People all over the world just watched Joffery kill himself with his stupidity and arrogance, his hubris and spoilt attitude made him want to grab the hound as he was his personal guard and his greed for the reward from the list even though it was not for him became his doom.
Ned Stark POV.
The North,Winterfell.
Both Sansa and her mother were feeling sad and devastated that she could not marry her golden prince and give birth to many golden haired children, Ned Stark was feeling relieved because from just a glimpse of him from the list while the hound was receiving his reward, he was a cruel, spoilt and arrogant fool who ignored the power of the scroll while feeling extremely proud, now he would not even leave a body to be buried when he decided to court death and was turned to dust.
"Well I am glad hedied, he will not have to marry Sansa, from what I saw he was right prick" Robb said while standing beside him and watching the scene shown on the scroll as queen Cersei turned hysterical, crying her screaming for her son while the guards carried her away from the courtyard.
"Robb you should not talk like that, you did not know him well or know if he would change in the future and no matter what the death of child is a bad thing, no matter who the child is or the behaviour of the child was like, to be happy about such a thing happening is bad and dishonourable" Ned scolded, as he did not want his child have such an attitude, the same kind of attitude that Robert Baratheon had when presented with the corpse of Elia Martell and the Targaryen children, he would not accept that kind of behaviour coming from his children.
"I am sorry father, that would not happen again, I was just feeling relieved that Sansa would not marry and said nonsense" Robb apologised.
"I am going to send a raven with my condolences to the king" Ned said while going to his solar.
Tywin Lannister POV
Casterly Rock.
'What in seven hell's was he thinking?, I wonder what Cersei was teaching him, now he has died like a fool and made a bad impression of house Lannister that was seen all over the world' Tywin thought.
With this stupid act that Joffery pulled, he has stained the reputation of house Lannister, the royal family and all of Westeros, his legacy has been tarnished by Joffery actions.
Joffrey would now be remembered as a fool with no sense of preserving and as a disgrace to the seven kingdoms, he is sure that all his enemies are now laughing at him, Dorne in particular because of the fact that Joffery is his grandson.
It seems like Cersei had not been teaching the anything at all and just spoilt him, it looks like it is time to start having a personal hand in his grandchildren lives, he would have to request for a fostering so that they would be trained as a true lion of the rock.
Now he would to go to Kings Landing himself for a burial ceremony, even if it is different because of the lack of a body to bury.
Oberyn Martell
Sunspear, Dorne.
"Hahahahaha!!!" Oberyn laughed, a very loud and strong one at that, almost all the people present laughed, all over Dorne whoever was watching the rankings laughed, the fact that the one who died in such a stupid manner and will surely be remembered as a fool in the history books was a Lannister and Tywin's grandson made the laughter a very good one.
He stopped laughing as he tried to compose himself again but remembering the way Joffery died made the laughter bubble in his chest again, surely this is a small part of the justice for Elia and her children which the gods have decided to grant them.
The fact that Tywin Lannister was most likely to watching this, watching as his grandson just disgraced both the royal family and house Lannister by acting like a spoilt and stupid cunt then dying like a fool made him laugh even harder.
He laughed so hard that tears came to his eyes.
General POV
--["NUMBER SEVEN, BRIENNE OF TARTH"]--
The scene on the scroll changed to show Brienne clashing with the hound and having him on the back foot before defeating him and calling out for Arya Stark who was hiding behind a boulder.
Arya looked older but with her hair cut short and carrying a blade, the scene changed to show her clashing with Stannis Baratheon in a forest and then defeating him when he fell from a cliff.

Brienne is shown in the courtyard of the Evenfall Hall, the home of house Tarth, a sheathed sword appears in her hands, she gently unsheathes the sword to reveal a blade of valaryian steel.

The blade is a very powerful blade, people all over began to think of how to convince Brienne to serve them or even marry into her family so that their children will be able to use such a blade.
An overwhelming majority of the nobles began to think of plans to prevent her from coming to Kings Landing and ruinning their schemes, because to survive in Kings Landing one has to lie a lot, bringing such a blade into the capital will expose a lot of secrets and bring about to much damage chaos, it might even lead to war.
--["NUMBER SIX, THE MOUNTAIN"]--
The scene changed to show Gregor Clegane 'the mountain' cutting down a lot of Riverland soldiers on a battlefield, the speed, strength, ferocity and brutality displayed by him during the battlefield frightened a lot of people watching the scene on the golden scroll.
The whole of Dorne, a lot of people present in the sack of King Landing and the enemies of the Lannister were not happy that a dog of his was on the rankings and would receive a reward from the golden scroll.
Tywin was feeling pleased by such an outcome, the fact that the mountain was on the list will deter a lot of house Lannister enemies and remind all that hose Lannister is the premiere house in the seven kingdoms.

The scene changed to show Oberyn Martell battling the mountain and bringing him down after a while and the taunting him.
The dornish and Oberyn were happy that later in future he would face the mountain and defeat him.
Tywin was not happy about the scene being shown because a lot of fear that the mountain gained for house Lannister has been erased, if Oberyn Martell gets a good reward that also increases his power, then the fear that the mountain got will be totally erased because it means that Oberyn Martell will still be able to beat the mountain.

The scene changed to show Oberyn in the water gardens with all his family watching him as crimson spear with a cloth partially wrapped around it.
The spear is the colour of blood and emits a lot of blood lust that can be felt even through the scroll.(A/N: The spear looks like Gae Bolg of the fate franchise)

The dornish began to regoice that they have gained such a powerful weapon while the Reach, the Lannisters and the Royal family were worried because of the dornish hates them.
Oleanna Tyrell was feeling envious of the Martells because of they have secured their position as Lord paramount for a very long time to come because such a weapon was bound to their blood line.
