11 「 Tsukiji Fish Market 」

Saturday morning, the dawn have yet to come and Akira is seen taking a morning walk already. An enlivened spring breeze, the smell of cherry blossom, what a way to start a day.

Wearing a black hoodie, white short and a pair of AJ1, Akira holding a big white canvas and his suitcase in hand.

He planning to paint the landscape of Totsuki today, well let's say that he's bored because there is no morning class. And since he has been very busy yesteday. Its actually the first time that he has a chance to take a look around Totsuki. And its beautiful. Maybe because Its established literally on top of a mountain.

" There is nothing better than starting your day with paint and canvas. " He smiled as he keep walking, trying to find the perfect spot.

But as he walking, he saw a nice traditional dojo-like building. But there are a lot of consntruction vehicles surrounding that building.

Akira murmured.

"What is this? Is there some kind of renovation? But that building seems nice and--" Before Akira could finished his words, suddenly those consntruction vehicles starting to wreck that building, it flatenned to the ground.

"Uggh, why the hell are they destroying that..... the building still looking fine and nice, *Sigh* Rich people doing rich people things."

Akira sighing as he thinking about that building, and didn't realize that he's walking in the middle of a big road right now. Suddenly, a black car speeding towards him from behind.

" Huh? "

*HONK*

And luckily, the car stopped just a few meter from Akira before it could hit him and absolutely crushed his body.

'... I thought I'm really going to die just now. '

Akira gulped as he realize that he just survived from a car accident.

As the car door opened, there came a white-haired girl yelling at Akira.

"Hey! Why are you walking—" The girl immediately stopped talking when she Saw Akira's familiar face.

"Ara~, what are you doing here this early, Hyoujou-kun? "

The white-haired girl is none other than Nakiri Alice. Her annoyed face suddenly turned into smile, as if nothing happened.

However, even if the girl literally call his name, Akira tilted his head in confusion.

"Eh~, who are you?"

"Eh?"

Alice speechless, no, she's amazed. How could this man already forgot who she is? It hasn't even a day since they're in the same class and literally talking to each other.

' This guy... '

'Ehhhhh~, why should I come with them. ' Akira grumbled with a lethargic face.

Sitting in a millon dollars car, a black limousine owned by Nakiri Alice itself is far from being amusing for Akira. Well, he was being forced to come with her.

"So that's what happen Hyoujou-kun, now you remember who I am, right?" Alice asked, after a truthfully long explanation.

"Yeah, yeah, Nakiri Alice right, we were in the same class yesterday, I remember it now." Akira said, uninterested.

" Obviously! How could you forgot who i was, mou~" Alice pouting. Being a Nakiri is far for being an forgettable and uninteresting and this man just break that stigma.

"Well, how to say it, I have some kind of problem with my memory when I'm too focus in a certain thing, like cooking for example." Akira said, Alice is seems to noticed something.

"Come to think about it, you look slightly different when you were in class yesterday, like your attitude and how you bring yourself is... different." Alice said, as she recalled how Akira act arrogantly in Miyazoto's class yesterday, completely different than this chill, nonchalant Akira in front of her.

" Well, it's kind of split personality. But it's actually just how i act when I'm too focus on something, as i said earlier. As my concentration in Its peak, and my adrenaline is rushed, that just happen, somehow. I don't even know how to explain it scientifically." Akira shrugged.

Alice who heard that widened her eyes as she turned her gaze to the black-haired man beside her.

"Isn't that condition is similar to you, Ryo-kun?" Alice asked Kurokiba Ryo, who is always by her side no matter where she goes.

"Osu." Kurokiba nodded, a brief answer in a flat tone.

Akira raised his eyebrows, then looked at Alice.

"Does Kurokiba has some kind of split personality?" Akira asked. Even though Alice misinterpreted his words about having a " split personality ", he ignored it and more interested on Kurokiba.

Alice smiled sweetly and nodded.

"That's right! There are two sides of Ryo-kun, this miserable dead-fish looking guy and a fierce, passionate Ryo-kun." Alice explained.

"Osu." Kurokiba nodded.

Now Akira knows where does that burning passion came from. Akira then looked at the window as he changed the subject, which he really wanted to ask since earlier.

"By the way, where are we heading to?" They're gonna go outside the school, that's for sure.

" Good question~, Let's just say that we ran out of fish at the mansion, that's why we wanted to buy some of it in the Fish Market." Alice smiled.

"Hmmm~, But to think that a princess of Nakiri family doesn't have people to do something like that for her? Can't you just ask them for it?" Akira asked.

"Ryo-kun wants to choose it by himself, the best fish possible. And as a good master, I accompanied him. " Alice said with a smile, treating Ryo as her dog.

"Well, you're not wrong. And it seems like you're very selective about your fish, Kurokiba." Akira.

"Osu." Kurokiba answered briefly.

As Alice and Akira having a conversation about his rendang yesterday, they're finally arrived at the fish market.

"Ojou, we have arrived." The driver said.

"We are finally here! Let's go."

The three of them then get out of the car, and welcomed by an Incredible smell of ocean, salt, fish, umami, literally everything. And for Akira, this smell is just too amazing.

When Akira got out of the car, he saw the big sign that says.

'Tsukiji Fish Market'

"To think that I've actually here in the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. This place is amazing haha." Akira laughed a little bit.

I mean, who doesn't know about Tsukiji Fish Market. Literally one of if not the biggest, most iconic fish market in the whole world. Covering 230,000 square meters in central Tokyo, Tsukiji Fish Market was a global hub for seafood imports and grew from a commercial fish market to include restaurants and retail outlets, making it a major tourist destination. And the atmosphere here is just what you could imagine of a great fish market.

" Hold your amazement, the real amazing part is on the inside. Let's go!"

When Akira set his foot in the main area, he can already saw countless types of fish being displayed. Tuna and Salmon is everywhere on the sight, but there are also octopus, and other sea creatures.

Akira has often gone to the fish market, especially to buy seafood needed by his restaurant, but he never have a chance to go to Tsukiji. That's a little bit weird, but that's how it is. The fact that his house is quite far away from central Tokyo is one of the reason.

"This is great." Akira muttered as he looked around like a child while carrying his suitcase, the Canvas was left behind in Alice's car.

"Of course!~ Tsukiji Market is the Largest Fishmarket in the world, there are so many different types of fish from all over the world in this market, even Totsuki buys most of its tuna from here."

The three of them then kept walking until they arrived at a room that crowded by people, most of them are elderly and adults. Its quite rare to see a highschooler like Alice, Kurokiba and Akira in this place.

The three of them then entering a room, a bunch of huge fish lined up in the middle of the room, some of them even reached 2 meters long.

The fish looks very fresh with shiny, gilimmering skin.

"Woah, look at these tuna man, even I know from one gaze that this is some top tier tuna." Akira said with a sparkling eyes.

"Hm. You're right." It was Kurokiba, nodded in agreement. He still look miserable as always, but Akira knows that those eyes is something else when its about fish.

"By the way, what do they want to do with these fresh tuna?" Akira asked.

"Ah ~, these fish will be auctioned off." Alice said while looking at her watch.

"Auctioned?" Akira asked.

"That's right, this is a common activity at the Tsukiji Market, Fish Auction."
