In the underworld, in a certain mansion that was like a palace that those kings and queens lived in.
At a room that was actually an office. There were some people inside and were sitting on the couches opposite to each other with a small glass table separating them.
"Is what I heard true?" Said a brown haired woman with violet eyes. She had a voluptuous body, fair white skin and was wearing a white dress that didn't do any to hide her sexy curves.
"I don't know but I didn't see any lies in his words, I made sure of it with my spell that I think he let me use to make me believe him." Said the grey haired old man that was wearing a black suit. He was the same man that appeared in front of Daniel along with Rias.
"If that's true, then this is a problem, I can't let that useless husband of mine do it." Said the brown haired woman who was named Venelana Gremory, the wife of the Gremory Head, Zeotiucs Gremory.
"Can't let my sister's life be destroyed like that." Said a crimson haired man with blue eyes. He was Sirzechs Lucifer, the son of Venelana Gremory and brother of Rias.
He is the one of the four Maous and the strongest devil in the underworld.
"If he really wants to engage Rias to the son of Phenex house, then this is because of the Phoenix Tears. He is sacrificing his daughter for a deal with Lord Phenex. Disgusting." Venelana said with face filled with disappointment and disgust.
"I thought that too, we already know that our relationship with the Phenex house isn't good although we treat each other 'kindly' on the surface but we have many conflicts with them, and my Dad thought that making a deal with them was the best for all, but at the expense of his daughter's life. The son of lord Phenex isn't a good boy either and in the future he will be more troublesome than he is." Said Sirzechs while clutching his hands.
'Although I'm from the Gremory but I can't do anything for my sister or else they will think that I'm supporting my previous family which isn't good, they will tear me piece by piece for any mistake I make, that damn council and the Old Satan Faction. They are watching me.' He thought with helpless expression, but then a hand was placed on his hand making him snap out of his thoughts and look at the woman who was smiling to him.
She was a beautiful woman with long black hair reaching her waist along with red eyes that could suck you to them, she had a rather voluptuous figure as well. She was wearing a black dress with black flowers on it along with silver highlights.
She was Milia Agares, the wife of Sirzechs Lucifer and the love of his life.
He smiled at her lovingly and felt at ease. She was the woman who stood beside him and helped him through all of the difficulties he faced and during the days of war in the past.
Although she was from the Agares but she was a different Agares as she couldn't use magic and had no demonic energy, she was a special case born like that.
But don't be fooled by her, she is so dangerous and powerful, no one faced her and lived to tell the tale. She had an incredible talent for swordsmanship and no one could match her in sword techniques and skills. She is the strongest swordsman in the underworld—Bloody Rose, Milia.
Sirzechs was so proud of her and felt lucky for having her as his wife.
"Don't think too much dear, just think of a way to help little Rias rather than concerning yourself with them." She said making Sirzechs sigh and smile warmly at her before nodding.
"You are right Mili, I must think of a way to help her rather than that."
Venelana smiled sweetly at the interaction between her son and daughter-in-law. She loved her after all.
Although like that, but Sirzechs is a ruthless and cold blooded devil. He has immense power that could make the whole underworld kneel before him.
The reason why he couldn't do anything to his sister was because he would be accused for allying himself with the Gremory, his previous family, and that will make the rule of neutrality between the four Maous be denied.
Some may ask: But he has so much power and could make the whole underworld kneel before him, then he shouldn't care about anything and could force them with power.

If Sirzechs did like you said then all of the had built over the years would be down to ashes like a sand castle that had been destroyed by the waves in a short span of time.
Just by helping the Gremory, the rule of neutrality would be denied and the people of the underworld would require him to explain his situation, which would be difficult.
And if he used power to scare them and make them kneel, they would hate him and start another war in the underworld, but this time would be more devastating than the one in the past because the old satan faction would use this chance to make Sirzechs the bad guy along with the other Maous and with the support of people, they would remove the four Maous from their rule and replace them.
He would not only harm himself and the other Maous but also his family as well.

