... Friday came like a gush of the wind. During break, every of Ion's classmates were talking about Austin's house party. The news of his house party has also reached the other classes that everywhere he went, he would hear about it and anytime he hears about it, he couldn't help but feel sad because he won't be able to attend because he doesn't have a girlfriend. During closing period, Ion quickly went to the school garden lest anyone point at him for not having a girlfriend. He still remembered Austin's creepy smile during break "See you at 5, Ion" He shook his thoughts away and closed his eyes, then said to himself "This is so painful and embarrassing. God, if you're there listening. Please , send me your angel to save me from this disgrace ... sniffs... Aargh! I'm so stupid" He shook his head and opened his eyes. He flinched when he saw a beautiful female in front of him. He thought he was the only one in the garden, why is someone else here now? "Who are you? What are you doing here?" Ion asked but got no answer because the lady was still in a daze . Ion then looked closely at this female. She was an outstanding beauty with her green azure eyes. He bearing was refined, her aura good yet mischievous. She looked like a teen but only the heavens knew she was more than a thousand years old.

Nathaira shook her head and ran her hand through her head as she looked around trying to get out of her daze. She nodded her head and said "This place is quite beautiful too" She then heard a voice "Are you a new student checking out the school?" Nathaira looked at the person sitting right in front of her and flinched as she asked "When did you get here?" Ion got confused and said "I've been here since. I saw you in front of me when I opened my eyes" Nathaira's mouth twitched as she realized something "Oh sorry, I didn't realize someone could be here" Nathaira looked around again then thought of something. She approached Ion and said " I need somewhere to stay. Do you know anywhere? " "Ermm... " Ion stuttered. Of course, he has the mansion to himself. He was sure his parents weren't coming home that night, but, should he just accept a stranger into his home? He decided to ask " What about your parents? I mean where you live? Why do you want to sleep elsewhere?" Nathaira rolled her eyes " Ok, I think I got lost. I just need somewhere to stay tonight. I'll be off by tomorrow morning" " Why don't you... " " Are you telling me or not? " Nathaira cut him off obviously pissed off.

" Huh! I know... " Ion looked at the girl in front of him and thought of something " I can allow you to stay at my house but... but on one condition" " What is it? " Nathaira asked nonchalantly. " I... err... " Ion stammered and scratched his nape "I..."

Nathaira was about to burst out of anger but she suppressed it and asked "You what?" "Can... Can... Can you... Can you be..." Ion sighed then closed his eyes and rushed his words "Can you be my girlfriend for tonight?" He opened one of his eyes to see Nathaira's expression. He saw that Nathaira's eyes clearly showed disdain. He closed his eyes and was about to hit his forehead when he heard Nathaira say "Is this what you want to ask? You were acting as if you wanted to ask for something impossible ... hisses... Ok, I agree" Ion was stunned and looked up to Nathaira with his mouth opened "Are you for real?" He asked. Nathaira kicked his legs "Ouch!" He cried "Why are you still asking me one dumb question? Are we moving or not?" Nathaira asked "Sure, sure, sure" Ion said happily "... but are you sure you don't care about my face?" He asked as he touched his face "What's wrong with your face? Please move it. I need to rest. I'm dizzy already" Nathaira said "My name's Ion, what's yours? " " Nathaira" Nathaira said and pushed him as they both walked out of the garden...
