General POV.

The people who saw this scenes were shocked and surprised, the fact that a woman could rank so high on the list, becoming the first in all the known world shocked them and challenged their world view, they knew disputing the rankings was futile, they also saw the scenes and knew that she was extremely skilled which some reluctantly accepted.

She was good with the bow, sword, dagger and staff, skilled in using poisons, she could master the majority of her senses which allowed her to beat the waif in the darknesss, she is a survivor and was trained by the faceless men.

Those who could recognise the skills she used to change her face were shocked, the way she used the skills in the future coupled with her blood thirst and desire for revenge made her a very deadly foe, they were also shocked by the kind of skills the faceless men use and the many ways they can use to kill their targets.

The fact that a faceless man could kill a servant or someone close to their target and silently kill the person without anyone knowing and that they would not be able to even capture the faceless because he would just change his face and leave unhindered made the feel very afraid. If their rivals or enemies manage to hire a faceless man to act against them, they will be doomed, they also could not just decide to gather troops to invade Braavos so as to kill the faceless men.

The faceless men are protected by Braavos and the Iron Bank, the Bravossi and the Iron bank have a lot of allies and money to spend, the can hire mercenarys pirates and assassins like the sorrowful men and the faceless men, the can also use their money to sponsor rebels, usurpers and power hungry people that can disrupt succession leading to a lot of chaos in the end.

Even if with the power they would be able to gather, who knows if they would still have enough power so that their rivals would not take them out in the aftermath.

They might even be assassinated once they start to gather their army, it is very likely that a servant would have already been replaced by a faceless man who would kill them once they start moving against Bravoos.

It is better for them to let the sleeping dogs lie, others that are stupid enough can do it for them instead.

Robert Baratheon POV.

'So that was Ned's daughter huh? Her behaviour is definitely like Lyanna, a real fiesty wolf' Robert thought.

Arya was able to survive a lot, from the little they could see in that scene she became a very powerful warrior after suffering a lot of things.

The way Arya called those names in her list gave him the shivers, the sheer hatred, blood thirst and desire for revenge that could be seen her eyes and that could be heard in her voice gave him pause.

Then there is the fact that the Freys managed to kill the Starks. They did it by breaking guest rights and ambushing their guests during a wedding, that was unforgivable.

He would crush those weasels, particularly that old Frey, he would enjoy smashing his head with his hammer.

The Starks went to war against the Lannisters and the Iron throne, it seems that according to the future shown on the scroll he would not be around for long maybe a year or two before he dies, it seemed Joffery did something or the Lannisters did something that caused Ned to rebel before they killed his family except the bastard and the daughter Arya was left as the only true Stark.

"Barristan, what do you think happened to cause Ned to rebel against the Iron throne, against my son?" Robert asked, trying to see if he could prevent that from coming to pass.

"From what I know of Ned Stark, I think your son Joffery did something that is very damning or dishonourable for him to rebel" Barristan Selmy replied while continuing to guard him while Jaime Lannister went to guard his sister because she was in grief for Joffrey.

Cersei had been distraught with the death of her first son, screaming in grief and ordering for the death of the Hound because to her, he was the one who killed her son, all the while denying that it was Joffery's stupidity and arrogance that cost him his own life.

She is a deluded woman, she has a poisonous tongue and the dislike between him and Cersei was mutual, he cannot stand her and he only married her because Tywin Lannister was rich and holding a lot of power then, he did so in order to stabilise the realm but he knows the Lannisters are a bunch of power grabbing sh*ts who could do any sort of despicable things for more power.

"Varys, that thing she did you change her face, is it magic?" Robert asked, while thinking of the skills and prowess displayed by her in the scenes shown in the scroll.

"From what I see from the scroll it seems so" Varys replied, he asked again "could they do what Arya did to the Freys? Can they do it to us?".

When everyone around heard his question they tensed, looking around themselves as if that would prevent them from dying if the faceless men really wanted to kill them. "Yes your grace, they can do that to us, that is one of the reasons the Iron bank is so feared, they can pay the exhorbitant cost the faceless men demand" Varys replied.

"And we are owing them about two million gold dragons" Renly Baratheon said, and the room became silent as the tension and fear in the room rose high.

"Master of coin, find a way to pay back the debt to the Iron bank and you better do it fast, if they come for us I do not think you would be spared also, your are the realm's master of coin" Robert said, to which Petyr Baelish replied "I will do so as soon as possible your grace".

