"A month? Where will you go?" Diana asked. 

"To a resort somewhere. I don't know," Madeline said. "My boss has been casted on a reality show and wants me to go with him. I will stay in the same resort for the shoot for a month, and he promised to give me a lot of bonuses once he's done."

"But you're not going to be an actress there, right?" Diana asked out of concern. She remembered how Madeline was so crushed when Jonathan Hale lied to her. 

Her career was ruined, and she cried every day because of all the scathing comments from people in real life and on social media. 

Even their relatives began to distance themselves because they really thought Madeline was a homewrecker. 

Diana couldn't bear to see her daughter get mocked and slandered online again. It was so painful that her health was deteriorating fast when the news broke out. 

"No, I don't want to be on TV anymore, Mom," Madeline replied. "Don't worry about me. I'll be just fine."
