"I'm... really... alive..." Waking up I look to my left and spot the bear dead on the ground. Putting my torso up and taking my dagger back through my inventory - "How long did I black out fo- ugh" Yeah, something is definitely broken.
'That was a hard fight...' Thinking about it, how did he sense me in my shadow armor, it was supposed to hide all my traces, or his senses are really high to the weak me, or he could feel me through the connection between me and my shadow wolf, with a mana sense? - 'Big brain huh...'
'Nah, it can't be.' If so, he should have sensed us when getting him in between me and the wolf to make the ambush. So lets just move on, I need to get him into my shadow first.
With my feet on the ground, with some difficulties, I turn to my left and look down on the limp body of the beast - "Emerge." After saying this the body sent a mana wave towards all directions, but not going too far.

"Oh..." It's fine, 2 more tries to go - "Emerge!" The effect of this word was the same however, making the 'shockwave' made of mana happen.

"Unlucky" If I remember correctly, to successfully reanimate a soul, the difference in strength matters, and too the longer the body is dead.
"EMERGE!" Slowly a claw exited the body, and using his own dead body, pushed himself out - "Still big, wow."

"If I didn't make it, it was going to take some time to find and kill another creature this strong." Saying this I walked back to my safe area, the rabbit filled one.
Slowly walking back I felt that my mana pool was full from that sleep but still, my body is not in a good state, even if the system did indeed help my body recover so I can at least walk, it is still a problem.
Arriving in my home my shadow wolf left my own shade - "Scan the area, if you find any monster you can just kill it." With my wolf patrolling the area, I decide to go drink some fresh water before going to sleep, maybe that water with mana can help me heal faster.

Simple life myself has here, with infinite food being a liquid, and with now a whole pack of 24 shadow wolfs, being one of them mine special wolf - "Come out Moretsu, Kosei!" From my shadow a wolf of my height emerged and a bear that triples me, the wolf being the first soul that I took.

I still got the wolf into a higher rank, with his speed it is easier to hunt...
It seems that every 10 levels they rank up, and after being a Elite, they turn into a Knight, being able to have a name, but every rank, it gets hard to level they up, I mean... It makes sense.
Apart from this strong ones, I have a 23 wolf pack and 5 more bears, them being in the normal Rank, as I don't use them too much in hunts, meaning I have a total of 30 shadow minions to be of my use - "It is decided..." After this 6 months I think I got strong enough to search in the strange fluctuations I sensed In the beginning, after that I'll just look for a sentient race, something akin to a town, thus being my main mission to escape this huge forest.
But before, I want to take that panther's souls, after all this 6 months even if I did not get in that much of fights, I'm really strong, and can even sense the panther now, this beast is definitely strong, probably being a rank knight without needing to level it up.
I wanted to take more bears into my war troops, but they are rare, and so I only have 6 of them. One thing in common with the 'Solo Leveling' series is that I can only have 30 minion in me, at least for now, I can expand to 50, but the 20 that are on top will disappear after my mana ran out as they are taking hits.

Nearing the panther I don't waste time to appear in its sight. The panther seeing me, got wary and prepared to fight - "Sorry, you don't have a chance." After two figures emerged from my shadow, Moretsu and Kosei, the panther had the urge to run, but the wolf probably being of a higher rank disappeared from my right and in a flash he was behind the panther.
The panther could not follow the wolf with his reflexes, but did manage to get a glimpse to at least dodge the attac- And Suddently, the cat was smashed in the ground by Kosei.
The panther highly injured did something I knew was possible from my knowledge of magic, still, it was a surprise - "Magic! And darkness magic on top of that!" With my perfect sight I could see a black armor on the beast black fur.
I knew what darkness could do to your body, enhance reflexes and speed - Her figure got blurred and in less than a second she appeared behind the bear, cutting his head off with sharp claws. So fast again! Blurring, she appeared behind the wolf's head and separated from his body in the same way as the bear's.
In a glimpse she looked at me and blurred.
