Chapter 1

It's morning in the Salvot's Mansion. The sun shines brightly and the ray of sunshine reflected inside Xena's room as the curtains were opened up by her mom, Irene Salvot.

"Good morning cupcake".Irene said as the pat her daughter's back gently to wake her up.

"uhhhhhhhh, is it morning yet ?" Xena still half asleep asked.

"Yes darling,it's 6:40 by the way. You have to get up,take your bath and get dressed.come down and have breakfast. At least by 8:50 ,you should be on your way to school".

"arrrghhhh, I hate it when you tell me all this" Xena said as she got up from bed. She took her bath ,after 20 minutes she came out . Opened the other door in her room which is where massive designer bags,shoes,dress of different models are, hand chain's and necklace which worth millions of dollars. She picked her Pink crop top and baggy jeans with a white convas from nike. After braiding her long golden brown hair into two parts,put a lip balm on her plump pink lips,added little powder on her light skin face and eyeliner on her eyelid make her look beautiful and pop out her forest green eyes. After taking her purse and checking herself out in front of the mirror to see if nothing has gone wrong , picked her phone and hurried downstairs to meet her family in the dinner . Oops,I forget to introduce Xena to y'all, Xena Saweetie Salvot is the last child of the Salvot family, She's 18 year's of age,a model and a dancer. Xena has an older siblings who are twins Adrianna and Adrian who are both model's and musicians. Adrianna has a jet black hair and Hazel eyes which makes her look very beautiful. She's the quiet and shy type of person but when she talk, it do bring sense out, she has an high sense of fashion. She's very soft hearted and has a mother's heart. She's not only a sister but a mother to myself and Adrian. She's a wife material. She's 5:8 ft tall which makes her a runway model while Adrian has a black and brown hair kinda awkward right ,has a Hazel eyes also just like Adrianna. He's 5:9 ft tall. Adrian is extremely handsome, friendly, jovial and understanding. The type of guy every girl would love to have even Xena herself wished shewasn't his sister but lover. He has always been my Advicer and role model. Her father, Joecasp Salvot is a business mogul and philanthropist that deals with creation of games,apps for chatting and dating and currently working on establishing an organization that deals with helping orphan's, widow and widowers out all over european countries supported by Three european presidents was dressed in a multi million shinyblack suit and a designer shoe from Louis Vuitton. Mrs Irene Salvot is a popular heart surgeon widely known in New Jersey, Los Angeles and New York. Xena lives the life every girl wants to live expect the fact that her parents doesn't have time for them due to their busy schedule.

Walking towards the dinning room,her father was in a corner beside the room receiving a business call, her mother was sitted at the left side of the table beside her husband chair. The twins sit at the right side of the table, they both discussing something in a low voice. Adriana lift her head up and saw Xena standing beside them smiling towards them.

"Good morning Lil sis, watxup. you aren't looking bad tho " Adrianna said as her face curve up with a smile revealing her dimple. All of the Salvot family,has a cute dimple expect their Irene their mother who's different.

"morning, am looking good as you can" Xena replied winking her eyes at the twins

"oh I see, who's behind this glowing look of yours, am eager to know". Adrian asked with curiosity. Xena wasn't the makeup type,she is seen on makeup on few occasions.

" no one,I just decided to change my look for today yunno"

"Nice one kiddo" Adrianna smiled with a wink.

"What for breakfast" Xena asked as her belly grumble violently

"no way" Adrian laughed as he heard the way my belly grumble, Adrianna joined and stopped after awhile. We all ignore our parents.

"i have no idea , hold on for awhile. Ma'am Irena is the only one to answer that question kiddo" Adrianna replied after awhile.

Xena turned to ask ma'am Irena who's busy setting the table.

"ma'am Irena Good morning, what's for breakfast?" Xena asked her politely

"Good morning my dear, prepared pasta and chicken,egg banjo, raw fish and seaweed" She replied with a warm smile on her face.

"oh boy ,I would love to eat everything but this little belly of mine don't want overfeeding" Everyone in the room after hearing what Xena said .

Joescasp walked to the table, everyone maintained silence as if they just walked into a mortuary.

" Good morning baby,how was your night" He raised his head and looked towards Xena's direction.

"morning, it was ok" Gave him a quick reply rolling her eyes.

They all started eating without making a sound and exactly 8:30,Xena and her older siblings were done eating breakfast ready to leave. Xena took her car keys,has she was about to leave,a voice stopped her.

"Xena,wait.we need to talk" She instantly turned back facing her father with her hands cross on her chest.