"Right now, we need to know if Dad did it or not." Sirzechs said with urgent tone.
"Grayfia, is he still there in the living room?" Venelana said to the silver haired maid behind her.
"Yes, Madame," She replied with formality.
Venelana nodded and said "Then let's go all of you, we need to prevent him from doing anything reckless. My daughter's life is at stake here,"
Then all of the people nodded and went out of the office straight to the living room.
Soon enough, they reached the door of the living room and immediately opened it without knocking.
There, they found long crimson haired middle-aged man with crimson beard. He was Zeotiucs Gremory, the Head of Gremory house and husband of Venelana.
The man was sitting alone in the room with a glass of wine in his hand. Seems like Lord Phenex had left. And the poof was the used glass of wine on the table that still had some of wine in it.
He looked up to see who dared to enter without knocking to see his wife, son and daughter-in-law along with his wife's personal maid and the grey haired old man who he couldn't remember his name or position.
Poor old man.
"Yo, you finally came. This saves me a lot, come and sit, I have something to discuss with you." He said making them expecting the worst which is 99.99% true.
Venelana, Sirzechs and Millia sat beside each other on the couch beside the armchair that Zeotiucs was sitting on.
He will sit on something different in the future tho.
Grayfia and the grey haired old man were behind them.
Grayfia although showed cold and expressionless face, but she was worried about Rias as well.
The room was silent with the sound of the clock on the wall ticking toking.
It made the one nervous tho.
Zeotiucs put the glass of wine on the table and looked at the people sitting on the couch beside him.
"I decided to end our conflicts with the Phenex house by engaging Rias to Raiser Phenex. He is a good boy and will take care of her in the future. It's a day that require a celebration party, right?" He said with a smile on his face.
The thing that Venelana feared came true.
"Zeotiucs, tell me, did you do this because of the Phoenix tears?" She suddenly said making his smile disappear and was replaced with his laughter.
"Hahahahaha as expected of you my dear, you are right. With this engagement, not only we will have a large supply of Phoenix tears, but also will end our conflicts and serve Lord Phenex's goal of creating a strong offspring with the marriage between his son and Rias, after all, they are pure blood devils. It's a win-win situation."
"But you are just sacrificing your daughter like that, isn't she important to you?" Venelana said with sad and loud voice.
But Zeotiucs only smiled evilly and said "Of course she is important...as a tool to achieve my goals, she should be proud that she is from the Gremory and don't worry we can work together to make another heir."
Venelana only felt dread and helplessness and disgust.
She couldn't believe that her husband would do something like that to his own daughter. She knew from the beginning that he didn't love her and considered her useless and just looked at her as if she was a tool.
His pride was only his son, the only one who could be considered his son. Rias was just a tool in his eyes.
Venelana was angry and wanted to flip the table and punch him in the face but she held herself. She would do it but not now.
Grayfia looked at the man with disappointment and disgust, just remembering how he looked at her body with lustful eyes made her feel like several ants crawling on her skin making her even more disgusted.
She clutched the apron of her maid outfit tightly and looked at Zeotiucs with hate to the point of freezing him into ice cube, but she held it, not now.
Sirzechs and Millia were the same. He wanted to shout at his dad but Millia held his hand and shook her head to him, making him grit his teeth in helplessness and frustration.
"Excuse me, I think I'm not feeling well right now. Let's go Grayfia." Venelana suddenly said and stood up before going out of the living room with Grayfia walking behind her.
The same was with Sirzechs and Millia, they went out with the gray haired old man walking behind him.
With the now living room empty, Zeotiucs filled his wine glass again and started to drink with a happy mood.
'Ha, bunch of idiots.'

Back in the office, everyone was silent.
They didn't know what they should do in this situation.
Rias was literally being sold to the Phenexs' as a living stock to make a strong offspring.
They hopped the best for Rias and wanted her to live a happy life not burdened with the family affairs. But no, her supposed to be father made her life worse and sold her as a tool to complete the goals of a greedy man and arrogant man obsessed with strong offsprings for no reason.
Zeotiucs greed reached so high, a clear representation of the sin of greed.
But then suddenly, Grayfia who didn't speak from the beginning said "How about asking the man who told you about the engagement for help to train Rias-sama?" Grayfia said looking at the grey haired old man.
"If Rias-sama became stronger than Raiser Phenex, then she can cancel the engagement by challenging him in a rating game after she grows up." She continued making Venelana's eyes widen and flashed with a gleam of hope.
"How was that man Butler? Is he strong?" Venelana asked the grey haired old man who finally we knew his name.
He nodded at her and said "Yes Madame, he is so powerful and his eyes contained unimaginable power that made me feel death a step away from me. I experienced his pressure first hand so my words have a some assurance. We just need to meet him to know more." Butler said making Venelana have a light of hope in her heart while Sirzechs and Millia were smiling with hope.
"I will take Grayfia with me and go to see him. Butler, you are coming with us too to show us the place."
Butler looked at Sirzechs as he was his master and he was his butler.
Sirzechs nodded at him and gave him the confirmation.
"Then, if you don't mind Madame."
"Great, let's go right away."
He nodded and Venelana along with Grayfia were ready to teleport to the human world.
Then a crimson magic circle appeared under them before the three teleported right away.
Sirzechs and Millia teleported to their own house as well as they weren't living in this house.
Now, the wheels of fate started to move, and no one knows what will happen in the future as fate can become a big bad bitch sometimes.