"Good" Robert replied, "Call the banners when the scroll finishes the rankings so that we can prepare to crush those weasels, nobody ever liked them and sure everyone wants to crush them" Robert ordered, while waiting to see what the number one reward would be.

He wondered if he could make Arya marry his son Tommen.

Ned Stark POV

Winterfell, The North.

The blood thirst and skill of the future Arya shocked the whole of Winterfell, he could see the way the guards and servants look at Arya with a bit of fear, even her own mother was in shock.

Arya was in awe of her future self skills and telling Jon that she will become even better than him, Robb and Theon are very surprised with the skill and abilities the future Arya displayed, Sansa was very afraid of Arya and not even hiding it while Bran looked at Arya with awe in his eyes.

"That needle sword would be soon commissioned at the blacksmith shop, I was already saving money for the sword and I have asked the Smith for the details and cost of the weapon, I planned to give her the sword when I leave for the Night watch" Jon said while Arya looked up at him and hugged him while saying thank you.

"That means that future is not that far away, only a few moons from now most likely" Robb said with a bit of fear, "Father, I don't want you to go to the south, you might have died there in the future, that may be the reason Arya was on the run and had to go and train with assassins so that she can get vengeance" Rob continued.

"Please Father, do not go to Kings Landing/the south" Arya and Bran pleaded ""Please Father"" even Jon and Robb began to plead.

This seemed to snap Cat of her shock and she also pleased "Please my love, do not go" She said, with this much pleading from his family he could not go south, even if Robert asked him to come.

"I agree, I will not be going south" Ned replied and whole pack became joyfull, happy that he would not be going to Kings Landing.

"Father can you make that Syrio Florel come to teach me, you did it in the future you can still do it now" Arya asked, she still had a thirst for strength, she was not made to be a lady at all, she has the potential to be the strongest in the known world and she knows that, she wants to become stronger because she wants to and also to be able to use the reward that would be given to her.

"No she cannot, if she does so she would not be able to be a lady and get married, because of what has been shown on the scroll, very few people would want to marry her" Cat argued, still thinking about Arya being a Lady and getting married, Arya is very much like Lyanna she will do what she wants.

"No mother, I do not want to be a Lady, I do not want to get married and I do not want to be waiting for a prince to rescue me, I do not care" Arya argued back.

"Enough, Arya does not want to be a typical lady and I agree with her now, it is better she takes lessons with the boys" Ned said, "But Ned-" Cat tried to protest "Enough, Arya has to train, she will be granted with a powerful weapon from the scroll, she would have to learn, you also have to stop trying to make her be a lady, she is not your typical girl, the wolf blood is strong in her, she is like my sister, she wants to be free, besides it is good for her to be strong, with such weapons given by the scroll, the world will be in chaos for a while, war is coming and Arya will be targeted so it is better for her to have training than for her to have no training and need it, Arya will join the boys in their lessons and that is final." Ned said making it final, the voice then called out again.

A demo showed on the scroll, a woman was fighting against an army on a plain, her weapon transformed into various forms, she raised a hand and hundreds of spears made of ice were launched towards the army as she dodged and weaved through attacks, she climbed on her direwolf, which immediately got a lot bigger and was covered with a n armour made of ice, the wolf jumped to a great height and dropped to ground, she called out ice field, which immediately froze thousands of soldiers around her into ice statues, she jammed her sword into the ground releasing a shockwave that shattered all the frozen soldiers into pieces, she then transformed the weapon into a beautiful armour that looked like it was made of ice, two blades formed from ice and she pulled them from the floor, then the armour began to freeze a large area from which a thousand wolves rushed towards the army, she rode at the front of wolf army before launching a large beam of magical energy at the soldiers.

After the demo, people that know the Starks are now at the top of Westeros, they have very powerful weapons and are very united, they also have the loyalty of the whole North.

Plans to bind themselves to theme Starks or to curry favour with them began to be rapidly formed because after this the power arrangement of the whole Westeros will be reformed and shuffled, they will all have to find ways to bind themselves to the powerful in order to keep their positions or to rise even higher.

The scene on the scroll changed to show Arya with her family in Winterfell, the field appeared around her as she undergoes blood line awakening and binding, when the field vanished she looked a bit taller by a few inches and she had a necklace on her neck, the necklace vanishes and an armour appeared on her body.

People thought the scroll would vanish before it suddenly extended, a golden plaque appeared above Arya Stark's name, the plaque was decorated and was bigger. The scroll then announced;
