11. Revenge

Two days had passed after Caesar's departure, and Jasmine didn't even know where she was. Every night she could only mourn everything.

Jasmine's cell phone rang. She took her cell phone, which was on her desk. She looked at the number on the screen of her phone. She thought it was Caesar, but it wasn't Diana who contacted her.

Jasmine listened to what her best friend had to say, and a smile appeared on the corners of her lips as she thought that her best friend was talking more and more. She wondered if Diana wasn't out of breath from continuing to speak without a pause.

Diana again reminded Jasmine of her promise to find out someone's condition. She didn't want her best friend to forget about it.

"Stop your babbling! Give me all the data about that person if you can take a picture and everything about him. So I can easily find it," Jasmine said to Diana on the other side of the phone.

Diana said she would send it, and she hung up the phone. Not long after, all the necessary data is already on Jasmine's phone.

However, she hasn't opened it yet because Sam enters the room and says Jasmine should come with him. There was something to be done, and it required Jasmine's approval.

"Let's go now," Jasmine said as she put her cell phone in her bag.

On the way, Sam explained again what had happened. There is a hotel that is still renovation. However, some people are looking for trouble.

Jasmine arrived at the location, and she saw that there were already several people making a mess. They were all trying to stop the workers from repairing the hotel.

She got out of the car and walked closer to them; someone was also threatening to stop the workers from continuing their work.

"What right do you have to stop their work?!" Jasmine asked coldly and didn't look the least bit scared.

A man in a black shirt turned around, and he wanted to see which woman dared to say such a thing.

The man smirked, then said, "Apparently, you are… the woman who dared to put Noah in bars!"

"So you're his friend? Turns out you're the same. Ignorant man!" said Jasmine.

"You really are quite a brave woman, it makes me want to enjoy your curves even more," continued the man.

"Do not dream! Before your hands touch my body, I will break one by one of your fingers!" said Jasmine.

"Damn woman!" shouted the man as he threw his punch.

However, Sam quickly blocked and parried the man in the black shirt. Jasmine took a few steps back so Sam could move freely to face the bold man.

"Want to attack her? Do not expect!" said Sam, smiling lopsidedly.

The man in the black shirt looked annoyed. He ordered his men to attack Sam. Every hit by the enemy can be dodged or avoided by Sam.

Didn't they know who they were with dealing? Sam is a man who has martial arts, and no one has beaten him.

Now it was Sam who hit back with a barrage of punches and occasional kicks. He did not give the enemy a chance to strike back.

One by one, the enemies began to fall. Some were able to stand back up, and some could not stand.

"What is your real purpose in disturbing all my workers?!" Jasmine asked the man who looked like the boss.

"I want to avenge what you did to me, Noah!" replied the man.

Jasmine sighed. She began to order Sam to immediately call the police because there was no point in fighting with them.

However, when Sam was about to contact the police via his cellphone. The man in the black shirt attacked him with a powerful punch so that the cellphone in Sam's hand fell.

The man again attacked Sam. Not only him but several people could still stand up to attack Sam. This time all Sam can do is defend against their attacks while looking at the weak points of his enemy.

Sam smiled. He saw their weak point. Now it's just a matter of finding the right time to counterattack them so they can't get back up.

Sam had found the right timing, and he began to attack them with a barrage of blows with a reasonably strong force ended with a deadly kick.

One by one, the enemies fell, so did the man in the black shirt. However, the man in the black shirt managed to stand back up.

"I won't let you call the police! Before I settle for you two!" said the man in the black shirt.

"You won't be able to win against both of us, you better just give up, and you won't get a severe punishment," Jasmine said as she picked up Sam's cell phone, which had fallen right at her feet.

"I won't believe that cheap mouth of yours!" The man said while spitting.

The man in the black shirt immediately pulled out a weapon from behind his body. He pointed a gun at Jasmine.

"You think I'm scared of you two?!" The man in the black shirt said while grinning.

"Don't be like you! Put down your weapons before it's too late!" said Sam while blocking the direction of the weapon that aimed at Jasmine.

In other words, Sam made his body a shield. Jasmine, who doesn't want anyone else to be her shield, tells Sam to get out of the way.

"Don't make yourself as my shield because your life is not mine!" said Jasmine.

"It's my job to protect you," Sam replied without looking at Jasmine's face.

Jasmine wondered why Sam said that. Did she know that something like this would happen? Was it the father who had ordered Sam always to protect her?

The man in the black shirt shot his bullet up to sign that he was serious. He had reached the point of patience. At first, he just wanted revenge against Noah.

However, after his defeat, he thought of killing Jasmine and Sam. By killing them both, the boss will be happier and give him a gift.

"Say your last words," the man in the black shirt said with a grin and pointed his gun at Sam.

"You should be the one thinking the last word before going into prison!" said Sam.

Sam deliberately looked for an opening to take the weapon in the man's hand. He also consciously made the man lose control with his words.

He kept saying that the man in the black shirt wouldn't win against him. Sam also said that Noah and the man were both stupid men. A foolish man is willing to be used by others to destroy Mr Adam's business. No matter how hard you try, it will never work.

"I've had enough of you," the man in the black shirt said as he moved his finger to pull the trigger of the gun, he was holding.
