I came from a small town in Mississippi, where everyone kind of knew each other. One night when I was at the bar having drinks alone, and thinking about the relationship that I just got out of with a girl name Alexandria . I thought to myself what will I do now being that me and Alex are not together no more. I put 4 years into this relationship and for her to just cheat on me with someone that she met while she was on vacation with her family. That shit really pissed me off I would have never thought she would do that to me. I was sitting at the bar with a drink in my hand, when in came this girl about six feet tall. She came into the bar with a group of her friends. They walked over to a table in the back of the bar. She was the coolest person I ever met. I was still sitting at the bar in my own thoughts, when this fine ass girl came walking up to the bar. She asked if someone was sitting next to me. I looked at her and said "no". She took a seat and ordered a vodka and soda. While she was waiting for her drink we started talking. "Hi my name is Sara." She said and brought out her hand so I would shake it.

"Hi my name is Ivy" I said as I shook her hand. She was so damn hot I just want to take her home and do her so bad. "What is such a pretty girl doing over here with me and not over there wit your friends" I said to her. "I came over here to sit with you because I noticed that there was no one sitting next to you and you seemed lonely." She said. "Oh I just have a lot on my mind and I don't want to talk about it right now." I said. "I understand" She said. "Well I'm about to go home and catch some sleep. Maybe we can hangout another time." I told her. "Being that you are about to leave. Maybe you can take down my number and you can give me a call tomorrow" she said to me. "That would be cool" I told here. I handed my phone to her and I watched as she put her number in my phone. I told her goodbye and watched as she walk back over to the table where her friends. I paid my bill with the bartender and I over heard someone say to her "girl what took you so long to come back." As I walked out of the bar.

I took my phone out of my jacket just to see what time it was and it was only 12 am. I wondered how long I was sitting in that bar thinking about Alex. I opened my phone to get an uber because I consumed to many drinks. I had to wait 8 minutes for my car to show up. Being that I could not drive my own car. My car would have to sit here until I am able to get it later on this afternoon. The wind began to blow so I zipped up my jacket and waited for my car. While I was waiting for my car I decided to stop at the store down the block to get a bottle of water. I walked into the store and walked to the back of the store. I open up the fridge grabbed a bottle of water and then I walked to the counter handed the man one dollar, then I walked out the the store. I hurried back to the bar where my cab was waiting and I explained to the driver that I walked to the store and she understood were I was coming from. When I in the car and closed the door the driver drove off.

As soon as we pulled up to my apartment building, I thanked the driver open the door of the car got closed the car door and the car speedoff in the distance. I walked to the front of my seventh floor building and unhooked my keys from my pants, but the key in the locked and turned the key and it unlocked the door. I walked through the door and over to the elevator and waited for it to come from the 5th floor. When the elevator finally gets to the first floor out hops out my friend Michael. I give him a pound and tell him I needed to catch him up on some stuff that has been going down, and I will see him tomorrow. He walked out the building and I pushed the button for the fourth floor. I got to my floor, and I walked out the elevator. I walk down the hall to my apartment but the key in the door and turned the key. I grabbed the doorknob and pushed the door open. Once in the house I took off my Jacket threw it on the couch and noticed that someone was sleeping on my couch. When I touched the person. Up jumped Alex from the couch and she tried to hit me.

"What are you still doing in my house Alex. I thought you packed all you shit and took it to your new bitch house." I said to her. "Don't call her that because she is not a bitch. For your information there is a few things that I actually left behind that I needed to come get, and besides I wanted to talk to you about what happened." She said to me. "There is nothing that we have to speak about. Did you forget that you cheated on me. I found you in our bed sleeping with someone else and it wasn't me." I said to her. "I didn't mean for that to happen. I mean you haven't showed love to me in a long. So I felt that our relationship wasn't going no where." She said "I was working so many hour so I could take you on a vacation so I could propose to you." I said to her. "I didn't know you were working so hard to do that for me. I just thought that you didn't love me no more." She said to me as she started to cry. "Get the rest of your things and please leave your keys on the couter." I told her.

Alex did as she was told and she looked at me with tears in her eyes. I then walked over to her gave her one last kiss on the forehead and I wiped the tears from her face. I walked over to the door and unlocked it and opened the door. I watched as she walked out the door and knew this would be the last time I would see Alex again. I walked into the bedroom took off my shirt and layed on the bed staring at the ceiling fan. I thought about the good times that me and had shared. The last time we really hung out was a few weeks ago. I took Alex on a romantic date to this French resturant. I had the night all planed out for us. We had reservations at 8:00 and after dinner I was taking her a horse ride around the park near our apartment. Earlier I went Alex to get her hair and nails done. I went to the barber shop to Get my haircut. While she was doing that I got out the barber shop early and decided to go to a flower shop. When I got the flower shop the sales person asked me if I needed any help. I told her no because I already knew what kind of flowers I wanted to get. I walked over to the roses and picked up four dozen. I got two dozen red roses, one dozen white roses, and one dozen pink. I also picked up a large brown teddy bear to go with the flowers. After that I walked to the cashier and paid for that flowers and the teddy bear. I picked up the flowers, the teddy bear and I walked out of the flower shop. I hopped back into the car and drove back to the apartment.

When I got home Alex wasn't back from the nail salon just yet. So I had the chance to set some things up for her while she was still out. I rushed back out the house to get a bag of rose petals. I drove back to the the house fast because I didn't want her to see the surprise that I left for her. when I got back with the bag of rose petals. I went back to the house and I opened the bag of rose petal and I sprinkled them all over the floor and they lead to the bedroom and to the bathroom. In the bathroom it was lite by candles with a hot bath waiting for her. In the the room there was the big teddy bear sitting on the bed with the four dozen roses I bought for her along with a card, a Victoria's Secret pink bag with lotion and sprays with some clothes in it as well. I felt the need to spoil this girl because I haven't had much time to spend with her due to the fact that I been working all the time. When Alex came home and she noticed that the light were off, she probably thought that no one was home. She walked into the house while yell out my name. When she walked in the bedroom and saw me standing in the middle of the room wearing all black with one white rose in my hand. She walked over to me and gave me a big hug and started kissing on me and trying to take off my clothes. I told her to wait because I needed to show her something in the bathroom. When she looked at me, she broke down and she cried. That night we missed our reservations that night and we made love to each other for the first time in months.Those were the last happy moments that I had of our relationship before things got fucked up between us. I laid on the bed and thought about Alex some more I drifted off to sleep.
