Allison, worried about Scott's sudden disappearance, hesitantly walks into the boy's locker room, where she eventually finds him standing under the hot water in the shower, still in his uniform shorts. Allison asks him if he's okay, and he claims that he just got lightheaded and needed a moment to allow it to pass. Allison points out that he's probably got an adrenaline rush from how amazing he played out there. Scott smiles and apologizes for "acting really weird" that day and confesses that she makes him nervous because he wants to make sure he gets his second chance. Allison promises that he has it, and that he just needs to take it, which leads Scott to kiss her. They make out for a long moment before Allison pulls away.

She smiles and says she needs to get back to her dad as Stiles approaches them, and when she leaves.

Once Allison is gone, Stiles rolls his eyes and waits until she's out of earshot while Scott, dazed in the afterglow of his romantic interlude with Allison, walks over to him with the cheesiest grin on his face and giddly said"I kissed her."

Stiles, clearly finding Scott's dopey demeanor tedious, nods patronizingly and replied"I saw."

Scott is unbothered by Stiles' lack of excitement for him and continued on"She kissed me."

Stiles makes a face but continues to humor him and said"Saw that, too. That's pretty good, huh?"

Even without his kiss with Allison and reassurance that she's still interested in him, Scott has a much more positive outlook on his future now and he shares it with Stiles"I-I-I don't know how, but I controlled it. I pulled it back. Maybe I can do this? Maybe it's not that bad?"

Stiles, seeing how truly happy and at peace Scott currently is, decides he doesn't want to spoil his mood and tries to beg off"Yeah..."

He chuckles nervously and added"Heh... we'll talk later, then..."

Stiles pats Scott on the shoulder affectionately and turns to leave, but Scott, still able to read Stiles perfectly in spite of his many current distractions, grabs him by the shoulder and forces him to turn around to tell him what's going on, his smile dimming and questioned"What?"

Stiles sighs, not wanting to spoil Scott's positive attitude but also knowing that this information is important and needs to be shared, sighs before ultimately confessing what he just learned"The, uh, medical examiner looked at the bloody shirt we found...while it did match with the one from the forest,there was an issue."

Scott raises his eyebrows, not sure where Stiles is going with this and asked...What?"

Stiles signed and explained"Well, I'll keep it simple.They found proof Derek was not even state at the time of the incident,there was video amd witness to prove that.So the is let out of jail."

Scott gapes at Stiles in shock, appalled by this news and yelled"Are you kidding?"

Stiles sighed and said"No, and here's a bigger kick in the ass-- my dad and Alexander told me the girl who was attacked was Dereks older sister Laura Hale."

Scott's jaw drops even more when he puts the pieces together, Stilea continued"They found her injured and in coma, so hot to let the attacker find out about this, they kept the information to the high ups....Also we are also in trouble."

Scott was still in shock, but broke out of it hearing the trouble part and questioned"What trouble?"

Stiles winced and answered"You broke into Hales house to get the bloody shirt remember."

Scott winced ,while Stiles added"My dad was able to get us out of being arrested,but this will be in out records."

Scott hearing last part slumped into a nearby chair and muttered"Mom's going to kill me."

Stiles could understand him, since dad tore him apart.Stiles then added"Also Alexander Allicent's cousin told me,how only an alpha can turn normal humans into wolf."

Scott groaned and muttered"So Derek really wasn't the one who bit me."

Stiles nodded.
