Sitting cross-legged on a boulder, Ars closed his eyes and let the waterfall crash over his body.

He was meditating for the sake of understanding the essence of the technique he wanted to learn.

Idaten does not require eating, drinking, sleeping, breathing, excretion, or other human biological functions. Plus, they never get tired and have unlimited energy.
