Julien sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I don't know what to say, Isabelle. This changes everything."

"I know," Isabelle said softly. "I'm not asking for anything. I just wanted to be honest with you."

Julien nodded, his anger subsiding into a deep sadness. "I appreciate that. But it's going to take time for me to process this."
