ππ’π₯?
I say as I enter my father's room.
π π°! ππ’π΄ π’π―πΊπ°π―π¦ π΄π¦π¦π― π₯π’π₯?!
I scream those words across the apartment and my siblings tell me that he left while I was working late.
I knew it was supposed to happen but it seems late considering I'm 15. He probably found out I was gay or my brother did something slightly out of line.
Tho it was expected I pretend to be surprised and sad at the same time with a bit of depression sprinkled on to that so I could skip school for a few days. Emotions are hard to emulate I guess cause I looked super weird trying to mix three at once.

I hear both my sibling say that simoultaneously and I go back to my room, hoping this is a dream.
Spoiler alert- not a dream.
I ask my mom if I can skip school for a few weeks while looking for a job.
Her answer didn't matter to be honest as she is too sick to work so I am the only one that will be providing for us now.
My job search is not easy since I have no experience and thus only a few decently paying options.
Family meetings happen and my family found me a new job that will pay enough to pay everything we need.
I need more options so I will have to get experience fast. I decide to enroll at a training program to boost my chances. Little did I know, this was about to shape the next few years of my life.
