Now use Yang imaging your body a yo-yo it will take 2 years to master when you get right your speed would double and you can expand any of your body. But before doing this it's wise to learn charka control if that you won't be able to do this.

Wait isn't this the Akimichi clan Expansion Jutsu, if this is true Uzumaki gave a weak version of original Expansion Jutsu. It's makes sense they don't have enough charka control and they won't even know how to combine elements so Uzumaki probably made a deal with them.

It's best to use in a forest because it will have alot of shadows, slowly pour charka in the shadow. Then try your best to move it by image water flow empty your mind only think of rise it up and down. Next you need to practice on a animal a moving one try your best either stealing his shadow or control it.

By the time you master it, you will be able steal anyone information just by touch your shadow and if you steal someone shadow. The shadow will rise up as a copy of the person you stole but the copy will be twice as strong as the original. It's wise to master charka control to do this or it break your mind.

( the Uzumaki need to find an easy way to master a justu with any charka control and not using alot of charka. The side effect for nara is they need to stay still to even control people. For the Akimichi clan they need to eat alot so they can expand their body enough wasting calories instead of charka.)

You need electric your body then do the same for an animal slowly image how that animal body works it should take two years to master.

By the time you master it one snapped with your fingers you can pick anyone who you want talk by looking at them and you can imagi break their body. The enemies will do it without realizing, will think it is an genjutsu. Before master it you need charka control.

By the time you do this you would be able master it in 4 years it would boost your speed and strength 10x for 5 mins after the time run out you will be thirsty its wise to store some water in Seal storage. If in 10 min you don't drink, you will feel like your arms breaking for whole 30 whole minutes. Its wise to master charka control before trying this or you will actually die young.

(Thie is advance of 8 gates but to actually master it's dangerous.... so this what an A rank jutsu is like for the Uzumaki clan. I remember might guy calling this justu a forbidden I wonder if the Uzumaki made a weakened version for might guy's dad so he didn't need to use charka and charka control.)
