New Friend

I made a friend today! It's such a strange occurrence but I did it! We laugh at the same jokes, share the same favorite foods, and talk about our life struggles. He told me his father was hardly around and his mother is very distant. I know exactly how he felt, I think that's why we get each other so well. I told him that life is hard but we have to able to pull ourselves out of the dirt and keeping on pushing. He noded and we said our goodbyes. I can't to see him again soon, although what's weird is the only time I see him is... in the mirror.