"hmmmm,I would be traveling to Australia for a business which would last for 2 months" As soon as he finished talking,Xena hands dropped down before she could think of saying anything, Adrian started talking

" So why are you telling us by the way" Adrian asked nonchalantly

"Am telling you this because I will miss you guys" Joecasp said and his kids were stunned by his words. Finally Xena spoke

"miss us ?. Business trip again. When would you and mom ever have time for us ?. This is unfair" Xena's facing was already red,she is really trying to hide her emotions and stop herself from crying but she can't. This is the only opportunity for her to say all those things she has been holding back for long.

" When have we ever spent a week or just two days together. Don't you ever get tired or sick of traveling and working hun?. When we all gone on vacation together as family?. Can't you answer?,you won't because u never have time rather than accumulating wealth."

Irene was feeling sober while Adrian and Adrianna were filled with anger. The maid's just stood in one corner watching the scene happening.

" Xena's right. We have never have a full mother's and father love. When other kids go out with their parents,we remain lonely. We only had ma'am Irena who cooked, bath, wash and help us with our homework. This was supposed to be your role mom, you didn't bother taking it serious but you take your patient at the hospital seriously. Both if you're a big disgrace to parent hood."Adrian spit out. immediately, Joescasp slapped him hard on the face which made Irene, Ma'am Irena, Adrianna, Xena and the maid's gasp in shock. Out of anger he said yelling on top of his voice,

Don't you ever curse me and your mother ever else you're a bastard"Holding his wife's hand who was shedding tears,they headed out but were stopped by Adrianna.

"Do you think walking out with your wife would solve this problem hun. Sorry you're mistaken ,many people see you as role model but you don't worth it. You can hit us all you like and ignore us but on behalf of my Siblings,Am saying this with sincerity and gladness that"WE HATE YOU" ok ". Adrianna finished talking and left her parents side to her siblings

"Let's go" She said and they all left together leaving their parents behind. Irena couldn't help but cry till the existent that she almost fell down but luckily Joescasp held her by the waist.

"it's alright".Joescasp tried to console his wife.

"Look, it's not. Our children hate us now" She said with regrets, sadness and pain.

They only said it out of anger,they actually don't mean it. When am back,we will try sorting things out with them"joescasp said trying to calm his wife.

"i believe you". Irene said in-between her tears.

Now, will you stop crying. You look so awkward by the way " Trying to crack up joke just to lighten his wife mood, he cleaned her face with his handkerchief. She stopped crying and both went into their car and drove off.

Xena's Pov

Oh God, have cried so much

Though am an emotional type of person ,I don't really like showing it cos I feel it's my weakness and I don't like people to see and know about it. I was really surprised at Adrianna's behavior cos she wasn't the talking type,she would rather ignore than talk but at this point,I know she's fed up just like the way myself and Adrian is.

Many kids with rich parents think they can just do whatever they like but ain't like any of them. Even though am a bit sassy,I respect people around me because that's how myself and my older siblings were thought by ma'am Irena and am cool with that. Finally gotten to Townvile high school,I parked my car in the school garage. I walked into the school forgot what happened earlier and put a warm smile on my face.

"Hey good morning pretty bitch". A sweet voice chroused from behind me which I knew was the voice of my Best friend's Ariel Leona Ritchey and Kodiak Darian Ferdinand. Ariel,the daughter of a business mogul who deals in textiles and has alot of brands that deals with anything that has to do with clothes, bags and shoe and her mom is an author. Apart from being a rich girl, she's a pretty cool girl. She has a chocolate brown eyes,a jet black hair that swing down her back. She's very sporty and a cheerleader for the school basketball team and the girlfriend to the team captain Slyvester Greene who's also a friend of mine. While Kodiak is the of the richest model in New Jersey and her dad's a Kodiak is actually from Spain but was born in New Jersey. She's so beautiful till the existent that wherever she passes, guy's keep on staring at her. Her sliver eye's like that of Rihanna, complement her beauty. Kodiak is into music and loves playing instrument. I turned to them smiling at .Kodiak has been my best friend since nursery school,we both met Ariel in grade 4

"watxup with yah" I asked still smiling at them and we all walked towards our locker.

"we're okay as you can see" Kodiak replied rolling her beautiful eyes. Opening my locker,I could tell Ariel was gasping in shock . Who knows what she saw in her phone now.

"Xena,Koko have y'all checked instagram this morning". Ariel asked with curiosity even though I was the social media type,this morning wasn't the right day to check or snap.

I gave her a no sign with my second finger and turned my back to open my locker before I heard Kodiak asking Ariel what the matter was.

" What's going on".

"Vanessa had been expelled alongside Lily" Ariel yelled on top of her voice making the students nearby gasp in shock and surprise.

