Chapter 6

Inside Hokage Office, Hiruzen was listening to Ko's report with interest .

He had a previous impression on Hiroki before too. Hiroki had good overall score in his class and was always in Top 10. That's why he was paired up with a Hyuga and Uchiha.

Even though both Hyuga Sanae and Uchiha Gin were less talented than the ones in Elite class , their potential were still not be underestimated.

Hiruzen had thought a lot before he assigned this team to Hyuga Ko. Now after listening to the new fact , Hiruzen considered to assign Hiroki to better team but he changed his mind after looking at Ko's proud expression.

Anyway Ko was a very good Jonin so Hiruzen could let him handle Hiroki's training. Besides from Ko's new vibe , Hiruzen was sure that Ko planned to train Hiroki with all his might.

Hiruzen dismissed Ko and went in thought.

' Hmm .. a civilian kid with huge potential? Hiroki kun and Minato kun. Haha.. sensei , looks like we have good seedlings in our newest generation. '

Hiruzen let out a sigh of relief. He was the Hokage and it was his job to manage the village. Of course it was good news for him that there was another promising ninja in the village.

" Anbu ! " Hiruzen tapped his desk and said lightly.

With a flash an anbu kneeled before him.

" Hokage sama ! " The anbu bowed before Hiruzen.

Hiruzen just nodded . " Your task is to monitor a new genin called Futaba Hiroki. Check out for any suspicious movements and report directly to me if you sense something. Go.."

The anbu bowed for the last time and dissapeared using Body Flicker jutsu. Looking out from the window, Hiruzen smoked his pipe and a cold glint flashed in his eyes.

' Let's hope that you are not a spy ! ' Hiruzen thought and the cold glint vanished. He returned to his task of completing the huge paperwork and could not help but sigh looking at the audtocious amount of papers stacked on his poor desk.

Of course Hiroki had no idea that Hokage had assigned an anbu to monitor . Well it was a wise decision as it was a chaotic time period. It wouldn't be a surprise if enemy villages sent spies in Konoha.

Even if Hiroki knew that an anbu was watching him , he won't care much because Hiroki didn't plan to make any suspicious movements anyway. The only immediately plan of Hiroku for now was to train and train.

After all the war was coming. Even though Hiroki had full confidence to return alive from the war , it still wont hurt to train under an experienced jonin and enrich his arsenal.

Hiroki had his system and it had a function called Dreamscape. Its use was simple. Hiroki could train against his desired target while doing mediation or resting. This unique function could be used for an hour daily.

So even though , Hiroki didn't have any real battle experience yet , he still had plenty of experience fighting genin , chunin and even jonin class ninja. This function was better than real battles because Hiroki could choose any terrain like swamp , forest , mountain etc and could choose his desired number of opponents.

So right now it wasn't an exaggeration to say that Hiroki was the best genin in the village right now except some special old timers like Might Dai .

Hyuga Ko returned to the training ground but this time he could not hide the smile on his face. He had thought that training genin would be bothersome but now he could train a future pillar of Konoha ! So of course he wa gratified by the task.

Soon his face turned serious because he planned to train Hirokiwith all his might even if Hiroki didnt want to. Ko couldn't be blamed for thinking like this because any sane person would think that Hiroki was hiding his strength because he was lazy. Well it truth but Hiroki didnt plan to run from training in near future...
