As tons of time and effort are required to raise the rank of skill to the max,

To put it bluntly, legendary skills can be acquired with enough effort and kills.
But getting a max level in one go, I can't even put a price on this and I can't grasp how something like this exists.
Max-level skill is said only to be achieved when you reach at least level 100. And legendary skills would take at least 150 to 200
Even if you learn a skill at level 10 and use it continuously,
To put into example my fireball now can vaporize a small swimming pool and is as big as a small football.
Then max fireball would be able to vaporize a pool as big as Citystars Sharm El Sheikh. And will be as big as an exercise ball.
And it's just a rare skill. What type of power would have a max legendary skill is unimaginable.
That much power difference is between a max skill and level one skill.
You must be level 150 to reach the max level.
But with this rune is an item that can't be acquired even with money or power.
As I am sure I'm the only one in this world who can level up his skills. And it's the only rune in this world. And it
Training a skill until the max level is super hard.
Although it's also untradable in the first place so I can't just sell it to anyone and get at least a 100 billion.
Plus I don't have any plans to sell it, as Power is what matters in this world. No amount of money could save you from the Monarch of Destruction.

I would have saved it and used it only at an important time. But it's only for the next ten hours and it would be a waste to let go of such a thing but I can't use it on rare skills. It will be like throwing rocks and hoping the ocean surface will rise.

Ha yes, I gained seven levels after clearing two D+ rank dungeons and three E Rank dungeons.
But holy shit look my stats breaking records especially my Intelligence stat is off the charts. And it's happening when I didn't spend much stat in it and by default, my MP has crossed the realm of D rank and now it's touching the realms of C rank...
Plus look at the regeneration is so fast that It will be filled in 5 minutes and with the effects of other skills it could even be faster while also decreasing the mana consumption for anything.
Hell, when did I gain such insane luck magic experts and Grand Master will cry tears of blood if they found out I did this all in just a few days. It took them decades if not centuries to do I done it in such a small time frame.

I still can't believe one of my stat is beyond 100 and if this continues I will have two black hearts which is just great and something I really want to achieve. As a Mage is nothing without the Mp. My goal with this is to be able to use Mana, Ether, Ki, and Divinity!.
This means having multiple power sources but I am unable to do it now. In this world, but what about outside in worlds where those energies really exist?
