She Feeds in the Dark

The creature was lying down there for centuries. Her body was so big that filled all that dark and humid place. But not anymore. Now she was half of the size she was before. Her stomach rumbled like a storm that threatens to put a whole city down. The visitors were not so often anymore. And because of that, they had no food that could take that hungry away. Her god put her there to save the world from humanity. They were a plague, a disease that was killing the Earth slowly. She didn't know who she was, or what she was, but she knew her mission. The humans didn't deserve to live there anymore. They had their chance. now it is time for the new ones to cure and save that paradise.
