9. The commotion

Time went on, and it didn't feel like Jasmine had been in Singapore for three days. All the problems can resolve quickly, making her very busy.

This afternoon Jasmine decided to return to the apartment early. Her body felt tired from all the work she had to do.

Someone hugged her from behind when she was about to open the apartment door. Her eyes widened. She wondered if someone would act perverts on her.

"I miss you dear."

It was a voice that Jasmine knew so well and that she missed so much.

"How did you know I was here?" Jasmine asked Caesar, who was still hugging her.

"There is nothing impossible for me to find you," Caesar replied.

Caesar let go of his embrace then turned Jasmine's body, so they were facing each other. The longing in Caesar's eyes could also see in Jasmine's eyes.

Without saying much, Caesar immediately kissed Jasmine gently. He couldn't hold back his longing for the woman in front of him.

"I missed you so much," Caesar said softly after breaking the kiss.

"I missed you a lot too, Caesar," Jasmine replied breathlessly.

Jasmine realized that she was still outside. She immediately opened the door to her apartment and pulled Caesar's hand inside.

Longing and desire buried for more than two days. Having made Jasmine unable to hold it in anymore, she wanted every gentle touch from Caesar.

She kissed Caesar's lips passionately, not caring what the man before her thought. What she wanted was Caesar.

Caesar was happy, and he kissed Jasmine back. He broke the kiss and looked at the woman he missed so much. He had already looked into Jasmine's whereabouts, but it was so hard to find her.

"Explain to me how did you know I was here?" Jasmine asked again after inviting Caesar to sit on the sofa.

"I will always try to be able to meet you," replied Caesar, then he explained what he had done to find Jasmine.

Jasmine smiled when she heard what Caesar said; she didn't expect all the things the man in front of her had done. She only saw Caesar's movements and all that made her happy.

There was the sound of someone ringing the bell. Jasmine got up and walked towards the door. She opened her apartment door, and she was a little surprised by the person in front of her.

"Where's Caesar?!" Camila asked after Jasmine opened her apartment door and walked into the apartment.

Jasmine was speechless as she was shocked by Camila's arrival. She didn't expect Camila to come to her apartment.

"Get out you Caesar!" Camila shrieked in exasperation.

Caesar immediately left after seeing Camila inside with angry eyes. He just stood still and looked at the woman who had always helped him achieve his dreams.

"I don't understand you? What am I lacking so you keep chasing her? Does he really seduce you or do you just want to take advantage of her?!" Camila threw questions at Caesar.

"You already know that I love her, so why are you angry like this? Aren't we just…," Before continuing his sentence, Camila immediately hugged Caesar.

"I know…," Camila said quietly "but I love you so much."

"Camila…," Caesar called softly and then let go of his arms that wrapped around his body.

Camila knew that Caesar was out of control. Finally, she whispered something. Caesar's eyes widened at that.

Without saying anything, Caesar followed in the footsteps of Camila, who died Jasmine alone in her apartment. Jasmine was transfixed by what had just happened.

She didn't understand why Caesar was treating her like that. Her legs felt weak, and she finally fell.

Her tears began to flow without realizing it, is this what is called love? Is love so painful? Is a one-sided love meaningless?

"What do I mean? You said you missed me and loved me. However, the proof is that you went with her without saying anything," Jasmine said while crying.

I don't know how long Jasmine had been crying, but finally, she got up and wiped all the tears that rolled down her cheeks.

"You have to get up Jasmine! Don't let this love destroy you!" Jasmine said as she walked to her room.

Annoyed, disappointed, all mixed up, Jasmine didn't blame Camila or Caesar for all of this being her fault. Her fault for loving a man who already has a girlfriend means she is already the third person in their relationship.

Jasmine threw her body on the bed, stared at the ceiling of the apartment room, and she tried to close her eyes. When Camila walked past her, she recalled that Jasmine saw the woman smiling a sign of victory.

"Stupid me," Jasmine muttered.

Finally, she fell asleep even though she still felt all the pain in her heart. However, she always blamed herself for being so stupid in loving a man who already had a lover.

The next day, Jasmine woke up. She rushed to clean up because she would visit a hotel in trouble today.

Finished with the routine of cleaning herself, she sat in front of the decorative table mirror. Jasmine saw her eyes were puffy from yesterday afternoon crying for a long time. She also covered her puffy eyes with make-up.

Jasmine was ready. She took her bag and cell phone and walked out of the apartment. In front of the apartment, there was already Sam waiting for her. Sam opened the car door and invited Jasmine to come in.

Jasmine immediately entered the car, and Sam joined the car. He parked the car engine and strolled out of the apartment area.

"Shall we go to the office first or the hotel?" Jasmine asked Sam.

"It seems we'd better go to the hotel first, then we go to the office."

Sam answered, then he turned his attention back to the road. Not so long ago, they arrived in front of a hotel where the hotel is a hotel that is having problems.

Jasmine walked into the hotel, and several people greeted her warmly. They invited Jasmine to follow into a room.

"Please, Miss Jasmine," A middle-aged man motioned for her to take a seat.

"Thank you," Jasmine replied.

Not long after, a woman arrived, carrying a tray of drinks. The woman kept the glass on the table, after which she left the room.

"How is there something you want to tell me?" Jasmine asked in a respectful tone.

The middle-aged man sat right in front of Jasmine; he began to tell the beginning of the decline in visitors to stay at the hotel.

Jasmine listened intently, and she didn't want her to miss a single thing. After hearing all the stories, she concluded that someone wanted to destroy her father's business.

"Prepare all the documents I need!" Jasmine said as she handed a note to the middle-aged man.

"Okay, Miss, I will prepare it," the middle-aged man said from his seat and said goodbye to preparing what Jasmine asked.

"Sam, what can you conclude from all the stories?" Jasmine asked Sam.

"Looks like someone wants our hotel to be destroyed," Sam replied confidently.

"As I thought. You can quickly realize all that," said Jasmine.

A few moments later, all the requested documents had piled up on the table. Jasmine started to read the papers one by one.

Jasmine was curious about one of the documents she had just read, and she thought it was odd. She also gave the document to Sam and told Sam to find out everything.

There was a commotion outside the room, making Jasmine market what was going on. She decided to go out to see it and Sam, who followed behind her.

"What happened?!" Jasmine asked a woman who was talking to a friend.

"There's a visitor making a fuss in the lobby," the woman replied.

Jasmine immediately walked towards the lobby, followed by Sam. She wanted to know what was causing that person to make such a fuss and disturb the public interest in this hotel.

"Miss, you better not get too close to that man!" said Sam when he saw who was making a fuss.

"Who's he?!" Jasmine asked.

"Noah, he's one of the lions' crew. The group is respected here," replied Sam.

Jasmine watched. First, she wanted to know what Noah was going to do. If it's too much, then she will intervene.

Noah was making more and more commotion, making Jasmine unable to contain herself. Noah had gone too far for him and couldn't tolerate it anymore.

With Jasmine's quick steps approaching him, Sam tried to stop Jasmine. However, he failed.

"Miss, I beg you. Don't get into trouble with him," Sam kept trying to stop Jasmine.

"Not. I won't stop my steps, he's gone too far!" Jasmine replied as she continued walking.

Noah still does things that disgust everyone. He didn't realize that someone couldn't stand his attitude.

"Stop it!" shrieked Jasmine.