"Check the school instagram page, it's trending". Everyone took out they phone and started checking through it except for me,I left my phone in the car so am just curious to find out what Vanessa has done this time that got her expelled. Vanessa is the school belle, she was known for doing wicked thing's in the school and I think she has done something extremely bad that angered the school authority and they decided to get rid of her by expelling.

"Vanessa and Lily threw a party here in the school basketball court, they invited so many bunch of idiots here. They did all sort of things,like drug taking, making out and were been cut by the school cleaner and school security. The principal was informed and he got both of them was expelled."Kodiak spat out and I was stunned

"Well that serves them right" I said while Kodiak and Ariel burst into laughter.

After 20 minutes, the school bell rang for lessons to start, my friends and I hurried to class. We are having same lesson which is English. As we entered the class room,all eye's were on us,argghhh it's not easy to be pretty mehn lol. We got sitted and after 10 seconds, the teacher entered. The class went well and exactly 11:39,the teacher ended the class,my friends and I went to the school cafeteria to eat lunch. I just took ice cream and doughnuts,same goes to them. We headed to our usual spot when we noticed the guys are also sitted there chatting. Ariel went beside Sly as usual,same goes to Kodiak who sat with her boyfriend Justin the school football team captain. He has held many awards and is four times champ.

"Baby ,how u doing" Sylvester asked holding Ariel by the waist placing a soft kiss on her cheek which made her blush.

"it was fine baby boo"Ariel replied still blushing.

"Koko love"Justin Tucker, Kodiak boyfriend called her out in his self made nickname for her.

"Jojo love" Kodiak replied smiling as Justin placed his lip on herself. Feeling left out on the other side of the table with Aiden Fernandez the School beau who's my crush. Aiden is a tyrant,his family owns and rules many and powerful business empire all over America and France, that's all I know about him. Aiden is extremely handsome, a blonde, his jawline and cheekbone is perfectly shaped and constructed, his thin red lips looks so kissable . He look like a Greek god. His ocean blue eyes would make any girl fall uncontrollably in love , his not too thick and thin voice is so calling and tempting . His kind and cool aura makes me feel he is mine and his smile is catching and the way he walks seductively make me shiver. Everywhere he is,all girl drool over him. Above all, he's calm, funny, playful, understanding and weird and above all he's a flirt.

"hmmmm can you guy's just stop this PDH ?,you can continue whenever you are alone together not when you have single people around you". Aiden said rolling his eyes and we all started laughing.

The couple's started whispering something to each other ear and I can see my best friends blushing. Oh God wtf is this ,I thought to myself.

"Xena"Aiden called my name

"hmmmm" I answered sallowing the large quantity of doughnuts in my mouth which hurt my throat.

"Since the school crowned Belle has been expelled,as we can see the position is vacant, it would be nice if you take part in this contest" His lips was moving perfectly,I wish I could kiss that lips. I came back to my senses when I heard him saying I should take part in the competition. WTF!.

"What?sorry I can't" without thinking,I rejected his suggestion.

"Why can't you" Ariel asked nonchalantly

"I can't because I never seen myself as one and I don't have what it takes to be a school belle. Kodiak should contest".i protested

"excuse you, not interested in this contest. You should do it cos it really suit you "Kodiak decline. Immediately I turned my eyes to Ariel who looked and said

"Am not interested bby"

"Xena you have everything it takes to be a school belle, you're beautiful, smart, accommodating and above all you're on the good side of 70% of the students in this school they will support you including we your friends. Just try,I know you will win and be happy trust me." With sincerity,he said those nice words to me .Am blushing inside of me.

"ok fine,I will think about it"

"Think about what, they would be no need to think about it cos it a Yes" Ariel said words off

"true Aiden, it's a Yes" Kodiak cut in.

Turning to them,

"When did both of you start making decisions for me hunnn" I asked feeling as if this was been planned by all of them

"Right now"Kodiak and I gave her and Ariel a cold glare

"Chill Xena" Sly said while Aiden and Justin just smiled . After a few seconds, Justin immediately stood up and walked in the middle of the cafeteria . I knew he wanted to do something silly.

"What about Xena Saweetie Salvot take part in the school belle competition"Justin asked the whole students and they all turned their direction towards me and I just wished the ground could open up and swallow me.

"Go for it Xena" I could hear some students chorusing. Justin walked back to his seat and with a smirk on his face. Feeling embarrassed,I couldn't say anything.

"ma'am yes or yes" Aiden asked with a smug look

"yes" looking defeated.

"Good" Justin said as he tapped me on my shoulder while the rest played with my hair

So stupid, arrrghhhhhhh
