60 Chapter 60: Betrayal

"Is everything done?" I asked, wiping imaginary sweat from my forehead.

"Yup, all the traps are ready, but why did you suddenly come here to set up those traps?" Ramiris asked.

"Oh, I just had a feeling that someone will arrive here in a few years, and it would be fun to prank them," I replied

"Yeah, that sound like you." Ramiris wasn't surprised at all after knowing me for over 300 years.

I chuckled, "Okay, okay, I sometimes like to see people suffering, but you can't deny it's fun seeing them go through all those traps. Besides, it's not like they would die."

"Don't worry. I will someday, but for now, I'm going to prepare for my next prank," I waved her goodbye before leaving for my castle so I could make my disguise.

My Intrinsic Skill: [Universal Shapeshift] is a skill I haven't used much since I got it after the Harvest Festival. The most I used it for was to change my hairstyle, but today I will use it to change my appearance completely.

I started with the basics, like changing my hair from black to blueish-silver and my eyes from gray to gold.

As I looked at myself in the mirror, I concluded that blue hair didn't suit me, but golden eyes with black hair looked quite alright.

Now then, Rimuru's height after first gaining a human body should be around 120cm, and after eating the Orc Disaster, he should be around 130cm.

"Cal..." Ultima stopped in her tracks and looked at me, "What are you doing?" She asked, recognizing me instantly.

"Oh, just preparing for a new prank," I answered before switching back to my normal appearance.

"And will that prank end up in two countries almost starting a war like the previous one?" She asked.

"Not this time," I replied, remembering the prank she was talking about, "There was an intelligent and named slime that popped up in the Jura Forest and started building a monster town. I decided to have fun, appear there, and start acting like his son."

"Slime? As in, the weakest type of monster?" She asked, more curious about why I would even bother about a slime, even if it was intelligent rather than my prank idea.

"He may be a slime, but he has a human form and was named by Veldora, and after observing him for a while, he should be around the strength of a Demon Lord Seed."

Her eyes widened slightly in surprise, "A slime with the strength of a Demon Lord Seed?"

"Yup." I nodded, "But that's not all. He seemed to have caught the attention of a certain black-haired demon."

"Noir?"

I nodded.

"Then I want to see that slime for myself. If you and Noir are interested in him, he must be special."

Of course, he is special... He will be my manga and novel supplier...

"That's true, but I never know if my demoness decides to have some fun and kill a few nobles." I chuckled and kissed her again.

"Oh, but didn't you kill that bug when he tried to flirt with me?"

He was a stereotypical young master that thought he would get everything with money, and the thing he wanted was Ultima, so I don't see anything wrong with killing him.

'Great Sage, how long will it take for your evolution?' I asked while making the finishing touches to my disguise.

"Lord Rimuru, your awake," Came Shion's voice, but she paused the moment she saw who was hugging me, "L-Lord R-Rimuru, who is that?"

"Aunt Shion!" My supposed child quickly lept towards Shion and hugged her while crying, "Mom says she doesn't remember me!"

"M-M-Mom!?" It was like thunder had just struck her, "L-Lord Rimuru, you have a child, and you are the mother!"

"N-No..." I tried to sort it out, but my son or daughter spoke first.

"Aunt Shion, maybe if Mom tastes your homemade food, then she will remember who I am."

"That's a great idea... Emmm..."

"Cale."

WHAT! I got betrayed by the son I didn't know I had.
