'This guy's crazy!' just as Quinn thought that, Sen had readied another batch of metal balls from the blood which was falling out of his mouth.

"Haah, fine... I give up" Quinn sighed in defeat. "Good thing you did. If not I would have been forced to stop the both of you," Aaron said, "Take these two to the healer"

A man in a white robe appeared inside of the ring and touched both Quinn and Sen's shoulder and disappeared again with both of them.

"Why didn't you stop them earlier?" Luna asked him. "They had something that needed to be settled right? So why should I stop them unless necessary" he replied.

'I never thought that he'd turn the part where the shadow blade hit into metal' Quinn thought. He was on a bed in the healers workspace right besides Sen who was unconscious.

'The shadow blade skill uses up too much mana, I should use it when it is desperately needed or I'll run out of mana in a fight instantly'.

"But man... the teleport ability is so handy" he spoke in a soft voice, 'even Sen's ability too, there are so many ways to use it'.

"Hmmmm? Why are you looking at me? Oh! By any chance did you fall for me?" Sen said in a cheeky voice.

'This piece of shit...'

"But I'm not interested in guys ya kno- AARGH!" Quinn interrupted him with a punch to the face.

"I'm still recovering!" Sen shouted in a hushed manner because one of the nurses was looking at him, "the healer has already healed both of us".

"Oh... so what were you thinking about?" Sen asked. 'Look at him changing the subject'.

"...Your ability. I haven't heard of it" Quinn said, "and I'm not sure if its normal...I'm pretty sure it's 'special', right?"

After Quinn finished saying that a minute of silence followed.

Finally after an awkward pause Sen said something; "I do come from an Original family... but not all families choose to reveal themselves to public do they?".

"While we were fighting... you said something about me having an Offensive darkness ability, what did you mean?" Quinn asked.

"You see, the darkness ability has 'Three' types

-Offensive like the blades and bullets you used, and

-Curses... these are really complicated to explain so I'll let your imagination run wild" Quinn quietly listened to what Sen was saying and asked

"Didn't you say there were 'Three' types?".

Seeing Sen's face turn grim, Quinn quickly changed the subject of talk.

"Are there any more abilities that have types like the darkness one?".

'If it's something Sen doesn't want to tell me what would it be...? Even though I'm asking this I don't even know him very well'.

"Of course there are more. Take the light ability for example; it has three types too

-Offensive which is just close combat sometimes also defense

-Healing, just as the name suggests it has the power to heal

-The last one is 'Contract', this one makes a contract between two or more people. If someone doesn't follow the contract, they will be severely punished" Sen explained and then asked if he had any more questions.

"If your family want to stay in the shadows and don't want anyone to know of them then why tell me?" he asked.

"Either way no one knows about my family now except you and some people that my family trusts" Sen replied as a nurse walked towards them.

"You two will be discharged soon so don't go around and keep getting hurt like this. Especially you, Sen right?" the nurse butted in, "don't use your ability so recklessly, if you keep that up you'll kill yourself".

Today is the portal outing on a beast planet called 'Butani'. The surface of the planet which looked like a desert without sand was orange and was filled with mountains.

The beasts on this planet are: Desert wolfs, Rock-Worms and Killer rabbits. The beasts are only F and E rank so they don't pose too much of a threat. Still the teachers would be near the students to watch over them, but not close enough to disturb the fight.

Students were told to make a group of 5 people and hunt beasts together. The students who have hunted beasts can keep the beast crystal and other materials.

The Beast crystals could be sold for credits or used to make a magical weapon out of the beasts magic.

After the explanation was over, students began forming their teams.

Quinn, Sen, Luna and two random people with E and B- Rank. "Why don't we introduce ourselves?" Sen said facing all four of them.

"I'm Sen. These two are Quinn and Luna!" he continued.

"My name's Petra! I have some sort of an Air manipulation ability" the E rank said with a cute smile.

"Zayne... Spatial ability" the other one said, clearly not interested.

'Spatial...?' Quinn wanted to know more so he asked; "Why don't we explain our abilities?".

"I'm Quinn. I have a Darkness ability, I'm able to shoot small flaming bullets and call out a blade of darkness".

"Luna. Blaze ability, it enhances my strength and can expand to a weapon that I'm holding without melting it".

"Sen. Something like Blood transformation, I can solidify blood into metal and manipulate it at will".

"Again, I'm Petra. I can use my wind ability to defend from normal projectiles like arrows and bullets. Other than that, I can turn invisible for a short amount of time".

"...I already told you! Don't make me repeat myself". Seeing him act like a brat, Quinn couldn't help but get pissed off.

"If you don't want to explain you can just demonstrate you know?" he said suppressing his anger and putting on a fake smile which was quite easy to see through, "if we want hunt more efficiently then we'll have to know each others abilities better".

Zayne then walked towards him and put his hand on Quinn's shoulder. A hole the size of one's palm was formed on his shoulder.

'Isn't this ability... too overpowered?!'
