You didn't have to die... What is this chapter?

Frozen Milk spent the night with his holy beauty in silence. She healed him and Frozen Milk finally understood all the ominous hand movements and stares she used to give him before.

The next morning, everyone assembled in Frozen Milk's room. It was a weird feeling for Frozen Milk to see everyone so serious. They all sat on his bed as if Frozen Milk was an animal in a zoo ready to be preyed upon by a bunch of lions.

"So?" all of them were waiting for him to say something.

He felt like he was a fresh graduate on his first job interview only to be mowed down by the intimidating stares of the interviewers. Only thing was, Frozen Milk never went to an interview in his life before.

Being in this situation, it truly felt like he was asked by the interviewers to tell them a little about himself like who the fuck was able to answer a fucking useless question like this?

You wanna hear this but when I say it, it's wrong. When I say that, it's also wrong! No matter what, it was all wrong! So stop asking that stupid question!

Frozen Milk exaggerated, this was nothing like that, this was like a cracker to a melon, ratio, easy.

"So," Frozen Milk started off and then suddenly as if someone pressed the flush of a toilet, everything came flushing out of Frozen Milk's mouth.

He told them about the island, about the presence and its goal to destroy the world, however, he left out the fact that this as all inside his novel and he was an author.

They listened attentively and their expression turned grimmer by the second. It didn't go unnoticed by Frozen Milk and he tried to end it at a good note before Prota interrupted,

"This is unacceptable!"

"Oh no.." Frozen Milk mumbled and watched how everyone started to argue with each other about who had the honours of saving Frozen Milk.

Frozen Milk got a bit annoyed, "We're talking about my life and the fate of the world here. Your lives too, can you stop pretending I'm some kind of Cinderella or snow white who needs to be saved and that's not even the point here!"

"What? Cind… Snow…? What?" everyone was perplexed and Frozen Milk wanted to bite his tongue off. Of course they didn't know who those were.

"It doesn't matter. Important is that you don't go and do something stupid," Frozen Milk looked at each of them.

"Then what do you propose to do?" Prota sounded impatient.

"Let me think about it and give me some time alone. This means," Frozen Milk pointed at each of them "That you all don't come closer to me."

"But I have to heal you constantly," Holvb gave the others a sly smirk.

"Only when you sense it's getting out of control," Frozen Milk rubbed his temple as he saw how they started to bicker with each other again.

Finally, Frozen Milk was alone in his room again. He needed to talk with his system.

"Host?"

"What do you suggest?"

"…"

"Have you gotten any new intel?"

"System does but…"

"Just say it."

"There's this possibility that hasn't been confirmed yet."

"Tell me."

"If host wishes then all system can say is that the presence has something to do with Glimpse Water. Further than this system cannot provide any more information. Glimpse Water should know more."

Frozen Milk was alerted, "Glimpse Water... why?"

It didn't seem like he knew anything or?

Frozen Milk walked out of the room and knocked on Glimpse Water's.

"What is it-oh, father!" Glimpse Water beckoned Frozen Milk enthusiastically in.

"Don't tell me you couldn't be on your own and waited desperately to see me?"

Glimpse water made Frozen Milk space on the bed.

"That's not it and it'll never happen, only in your dreams," harsh as ever Frozen Milk scolded Glimpse Water.

"Charm points are really important, ain't they?" Glimpse Water sulked and sat next to Frozen Milk.

Frozen Milk cut to the topic, "My system told me you had something to do with the presence."

Silence before Glimpse Water widened his eyes, "What do you mean?"

"I don't know, I had hoped you could give me an answer."

The silence hung in the air for another few minutes.

"You really don't know anything?"

It looked like Glimpse Water recalled something, "There might be… it's similar but I…"

"What?" Frozen Milk impatiently grabbed Glimpse Water and the latter blushed.

"Don't blush and tell me!" Glimpse Water was shaken like a cocktail.

"I ain't sure but it seems like what you've said kinda resembles… a character I've written for this book. He as supposed to be the main antagonist but before I could write him well… I got transmigrated."

"What?" what Frozen Milk heard was mind-blowing to him.

Was that even possible? Frozen Milk had to press the replay button in his mind over and over again to finally process what Glimpse Water said.

"You wrote a villain? Without me writing you to write? Why did you have to do something this unnecessary?"

"I- I didn't know it'd exist because I never published it! Please stop hurting me, father!"

"But you saved it as a draft?"

"Yes…"

"You brat! Doing stupid things but wait," a brilliant thought popped up, "How do you defeat it?"

"Eh?" Glimpse Water rubbed his shoulders, "I… I wanted to give it a bad ending, the story…"

"WHY?"

Glimpse Water had to endure another shaking session, was he the ground or what?

"S-Sorry. I wanted the villain to destroy the world in order to escape his confinement."

"What confinement? Why such an overused trope like destroying the world?"

"It seems like the presence has become conscious and aware that this is a story he's trapped in and thus desires to escape and enter another world host," system added its opinion.

"By confinement, it means the island. The backstory is that he's an ancient being that has ruled over the world as it was still one and was responsible for the split between the nature and water side. So, the first kings of both sides exiled and managed to confine him eternally on the island, forever to live and suffer."

"Alright," Frozen Milk threw his hands in the air. Glimpse Water was after all an author too.

"So, because I transmigrated here and changed the plot, this presence was also sucked into the story to balance my OP existence, meaning it was created to expel me," Frozen Milk repeat the words his system said.

Frozen Milk glared at his system and hissed, "Isn't it your fault that I'm here in this story in the first place? Didn't you say you've done this several times?"

"It's the first time someone transmigrated into a story about transmigration and also you didn't have to die host."

"So, you're blaming me?"

"Exactly, host."

"What do we do, father?"

"Simple," Frozen Milk had a headache from this new revelation and thinking too much, "We'll go to the island and kill him."

Frozen Milk always appreciated to do things the direct way. Whenever there was an obstacle, he always tried to not beat around the bush and finish it. This was just another case.

"How are you gonna beat an immortal villain?"

"Why did you have to make him immortal?"

"Touché."

"There's nothing touché about it!"

"It's okay father. If father dies, we'll all die," Glimpse Water smiled.

"You brat, wha-"

"Sooner or later it had to happen. It's my fault for creating him, I'm just glad we can be together, everyone. Let's beat the crap out of him!"

Frozen Milk was astonished, it wasn't a good speech, but Glimpse Water seemed genuine.

"We have to nerf him."

"How?"

"Can't you just write on paper, he kills himself?"

"Father, I feel like our characters just got reversed."

Glimpse Water took Frozen Milk by the hand and pulled him along, "We should talk to the other about, ain't it? "

His character development managed to surprise Frozen Milk.

"Yes, let's do it."
