "let me reintroduce myself : my name is Silvia Angelica Phantomhive.. Walker is actually my cover up family name...I'm pretty sure you are familiar with my family. I am the Princess of the Gardenia Clan".

(A/N: the family name Phantomhive belongs to Yana Toboso character from Blacl Butler, Ciel Phantomhive. I am just using the name as it is the only noble british family name that I can think of that may not relate to real life people. Please be known that my character is not at all related to the Phantomhives from Black Butler)

"You're...a vampire princess? but you're human... " Mischa said, puzzled. Sohee just look at the so callled princess in surprise.

Monique and Violet looked amazed at Silvia.

Silvia sit back down and explained "I am a human and a vampire. In every generation there is always four girls born to become the princesses to four major peaceful vampire clans... for example my clan, Gardenia". She stop for a bit and take a sip of her drink before continuing,

"Those girls are always born with a vampire curse inside of them and when they are crowned the girls will be drained out of her human blood by the eldest of the vampire in their clan and they will transformed into a fully fledged vampire"

The four girls was mesmerised by the story at this point causing Olivia tp be amused as even the "cold-hearted" demon isn't excepted.

"for some reason... I was different. Since I was a small girl I could naturally shift into what I would call my 'vampire form' and 'human form'" Silvia do the bunny ears on the word vampire and human form,

"Noone know the reason why... my parents almost thought I was cursed by a demon" Sohee chuckled at this,

"good things that they didn't try to exorcise me or something as they already know of my fate to become a vampire princess and the fact that they and the most powerful witches even cannot find traces of demon's curse aside from the hidden vampire curse that every choosen girls get" this time the story teller herself that chuckled.

"the elders in my clan and the Watchers council thought a powerful witch or druids had cursed me without noticing...I honestly thinks that they got that idea from the fact that Angelus got cursed to have human soul by druids" she mumbled the last part using low voice which only Olivia, Sohee and Mischa(as she is close to her) can hear it.

She takes a deep breath and release then ending her story, "so even until now noone knows the reason...but we just learn to accept that maybe I'm just special... so yeah what you see now is I'm in my human form. My vampire form would look almost similar to my human form except that my blue eyes and blonde hair shift to red colour and well... my fang grew".

(A/N: for those who recognise Angelus... please be known he did not belong to me and I'm just borrowing him for my story. He will not appear in this as a character, only mentioned)

Now the four girls really look amazed. Sohee and Mischa struggled to believe that something like this is even possible as that never happened in history.

After 10 minutes of letting the story sinked in, Sohee recovered first "so... all that aside... why are you here? and are you the only one or did the watcher council send any hunters or slayers too? "

Silvia looked glad at the four mild reactions, she almost thought they will react horribly and do not believe her specifically the witches and demon as she knows the humans can easily accept it. Hey, if supernaturals exists why can't cases like her exist?.

"I'm glad you ask, I bet you girls know about the rogues constant movement into the city... I was sent by the Watchers council along with a slayer of their choice and couple others to investigate the reason and if possible stop them" Silvia told them with a business-type smile, Crossing her legs and sighed.

Meanwhile in the Hilde manor Lance who just got back from basketball practise, laying almost half dead in his bed from exhaustion. Five minutes of laying down Ryle popped his head into his brother's room and laugh at the exhausted Lance, "tough practise bro?".

"You know it... the coach is crazy I swear!" Lance complained.

Ryle laughed at his brother before stopping and sniffing the air, "why do I smell blood... and it's not yours, did someone got injured while practising?"

"no.... wait a minute" Lance jump to his bag and immediately open it. He takes out the empty box of raspberry juice that Olivia had drank from and toss it to Ryle.

"did the blood smell came from here? "

Ryle caught it and sniffed it. His eyes widened and he immediately tore it open and lick the residue that sticked on the box, "this box used to be filled with blood Lance.... whose box is this? ".

Lance paled and sat down in his bed looking at Ryle intensely, "It's Olivia's.... she always drank that.... ". Realisation dawn on him.

Ryle just widened his eyes before cheering and pointing at Lance, "AHA! I KNEW SHE WAS A VAMPIRE!!"

Lance just look faint as he tried to process the news. Ignoring his brother's cheer of victories from being right.
