2 The silence before storm...

The whole world went into a shock and stood in silence not knowing what to do. All the world's military held a meeting to think about what to do next. This is a major problem than what we faced in earlier years. Because this war, it's a war between humans to humans not humans to AI. No one thought there will an announcement about the war right after one happened in the last decade. After keen thought processing and ideas, a colonel from the country called 'Zahil' suggested a solution...

Zahil's colonel: We have only 2 options here, either we should eliminate the Dark Devil or we should assign hackers in the military to set high-security firewalls so that the gang can't hack them.

Mile's colonel: There is a problem in that, we don't know any information about the Dark Devil and how do we say this to the public that we are being threatened.

Yarke's colonel: We do have information. All the countries present here have some information about Dark Devil's we can agree on terms and exchange the information. And as to hiring hackers, we can keep a competition in which we can say we are hiring hackers for national security and this competition should happen within the frontier of their respective countries.

As all the colonels from different countries are debating on this threatening issue, there is a country's colonel who has less stress as compared to other countries.

Zahil's colonel: That would be great to implement thank you colonel (Yarke). By observing I think the Mium's colonel is less stressed.

All the countries military colonels agreed to the proposal.

Zahil's colonel: Till now. no country knows the location of their base, no satellite was able to check on the location, and how the gang is recruiting the hackers and training them is not known. From hacking people's accounts they increased their illegal activities to Drug selling, human trafficking, etc...

Mile's colonel: Is that all, is that the information we have about that gang?
