An Explanation

Just so anyone that reads know I got this idea for this fanfic from a game.

On Roblox.

No I'm not joking. Even though I wish I'm joking.

There is a game called Critical Strike which has a selection of classes that you can battle other players with.

Pretty fleshed out. But my idea came out of left field as I asked myself. What if I fleshed out some characters from there. This story's MC is The Mage. Renamed The Magician and made a emperor.

But no I thought I need to make a better backstory.

So I made him have two lives before. Two lives as a knight, then as stated above.

I wanted to start the story But I felt I hadn't got the skills to fully flesh this out like how I wanted to. So this was my compromise.

I would take one of the more finished characters, stick him in a pre-established world so I can be held to lower standard and practice my writing.
