1 A new beginning

[ I do not own anything apart from OC characters, this is just something I've decided to make because I'm bored .]

On the way home from University a young man had unfortunately suffered at the hands of Truck-sama and died. Currently he was sitting in a white room that had.... absolutely nothing inside, except for a old man who he couldn´t really make out. Shusui was looking at the man and thought 'it couldn't be! Am I dead?'.

"Yes you are young one." said the old man

" And what now old man? Am I right to think that you are some kind of godlike being?" - shusui

" Yes you are. You are going to reincarnate with 3 wishes." - ROB

" Why did you choose me?" - shusui

" Don´t flatter yourself to much I only chose you per random lottery and as for why you get this chance it is because I am getting bored and you Humans had the Idea of me sending you to fantasy worlds with cheats and I thought why not try it out. You should be honored. Now do not waste time and start thinking about what you want." - ROB

" Alright! Then I choose to be reborn in Boku no hero academia in the same generation as Izuku, since that anime is a good Start and relatively safe, but it is a tall order to pick 3 wishes which I will be stuck with for the rest of my life hmm.

I guess I want to choose two extremely powerful and versatile quirks that can not be copied or stolen and for the last one I would like a body with certain abilities that are not quirks and also cannot be copied or stolen but are still very powerful as I want a customized body. Is that possible and could I choose when my quirks awaken?" - shusui

"You can but first tell me which natural ability and Quirks you want." - ROB

" The natural body abilities I want are

1)an adaptable body, meaning it can adapt to any environment and situation and implants fuse with it so my body will keep the advantages of said DNA or organs but it will fully belong to me. An example would be if I implanted Hashiramas DNA in me I would get higher regeneration and the mokuton but it would not have its disadvantages like danzo or if I implanted a sharingan it would be like it has always been my eye and would not take more Chakra to use than for a pureblood otsutsuki also no curse of hatred and upon awakening its evolutions I would get an original ability even if the eye already had one that means if I used shisui's eye I would not get kotoamatsukami but a new ability.

2)My eyes will be called the Tengan and have all dojutsu/eye abilities I know of (including those that I learn of after reincarnation) in a mix making some more powerful also my eyes will not change form or color when I use the Tengan. As an example of a strong eye ability in the boku no hero academia world would be a fusion of Jeremiah's geass canceler + oboro's mystic eyes + aizawa's erasure will allow me to cancel all quirks(powers) in an area effect including mutant quirks .

I call the first quirk noblesse. It's abilities are

1)It make me a primordial/progenitor which allows me to control the blood or its equivalent of all beings and makes me immune to curses and the like if I don't want to be affected by them this includes the devil fruit curse and the curse that zeref has and so on.

2) By absorbing DNA I get the ability/power/quirk of the person this DNA belongs to even if it is just a temporary power like a devil fruit ability or a copied quirk. By ingesting their blood I get their knowledge of their ability and if they agree or declare that they will support me I will also get all their knowledge of their ability as they grow. That means should I absorb the blood of kenpachi zaraki after he declares to support me in lets say the hueco Mundo arc then I will not just know all he knows about his zanpakuto but when he discovers his zanpakuto name and how to use it I will also get that knowledge. As a primordial/progenitor should I absorb the blood of a dragon then I will get the knowledge of said dragon which includes dragon language and magic etc... as well as be able to transform in said dragon or in a hybrid Form and that applies to all non-human beings.

3) I will be able to turn of all abilities I possess no matter how I gained them so if I gain an ability that stops me from aging while I am four I can decide not to stop aging until I am 18 or whatever age I decide to stop aging at. Also my quirks and natural abilities cannot be stolen or copied. I want to awaken this quirk when I am four.

As for my second quirk I want it to be atomic space time dimension manipulation which will allow me to

1)manipulate space, time, dimension and its subcategories such as gravity, energy or even the creation of materials I know.

2)allow me to travel to different worlds in any time and dimension I desire. Making it possible for me to teleport to another world and not age in said world while time in my current world has stopped. I want to awaken this quirk at the age of 2" - shusui

" I will allow it but your Tengan will need to be trained and the same for your manipulation of blood, space, time and dimension. Your ability to travel to different worlds will be exempted from that."- ROB

After shusui thanked the old man he said goodbye and vanished from the white room and headed for his rebirth.
