ahhh yes my favorite flavor "death"

Waking up sitting in a chair in front of a desk I take a quick look around before realising that the room is completely white and seemingly goes on forever.

The desk that I'm sitting in front of has nothing on it except for a simple cup of coffee. Before I can inspect closer though a man suddenly appears before me. He looks exactly like my boss. I suddenly start to remember what happened last.

I was sitting with my boss talking about my promotion and my suspicions of drug smuggling happening between a few co-workers. He leaves for a second after said conversation and comes back with two mugs of coffee and I gladly accept the offer. We both take a big drink before going back to our conversation. Halfway through I start to feel dizzy and collapse. I let out a whisper to call the ambulance as I see my boss smiling then calling someone on the phone.

I snap back to my current situation and look at my boss with anger. But he begins to talk.

"Hey there, welcome to the in-between where we decide whether you go to heaven or hell."

I go quiet for a moment before talking so I really am dead huh. And one question: "if you're an angel or some guardian of death, why do you look exactly like my boss?"

"Oh ya I should probably explain that. Because I live in basically nothing I take your memory of your last moment as my form meaning technically you are sitting on me. This explanation will also answer why you forgot your death for a minute, I was simply analyzing it to create a perfect replica as you already know I gave it back to you. It's kinda funny really a lot of my forms will be a random person in a flying truck. So anyways let me check your history. It will take a few minutes but it will go bye in a flash because you will forget every aspect of your being. And done. Now we have a bit of a problem here. Your karma equals out from doing stuff like helping god's creations and birthing a few 'creations' yourself. To work for an illegal drug selling company without even knowing. Now there's two things we can do here, one is you get to choose to go to heaven or hell. And then there's the second option of reincarnation. Choose one and we can get this over with."
