Chapter-4

They had grown more closer as days went by. Y/n was an adult in a child's body so it wasn't that hard for her to get them to open up to her. Her training was going very smoothly as well. Although she couldn't be called an assassin right now but she could felt she was getting closer. She was able to mask her presence quite easily. Most adults right now wouldn't stand a chance. However, it wasn't enough. She knew just how powerful people can get in this world so she never stopped her training.

Y/n's POV [In second person]

Yet now, here you were running away with a pirate at your tail. You were too injured to fight back or even move but, you had too. If it could less their suffering even by a little you were willing to do so. The fire was slowly spreading throughout the whole town. You remembered how Sabo basically gets adopted by Dragon right about now. A little chuckle escaped your lips.

You didn't know where you were going but you didn't stop, you couldn't let the pirate go back to Ace. Soon you found yourself on the shore, the ocean in sight. However, it didn't look as mesmerizing today. Today the smell of burnt flesh and death lingered in the air.

And there you saw a boat, it looked pretty rundown but, it would do for now. The boat was hidden and could only be seen through a proper angle. You were very lucky to have found it.

The pirate had been getting slower and slower, perhaps he had run out of breath. No matter, you quickly placed your hood over your head and tried to slip in the shadows while the pirate tried to catch his breath. You then clenched your gun tightly, it only contained one bullet. You couldn't miss. You either hit it or you'll give him enough time to let him shoot you.

You then slowly went a bit closer to him, making sure to not make a single sound. Gun in hand, you angled it towards his heart.

You hit him, but you weren't sure if it went through his heart or not. You couldn't check. You had already started to run towards the boat, the fire was getting too dangerous. It wasn't safe here anymore. You couldn't go back up to the mountain either. The boat was the only choice you had if you wanted to survive.

3rd Person POV

She got on the boat, unfurled the sails and started moving towards god knows where. The end b*thes. Now leave me the f*** alone!!! [A/n: I swear to god if the narrator does this one more time!]

She got on the boat, unfurled the sails and started moving towards an unknown direction. However, she first tore a part of her clothes and using the blood from her wounds wrote a little note which she tied on a tree. She could only hope that Ace and Luffy would find this and read it.

Slowly the boat rocked on the waves. She didn't know where she would end up and wanted to be prepared but all she could do now wrap her wounds with her hoodie and get some rest.
