3 Chapter 3: Wish

[Kaede POV]

"For my first wish..." I paused and said: "I want my soul to be duplicated and sent back into the world where I died. Can you change the outcome by having me survive that crash?"

God glanced at me, raised his eyebrows, and said: "Do you mind explaining a bit more?"

I looked at him with a serious expression: "I know what it feels like to lose loved ones, and I don't want the people I cherish to feel that pain. So by changing fate, I want it so that instead of me dying, the truck would miss me instead?"

God interrupted me and asked: "Then why do you want your soul to be cloned? You can wish to go back to your original world?"

"I..... I don't think I want to return knowing that I cheated death..." I muttered while blushing: "But I also don't want to hurt the feelings of my family...". I then looked at him with a pleading expression.

"I see....." God responded.

I saw that God was thinking about granting my wish.

After an hour of excruciating silence, he chuckled and said, "Very well". He snapped his fingers, and then I felt something detach from me, and I saw a small ball of light moving out of my body and sinking to the floor. "So what's your...."

Before he could finish his sentence, I leapt out of my chair and jumped over the desk, tackling him to the floor. I hugged him and cried: "Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!"

However, I immediately realized the person I tacked onto the floor was GOD himself and quickly prostrated in front of him. I felt so embarrassed that the colour of my face was like a ripe tomato.

Seeing this, God just laughed and gestured for me to sit back in my seat. When I seated, he was still giggling. I don't think I can look at him anymore without blushing.

God finally calmed down and continued: "As I was saying, what will your second wish be."

After making sure that I wouldn't feel embarrassed anymore, I said: "Can I be reincarnated into the world of My Hero Academia?"

"Of course, do you have a specific timeline in which you wish to be reincarnated?" He asked.

"Can it be fourteen years before the canon?" I answered. 'This way, I should be able to meet the people in class 1A!' I thought in my head

God replied, "Sure thing. You can also choose what your quirk will be, but that will use up one of your wishes."

I nodded and began to think about what the best quirk would be. "Can I choose more than one quirk?" I asked out of curiosity.

"You can, but you will use up another wish," God answered.

"Okay, I understand. I want to be reincarnated into the world of My Hero Academia with the power of Sharingan and Charka!"

I cheerfully said while making a chuunbiyou pose, covering my right eye with my right hand and making the letter V with my other hand.

"Okay, I will also give you a bonus. Your Sharingan will grow when you become stronger instead of the usual way. Now, what will be your last wish?" God said, trying very hard not to laugh at my behaviour.

"For my last wish... I wish to keep my memories after I reincarnated." I said.

"Your wishes shall be granted, Kaede Aoki. I hope you will have a wonderful and fulfilling life," God replied, and with a wave of a hand, I started to feel like I was going to disappear. I looked at my hands, and I saw that my body was becoming more and more transparent.

Before I completely faded away, I asked out of curiosity: "By the way, what happened to the white cat I saved?"

"White cat?"

"The white cat I moved out of the way of the truck."

"Uh..... I'm sorry to say....." God said while scratching the side of his head. "it wasn't a cat. You tried to save a white plastic bag with the logo of a cat printed on it....."

"Excuse me, what?" That was all I could manage to say before I completely vanished."

[God POV]

I have reincarnated billions of people. This is the first time someone has acted like this in front of me. They usually would act respectfully, but I can always sense displeasure or fear when they're being respectful, and they also wouldn't care about how their death affected others. Well, this change of pace wasn't so bad. I chuckled when I recalled what happened. This is also the first time I have seen someone have more than two or three wishes. To get more than two wishes, that person has to do many good things in their life.

But what shocked me more wasn't that the girl got five wishes but that she even used one of her wishes to support the people she loved.

"Heh, let's see what you can achieve in your new life." I quietly said to myself before teleporting out of the white room.
