You will always have a choice

It's not her first time kissing a guy, she has had plenty of experience kissing since all she could do with Sano was kiss. But, even then the kisses Toh gives her are different. When he kisses her, she feels like the only girl in the world. She feels special, and wanted.

'I have to admit, he really is a good psychologist. He knows exactly what to do to make me feel loved.'

If he wasn't good at his job, perhaps his kisses would feel different. Perhaps she would feel desire over the wanted part. Sumire shakes those disturbing thoughts out of her mind, and focused on the feeling of his lips on hers. The feeling of his hands lifting her shirt.

Sumire remembered they were still in the middle of the food court. But, allowed him to do what he wanted.

She grabbed onto his shoulders, digging her nails into his white lab jacket.

"You taste so divine." Toh mumbled against her lips. "I really want to take this further. But we are in public."

"Ah, it's not proper."

Toh chuckled. "Exactly." He continued to fondle her breasts a little and she moaned softly.

Those hands, those wicked hands could do so much to her. Eventually Toh let's her go.

"But, later on. When we get home. Can we try a few things?"

"If I ask you to stop, will you?" Sumire asked despite already knowing the answer.

"Of course beautiful, we do whatever you want."

'He really is too kind. I know I do not deserve this kindness. I was the one who broke the remaining wall between us however, so I cannot push him away. Even for me that would be too cruel.'

Taking a deep breath, Sumire wrapped her arms around his neck and buried her face there.

"What's wrong?"

"Just thinking." Sumire paused.

"This is a nice position for you to be thinking." Toh chuckled. "It rruly is unfortunate that we are outside."

Despite his flirtatious tone, Sumire felt his hand on her back - almost like he was trying to sooth her.

"Those girls your with-" Sumire paused and corrected herself. "Your female friends are looking at me like they'll kill me."

Even with her attempts to hide, she has had plenty of experience sensing the emotions of a hostile person.

Toh frowned. "Don't look at them, focus on me."

He was clearly displeased with the girl's attitudes. Toh has more than proven his loyalty. But, it's hard for her to forget. How San reacted when she pointed out his female friends dislike of her. How he called her childish, and said she was being unreasonable. How he took their sides.

Sumire looked into his eyes and then just decided to kiss him.

"You should do that more often."

"If I did, you'd get tired of me."

"Only a mad man would." Toh pulled her into his arms. "I'm going crazy."

Sumire blinked and then laughed. "I figured." She paused. "Tonight, maybe we can go a bit further?"

Toh's gaze darkened with a dangerous glint in his eyes. "Careful what you ask for beautiful."

She looks at him puzzled. "I thought you told me that it was up to me."

"It is, make no mistake. You will always have a choice."

"This is what I want. But your warning me?"

Toh's lips curved and the way he looked at her like he would devour her at any moment, made her confidence vanish. Maybe he is right to warn her. Ever since they started dating, she has learned more about him and understands that while his calm and elegant demeanour This isn't a lie, he has another side. A side that he only shows her.

Sides he only shows her? Images of Toh casually walking around naked around his house, and him 'coincidentally' leaving his undergarments in her drawers.

Sumire frowned at her own thoughts. 'Lately, I am having such odd thoughts about Toh. I suppose it doesn't help how he openly seduces me with his words.'

Toh chuckled, clearly understanding her inner dilemma. Sumire's cheeks flushed from her cheeks to her neck. "Prick. Why do you keep teasing me?"

He never did- okay maybe he teased her a little before they dated. But, recently he is overstepping his boundaries.

"Because darling, it makes you even more beautiful. So of course I won't pass on this opportunity."

Here is another thing about Toh that he never showed her before they dated. How easily those compliments slip out of his mouth, like he means it.

Sumire however knew better than to believe it. Toh isn't like Sano but, he is still someone who has had more dating experience. Still someone who knows how to handle women.

Toh continued to caress her back. "You feel tense." His gaze flickered towards the girls. "Should I get rid of them?"

Sumire shakes her head. "You must have had business. I shouldn't hog you for any longer." She paused. "About tonight-"

"Oh yes tonight." Toh's lips curve to a smirk again. "I have so many things in mind for tonight."

"You do?"

Toh nodded. "Since you gave me your permission to go further. I am sorting out the scandlized thoughts in my head."

Sumire rolled her eyes. "Men."

Toh chuckled and kissed her forehead gently. "Alright beautiful, I'll get going. While I have plans for tonight, I want you to come up with some too."

Before she could say another word, Toh was already walking away. Sumire noticed that he wasn't heading back to the girls and signalled his male companion to follow.

The girls looked like they would go over and blame her, but instead they suddenly changed their minds and chased after Toh. Sumire briefly glanced over her shoulder and saw the dark aura around Futaba. She walked over back to her seat.

"Calm down."

Futaba frowned. "I know we just discussed about not interfering too much. But, it's not good for you being on the receiving end of more hostility."

Sumire shakes her head. "I won't be seeing them enough for me to get affected. I will be fine."

"Mashima seems good, at a glance." Futaba trailed off. "But I'm sorry, I will still keep my guard up."

"You suspect he is working with that cloaked figure who is responsible for taking the organs of the other evolved humans?" Sumire guessed.

Futaba sighed deeply. "You already suspected him?"

"Mm, from the moment we met."

"Then why-"

"His background history is very clean. Almost too clean. I asked Aki for a permit so Toh could enter the Holy knights headquarters, and in just a few days he got one. Aki conducts those checks personally, and yet he has never permitted somebody so fast." Sumire trailed off. "It's strange. Not to mention, ever since we met each other. So many cases have happened."
