Chapter 16 : EYE OF THE MONSTER 2

Suddenly Shiva stopes his hunt and tells his friends to stop hunting because the strayed orange dogs ran back into deep side of the forest.

He tells others that their job finished here. Karthik and others are asking Shiva "Why we should stop? when we are pushing them back?"

Shiva explains their job is to stop them from passing them not to hunting them when they don't intend to pass through us. Shiva asks others to go to their position.

Everyone gets ready for another monster invasion but not even a single strayed beast came.

Now it's night time so Shiva and others are returned to the camp and replaced by another group.

On that night, the night shift group was shocked by the massacre done by the group that left.

On the next day, Shiva and his friends now got posted at the Virani Lake cost. Shiva and others go to the Virani Lake.

There Shiva takes the position under the tree, Henry, Karthik, and Ronnie takes position in the bushes. Sakshi, Catharine, and James are positioned on the top of the trees.

Shiva finds a rabbit he calls Sakshi in telepathy" Is this a normal rabbit?" She replies" Yes, it is a normal rabbit."

Catharine and Ronnie ask Sakshi "Why is he asking about beast to you." Sakshi replies "Due to some issue, he lived his life till now in the human dimension."

Others asks "Who is he really?" Karthik Says" He is our crown prince."

James, Catharine, and Ronnie are shocked because Shiva hid his identity because he can meet true relationship and learn more about other things.

Suddenly a group of strayed Verratti enters the area which Shiva and his group are protecting. Sakshi alerts others about Verratti.

Shiva sees Verratti for a first time and got impressed by it.

Suddenly Karthik warns Shiva" Shiva, be careful the group is led by the Verratti king which is 10 times faster than the normal Verratti and the Verratti queen which is 5 times bigger than the normal Verratti."

Shiva and others start attacking Verratti group. Shiva and others killed the Verratti's that entered the area. Shiva attacked the queen using the axe but the fatal wound caused by him was healed very quickly.

Others are stunned by the monster that should be stopped at the deep side of the bloody forest. Karthik says these must have slipped through the them while they are taking care of other strayed beasts.

Shiva and his group attacks are all in vain because the wound caused by the them are all healed very fastly.

So, Shiva takes his acid sword.

And attacks the Verratti queen the cut through the Verratti but before acid melts its body the wound completely heals.

Every attack they do are goes in vain and they can't handle the power of the Verratti.

Shiva asks Henry" What is the weakness of the boar?" Henry answers they need to penetrate through the tough skin and cause the fatal wound in his heart.

Shiva takes his spear and attacks the Verratti but the wound again started to heal.

But it has a very burning sensation in Verratti so it starts to scream in agony.

Due to its agony Verratti started to attack randomly so the group can't handle the sudden charge in attack.

When it started to march towards Catharine. Shiva suddenly shouted at Catharine to bow down,

she suddenly ducked when Catharine started to duck Shiva attacked the Verratti through its back and Shiva killed Verratti.

Now Shiva and his group are removing the materials from the queen Verratti. Suddenly Shiva asks others" Wait!!! There is still king Verratti is left."

Others are shocked and looking around but they didn't find any traces of king Verratti. Shiva asks Sakshi" Did she find any trace of king Verratti ran back?"

She replies "There is no trace of Verratti king retreating."

Shiva suddenly senses the presence of bloodlust behind him. Sakshi notices that the king Verratti is behind Shiva it slowly started to go near Shiva.

Shiva also realises that Verratti is behind him. When he turned back the King started to attack Shiva. Before the attack lands on Shiva, he uses his amulet to create a defence shield.

He stopped the attack successfully but due to the impact on the shield everyone was sent flying off.

He tries to attack it using the spear but the Verratti easily escapes the attacks by Shiva and counter attacks him.

Shiva avoids it by using the shield.

Shiva reaches his limit by blocking the attack and suddenly Sakshi and others are shocked by seeing the eyes of the Shiva because his eyes started to change in purple colour.

The king Verratti got scared by looking into the eyes of Shiva. Shiva kills the king Verratti by penetrating through the hard skin in the chest and penetrates the heart of the king and killed it and he suddenly lost his conscious.
